    I am BLOWN AWAY by my visit today. I went in with a friend looking for some bridesmaids earrings & a bracelet for my wedding and Erica, the kind young lady who helped us, was so sweet and very helpful. She was attentive and when I asked her to pick out a bracelet to match my wedding earrings (which I had gotten previously at a different Kendra Scott) she found the perfect match and gave me a discount on it as well as the 4 earrings!!! I am just always impressed by Kendra Scott. She is so philanthropic and giving and kind. I am so appreciative ❤️❤️❤️

    Their online inventory is a bit glitchy, saying some items are in stock then two minutes later out of stock and the next day back in stock. Then I call the store and they are out of stock of course or another item was discontinued but says available for store pickup until you get to checkout and it says unavailable.

    I looked at the jewlery and is beautiful, and expensive, I didn't like that it's made in China...how can it be...if it's made in USA I'll pay the price.

    One of my favorite places to shop - and Christmas time makes it more exciting with the buzz and extra energy! The Kendra Scott staff is amazing - warm, welcoming, helpful! Had a super stop at Kendra Scott today - neat new pieces of jewelry- go in and take a look🌺

    Beautiful color bar let's you design thepiece in colors desired for bracelet earrings necklaces..light pieces that wear with anything. Great service here as i had to return a piece that was bent and they replaced i t. 50 percent of on your birthday month!

    All around an unpleasant experience. I never take the time to write reviews or complain but this seemed necessary. I went in to get a bracelet fixed that was gifted to me a few months back, and it took 20 minutes to be greeted by a single worker. Once I was helped the employee barely made eye contact, never smiled, or was personable in any way. She fixed the bracelet which was appreciated, but as I was shopping around to purchase a new item I felt like I wasn’t welcome in the store. Employees were chatting with other people about a topic not related to jewelry while I stood there with an item in my hand ready to purchase. After being ignored and made feel unwelcome in a place I was trying to spend money I walked out with no purchase. As someone with years of customer service experience this is simply subpar.

    Stopped in on this busy Sunday. Everyone was very personable and helpful. We left with exactly what we were looking for and little sis left happy with a beautiful necklace!

    I went to here to by a necklace after recently being scammed on Instagram. from when I walked in to when I left the Johanna and Madison were an amazing help. At the end I ended up getting two necklaces and a pair of earrings. After finding out I had gotten scammed they gave me a free necklace. I am so thankful for this. Both employees Johanna and Madison were amazing. I am so surprised that they card to give me a free necklace after finding this out. Thank you, Reyna Hudson ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

    Just went and made my own necklace at the color bar for my graduation in a week! Alice and other staff were so friendly and helpful! I definitely will be coming back to shop in the future <3

    Stopped in to spoil myself while on vacation, it was my first time inside an actual store location after browsing online always and the perfect place to make my first Kendra Scott purchases, I will always have a memory when I wear my new fave pieces. The staff was also all so nice and attentive as well.

    Visited this store to replace a necklace that I have that kept breaking. Every woman who I interacted with that worked there was just lovely! Very helpful and quick. Replaced my necklace no problem. Also loved to see representation of different aged women working in your store! Will definitely be back.

    One year ago, I had a really bad experience but earlier this week, I had amazing customer service that went above and beyond anything I had every experienced before. Thank you to the store manager Laurence (she deserves a promotion!). I found this ring online that I absolutely loved, the Kathleen open, after one day it was sold out and I refreshed my computer every single day for two weeks, I even looked on third party sellers- but I cannot find this ring anywhere in any size. So I went in person to the Kendra Scott store and they called every single store that was showing they had stock of any, but unfortunately, they did not have any. So they took down my information and got me on a list so if it ever comes back, I will be informed. This is my dream ring, and I will buy it the moment it is released (or the moment I can find anyone selling it third hand). But I was really appreciative of their efforts. Then I explained that I bought a Mila ring the year before, but it no longer fit and just sits there. And Laurence went above and beyond and told me she would exchange it for me since they want their customers to love their products. Later that week, I brought in my Mila ring and Laurence exchanged it for me with no problem. She was going to order the correct size for me online, but she went through every single ring that they had, because she had a feeling they had a size 9, but could not find it, after going through a few times, SHE FOUND MY SIZE! I did not have to order online through them and wait for it to be shipped- it felt so so nice that they had my size in the store. That was my biggest complaint from a year ago is that they only carry small sizes, but it made me really happy to be able to try the ring on in store on the spot and make sure it fit perfectly. The manager Laurence also remembered all of my tattoos, when I first came in one year ago, I had just gotten one of my tattoos (it was still wrapped) and she remembered that and noticed it healed today and complimented it. I just couldn't believe out of the hundreds/thousands of customers she has taken care of, for her to remember my details made me feel really special. As I was getting ready to walk out of the store, it started storming (because, its Florida) and I had not brought an umbrella (because it was bright and sunny when I first walked in), and you will never believe this, LAURENCE HAD AN UMBRELLA FOR ME, it was the Hyde Park establishment umbrella that they have all over, but the fact that they had one in the backroom for situations like this, my jaw almost dropped open. I could not believe the above and beyond service I had been given. Thank you for everything!!!

    THIS PLACE IS RAN BY CROOKS!!! I came in to go shopping for my sister’s birthday, I was helped by a lovely worker there who I won’t disclose the name of because I don’t want to get her in trouble. She was supposed to make commission off what she sold me. We hit it off so we stayed in contact. Come to find out, management lied about commission-not just with my purchase, management didn’t give her or her coworkers a penny of commission at all- and I’m assuming kept everything while they didn’t even show their faces in the front. If you have been a service worker and understand how important it is to receive your pay and get your own hard earned cash, you should be upset about this. Not coming here again out of respect for everyone under management by these girls. They pretty much sell Kendra scott in every department store :/ I have options

    I almost never write reviews (especially good ones) but this worker deserved a good review from me for how kind she was. I went here yesterday to get a necklace I’d been wanting for awhile since it was my birthday. I walked in and was greeted by Destiny. She was super sweet and helpful. She helped me pick out exactly what necklace I wanted and to find a stone to go in it. She was so patient with me and very helpful and sweet. I definitely support this company more just for the great customer service and how this worker treated me :)

    I bought a necklace from this location about half a year ago and recently noticed it’s been giving me a rash and it turned my skin green, even though it is advertised as allergen free and I only wore it a handful of times. I went into the store to exchange it, as the policy clearly says we can do that. Amber is the associate that spoke with me and she uselessly put the necklace in some water and scrubbed it, which didn’t do anything. After making us wait 15 minutes, we asked if we could just exchange it and she said that she couldn’t find the item in my account and therefore couldn’t exchange it. She literally gave me the necklace back, a damaged product, and said if I didn’t have the receipt from half a yr ago she couldn’t do anything. I asked her hypothetically; what if the necklace was a gift and it wasn’t on an account, then what would she do and she said I would have to give the information of the person who gave me the gift. That’s the most ridiculous thing I’ve heard. It is not my fault it’s not showing up on my account and I clearly have the necklace with me. The product made me have an allergic reaction and turned my skin green and Amber was being rude and wouldn’t even do anything about it, she even accused me of sweating and sleeping with it and blamed it on me. Of course you’ll sweat we live in Tampa. Do not go to this location or purchase their products because they do not care about the customers and false advertise the quality of their products.

    Elif and Elicia are amazing!!! Elif sold me my first Kendra Scott necklace and it’s so cute! She recognizes me every time I come in and makes me feel like a valued guest. Elicia helped me out at the Color Bar and went above and beyond to help me customize the perfect ring. She made sure I would leave the store with exactly what I wanted. I’m so happy to work near this store so I can come in all the time! Thanks so much!!!
