ago,
I
had
a
really
bad
experience
but
earlier
this
week,
I
had
amazing
customer
service
that
went
above
and
beyond
anything
I
had
every
experienced
before.
Thank
you
to
the
store
manager
Laurence
(she
deserves
a
promotion!).
I
found
this
ring
online
that
I
absolutely
loved,
the
Kathleen
open,
after
one
day
it
was
sold
out
and
I
refreshed
my
computer
every
single
day
for
two
weeks,
I
even
looked
on
third
party
sellers-
but
I
cannot
find
this
ring
anywhere
in
any
size.
So
I
went
in
person
to
the
Kendra
Scott
store
and
they
called
every
single
store
that
was
showing
they
had
stock
of
any,
but
unfortunately,
they
did
not
have
any.
So
they
took
down
my
information
and
got
me
on
a
list
so
if
it
ever
comes
back,
I
will
be
informed.
This
is
my
dream
ring,
and
I
will
buy
it
the
moment
it
is
released
(or
the
moment
I
can
find
anyone
selling
it
third
hand).
But
I
was
really
appreciative
of
their
efforts.
Then
I
explained
that
I
bought
a
Mila
ring
the
year
before,
but
it
no
longer
fit
and
just
sits
there.
And
Laurence
went
above
and
beyond
and
told
me
she
would
exchange
it
for
me
since
they
want
their
customers
to
love
their
products.
Later
that
week,
I
brought
in
my
Mila
ring
and
Laurence
exchanged
it
for
me
with
no
problem.
She
was
going
to
order
the
correct
size
for
me
online,
but
she
went
through
every
single
ring
that
they
had,
because
she
had
a
feeling
they
had
a
size
9,
but
could
not
find
it,
after
going
through
a
few
times,
SHE
FOUND
MY
SIZE!
I
did
not
have
to
order
online
through
them
and
wait
for
it
to
be
shipped-
it
felt
so
so
nice
that
they
had
my
size
in
the
store.
That
was
my
biggest
complaint
from
a
year
ago
is
that
they
only
carry
small
sizes,
but
it
made
me
really
happy
to
be
able
to
try
the
ring
on
in
store
on
the
spot
and
make
sure
it
fit
perfectly.
The
manager
Laurence
also
remembered
all
of
my
tattoos,
when
I
first
came
in
one
year
ago,
I
had
just
gotten
one
of
my
tattoos
(it
was
still
wrapped)
and
she
remembered
that
and
noticed
it
healed
today
and
complimented
it.
I
just
couldn't
believe
out
of
the
hundreds/thousands
of
customers
she
has
taken
care
of,
for
her
to
remember
my
details
made
me
feel
really
special.
As
I
was
getting
ready
to
walk
out
of
the
store,
it
started
storming
(because,
its
Florida)
and
I
had
not
brought
an
umbrella
(because
it
was
bright
and
sunny
when
I
first
walked
in),
and
you
will
never
believe
this,
LAURENCE
HAD
AN
UMBRELLA
FOR
ME,
it
was
the
Hyde
Park
establishment
umbrella
that
they
have
all
over,
but
the
fact
that
they
had
one
in
the
backroom
for
situations
like
this,
my
jaw
almost
dropped
open.
I
could
not
believe
the
above
and
beyond
service
I
had
been
given.
