My very first cruise on Carnival, and the Paradise. I had a pretty good time on the boat. I am not a fan of being confined to a place for very long. The boat had a lot of things to do on the cruise days at sea. I enjoyed the comedy shows and the other activities. The food on the ship is okay, they try to accommodate all of the different options that people may need. The breakfast was the same everyday. Dinner in the main dining hall was pretty good. There was only one night that I did not enjoy the food. I did eat ice cream every day. Please be mindful of your bill and check it everyday to make sure that it is accurate. They automatically add on gratuity to your bill. It can be disputed at the customer desk.

Clean and well organized. Security does check and also have X-ray/ metal detectors... Please or check to ensure you have all of your documents beforehand. Thus, you shouldn't even try boarding without it. Also, have them out as you are in line to avoid holding up everyone up. Lastly, have awesome and safe travels!!!

While getting my car valeted upon my return to Tampa. The valet drove the car up, opened the trunk, helped me place my suitcase carefully in the trunk, then confirmed my ticket and returned my keys. As he was walking away I start to close the trunk and I notice a large rubber piece that wrapped the struts was ripped up from him opening it to hard/fast. I take the odd looking rubber piece to the counter and simply ask what they do about damages to the vehicle. Before the woman I asked had a chance to answer the valet who did this sees me, runs over and interrupts her. He says "I never touched your trunk so that's your fault." Okay, so first of all if you never touched my trunk then how do you know exactly where this odd looking broken rubber bit came from? All I did was hold it up and asked about damage procedures, I never said it came from part of my trunk. Secondly, the woman I originally addressed, whom I assume is the manager, never even responded. Just stared at me until I left. Will never be parking here again.

Our first cruise from Tampa Bay Port. They really have it down pat! Used valet parking, what a joy. They unloaded our bags and we were just a few steps away from TSA and the gang way. Going on another cruise in February from Tampa Bay Port! Can't wait!!!

Great cruise port that is very easy to navigate to and through. Parking is a little bit of a walk but it is less walking than many of the larger cruise ports. There was ample parking at the parking garage. The directions on how to get on the ship were very clear and signed very well.

Easy port to get in and out of. Just wish bigger ships could leave from there. Very friendly staff and helpful. Paid $75 for 5 days (pre pay when you park car). A little pricier than the other lots, but we'll worth it. Well little with good security. Right across from the cruise port. No need for a shuttle. In and out of there very quickly.

We had been here before and it is one of our favorite ports to sail from. We arrived outside by 10:15am, checked in through the priority line by 10:25, had a seat and at 10:40 we were stepping on the Carnival Pride. Debarkation was just as easy and we were off the ship within 15minutes using the self carry luggage option. The only hiccup is someone was carrying too much luggage (they recommend only 2 pieces) and the escalator got jammed up and shut down. Carnival had it reset in about 3 minutes and everything went smoothly after that. Carnival staff at both embarkation and debarkation were excellent and helpful.

It devastats me to write this review because of my long relationship with Carnival Cruise line. This ship has been my home away from home! On April 13, 2023 I embarked on a 13 day Transatlantic Cruise on the Carnival Pride Ship out Tampa. I travel solo, this great voyage was a gift to myself honoring a once in a lifetime milestone . It was also to help me heal from the deep pain of losing my only two brothers and six other relatives do to covid. The cruise started out with seven fun days @ sea. This was Great opportunity for me to Pray and meditate, reflecting on the the beautiful things life. Daily attempting to get pass the tremendous pain of loos. The ports of call : 1. PONTA DELGADA,AZORES 2.MALAGA,SPAIN 3.VALENCIA,SPAIN 4. BARCELONA, SPAIN/ DISEMBARKING 4/26/23 All ports did not disappoint. I have beautiful lifetime memories of each place. The cruise was fantastic, the staff, entertainment, food services , the staff that keeps the staterooms most comfortable and anticipate your needs, always remember your name and directs you to your room when you are lost . My dilemma started the day of debarkcation. 4/26/2023 On 4/27/2023 on this day I realized I had left about $10,000 of valuables in my locked and secured safe in my state room. A report was made to Carnival. They required me to submit a lost and found report. After 30 days I received an email stating my valuables had not been recovered. My big question is what happened and who is responsible for unlocking the safes . My heart is forever brokened And the depth of lost and sadness overwhelms me with out cessation. I am so disappointed in Carnival Cruise Org.

Where to start. I am a big carnival fan for over 20 plus years. Family trip this time. Hands down to the staff on board. Great job to all of them from boarding. Or should I say embarkation to debarkation. They were spot on with customer service, sanitation, getting on and off the ship great process. I must say I did have some concerns. But they were pros at their jobs, the cooks, wait staff, housekeeping. Mask wearing was highly enforced.

It was as easy as one can hope for. Everyone on staff was courteous and helpful with smiles from all. I had the "Faster to the Fun" getting me on and off the ship without so much as a pause. Worth every bit. You are taken care of personally and I can't speak highly enough of Carnival and their entire staff. Thanks to all who helped make my vacation with Carnival a true experience!

Edited review .. due to nudity... We parked in ybor and rode the bus over to the port, short check in process and the ship is busy with all kinds of people .. we booked thru carnival princess and there is only one TINY smoking section which is hard to get a spot, I hear royal Caribbean has about 10 smoking stations.. i was aware of the children on board and the nudity from guests was not expected, i was totally uncomfortable with the two, very disappointed it was allowed, the children stared in shock and the parents were not happy i could tell, the crew did not ask anyone to cover up and everything could be seen all over the ship even in the restaurants was nudity leaving many of us uncomfortable beware taking children aboard ..

This is a review for the carnival paradise. We had an issue with our room on the ship with some noise and smell. The crew was helpful and quick in service. The first show was really good but the 80ds pop show not as much. Food was good and the cruise overall was very enjoyable. Be prepared for a small pool and people not watching their kids. I would recommend going.

This was my first cruise, and everything ran extremely well. There was not much waiting, and there were plenty of people to ask questions and guide you through the process.

Efficient cruise terminal for boarding your Carnival cruise out of Tampa. You will need to pull your luggage from the parking garage to the drop off area outside the terminal with the porters. Helpful staff.

Crew very friendly. Kids ran rampant every night up and down hall even up til 1am. Annoying. Food in dining room so horrible we ate dinner at buffet. Not why we cruise. Buffet food was excellent. Party atmosphere prevailed and everyone had a good time. Would not go again.

This port is my least favorite so far out of all the ports that I have been to and by far the longest to make it through after getting in line. There are parking garages right across the street but there are also guys that stand with signs in the roundabout by the garages trying to sale you spots in other locations which is a little confusing. The actual port entry process was less organized than other locations as well.

Chris the comedian was not good at all. On the other hand Alex was very good. We didn't have enuff time on shore. The food was good, but the extra $23.00 for lobster was ridiculous.

They charged us $88 per person for top tier internet service, but it was barely basic service. Service was spotty at best, and was inconsistent. It constantly disconnected.

This port is very speedy & efficient. The Porters are awesome and very helpful with assisting with your luggage (tags) if needed. Only thing is it was very confusing to us trying to get to the unload area of the building because of the zoo parking lot.

Clean but very old. Ship lacks modern stabilizers and rocks badly. Toilets are incredibly noisy. Staff is great. Food is adequate, but better on other ships. It’s very hard to find a bathroom on the decks, salmon was dry, meat tough. Continental breakfast was stale packaged sweets. Entertainment was limited to some singing groups with strobe lights flashing in the audiences eyes and a very disgusting not funny comic. I walked out on both of them. No plays or quality entertainment. I will skip future travels on Carnival. Not worth the cost. The 7 stars are for very hard working staff who were all great. The ship itself gets a minus 5 from me.

This was an exciting time for us and we will be going back love the place I suggest that everyone tried out if you haven't been on a cruise you should try one you will love it we live at a Tampa and went to Mahogany Bay And we went to Belize and Coszmel Mexico. That was the West and Caribbean's that we visited, it was my wife first time and my third time we'll definitely do it again.

The Carnival Terminal was clean, friendly staff and the process moved quickly. My son has autism and the staff was great in helping us ease some of his anxiety.

πŸ‘πŸ‘ Very efficient check in. Kind and friendly staff. They have the parking terminal nearby which charges 15/day. We opted to pay the valet parking since it was only $5 more for the week. Once we arrived back we just had to show passports and keep going. No agriculture check done. We took the Grandeur...
