Terrible experience with helzberg. We were shopping around for a gold bracelet for my son with his name engraved on it. We purchased it here and had it engraved. We also got the coverage to fix it unlimited. After the first issue we had with the bracelet we took it to the store for repair. The repair took a long time and when we received our bracelet back it was all scratched up and missing a link. We were inconvenienced so many times because of THERE mess ups. Every time we got our bracelet back it was more and more messed up. We demanded a refund. They agreed the bracelet was messed up and looked scratched. They told us they could not refund us because it was passed 30 days. (Yeah duh with how long they take to repair of course it’s gonna be past that) we feel completely scammed and ripped off by helzberg. They only left us with an option to exchange for something else.. and offered no refund. We will never do business here again. And I do not recommend it because they will not value or take care of you. Money hungry company with no customer care.

Customer service was top notch whole crew was amazing! Kelly went out of her way to make me feel comfortable and helped me with everything and I left with the perfect 💍 ring! Thank you again!

Even after we told them this, their customer service did not change. They brought out many different rings and gave us their undivided attention and expert advice. I highly recommend this store.

Ended up with a beautiful wedding/engagement set as I’m approaching my 6-year anniversary and have been wearing a simple white gold band all this time—couldn’t be happier! Highly recommend this store! Associates were kind, enthusiastic, and patient. David Music worked with me over the course of several visits to find the perfect engagement ring including setting, stone, and even the warranty. This store and the people that work this location are AWESOME! The go beyond what they should, I came in and ordered an expensive custom engagement ring that I thought I wouldn’t be able to find and not only did I find help I found way more than I could’ve asked for! This custom sale has made me where I’ll ONLY use Helzberg Jewelry from date forward! David went way far past what people should do but he genuinely wanted this to be a special ring and for my special time! I can’t thank him enough…. Ring actually came in earlier that expected and looks better in person than on ipad. Simply put Helzberg Jewerly and David have made this the best experience EVER! If you don’t use this company….your just wasting your time somewhere else and missing out on terrific customer service!

I bought what I thought was a great gold chain for my son for confirmation. It broke very easily, so I took it to an actual jeweler to repair it. He said the chain was a hollow chain and the gold content was worth about $60. He showed me a solid gold chain and I could feel the difference in my hand. I couldn't believe what he was telling me. How could a chain be hollow? Do not go to thus store they are scammers. I'll never buy another piece of jewelry from this overpriced worthless store again. Go to an independent jewelry so you don't get abused by this shoddy jeweler.

Delores and David did a fantastic job of reviewing all possible watches prior to our selection. They both have great knowledge and are both great with customers. I would highly recommend then both at the Tampa International Plaza location.

BAIT AND SWITCH AND LIES. My wife and I visited the store on Black Friday, I wanted to buy a watch for my wife's birthday. The moment we walked in a saleswoman greeted us and said if we spend $699 or more, we get a free set of Bose headphones. They had a few signs advertising it in the store. We bought a watch from that same saleswoman, spent way more than the required $699 to get the headphones. After we paid for the watch I asked her about the headphones and she said: Oh, it doesn't apply to watches. What? You never mentioned it when you were trying to sell us the watch! She did not say anything to that. Then I asked her about the return policy, just in case. She said no returns are allowed on watches at all. So, we purchased the watch anyway but we left the store with a bad taste in our mouth. I did see some nice Movado watch in the store, so on Saturday I went on Helzberg Diamond website to check them out and saw that they are still advertising the same deal for free Bose headphones with purchase. So, I added the watch to the cart and applied the promo code BOSE and the headphones were added to my order and it said FREE. So, clearly, the saleswoman at the Tampa International Mall store LIED to us about the promotion not applying to watches. I have a screenshot of their website to prove it. So, this was LIE # 1. LIE # 2 was the returns - Helzberg website says - free returns and exchanges We want you to feel the love with your Helzberg Diamonds purchase. So if you're not satisfied with your purchase, we'll happily offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase. Simply return your purchase in unworn, new condition*, along with the receipt, and any physical grading reports that came with the item. Watches must also include the original packaging and manufacturer's warranty documents. I don't understand the need for this saleswoman to lie to customers like this. I will never buy anything from such an dishonest company again.

Had a bracelet that got damaged beyond repair, luckily I had a life time warranty on it and given the item was no longer in stock, they offered me the opportunity to select another within the same parameters of the previous bracelet; the replacement selection process was seamless, so hassle free and the customer service was top tier. The store manger answered all my questions and concerns, ensured I was getting my money’s worth, transferred over my previous warranty to the new bracelet with ease… I left as one elated customer. One of the best experiences looking for engagement rings with Jamie and Ken! We had never been looking for rings and it was such an amazing experience from the time they took teaching us about how to start our ring buying process and what to look for to taking us to actually see the diamonds under the microscope! They didn’t miss a detail with the experience and explained each step of the process making it super seamless! I was super nervous to start the process but Jamie and ken put us at ease and made sure we walked out with a great knowledge. Definitely plan on returning to get our dream engagement ring!

Wonderful experience with Store Manager, Eddie Castillo! Took such great care of my mom and cleaned her jewelry complimentary. Even checked how secure her diamonds in her rings were in the diamond room, and even showed her where there was some impact damage. Explained about the Dana Augustine show they are going to have and excited to come back show in July.
