We loved it amazing experience will do it again and the staff was amazing

Attended for a team activity yesterday, and everyone had a blast. The boat ride is slow and steady, and stays on the intercostal waterways, so even folks that don’t identify as sea-farers had a great time. A leisurely 2 hour tour with time to move around and mingle on the boat.

We had never done anything like this before. We had a blast. We were part of a bachelor/bachelorette party and filled two boats. The captain lets you chose between their movie or supplying your own. It wasn’t strenuous activity, more leisurely and fun. We definitely want to go again for a date night.

Great time! Highly recommend, fun atmosphere and the captains were awesome.

We were blessed with perfect weather, delightful music 🎶, refreshing drinks, and cherished moments with friends, all while gazing at the breathtaking view of Tampa from the river. This adventure offered us a fresh perspective on Tampa, unveiling exciting new places to explore in the near future. We wholeheartedly endorse it and believe it's an essential must-do in Tampa! 🌟

We had an office team building event that was very fun, unique and well worth it! Our staff had a great time spending the afternoon together! We peddled across the St. Johns which was fun and was the challenge for the day. After that we just enjoyed the ride for the rest of the day. We all moved seats and mingled with everyone. We brought food and a cooler. The captain and 1st mate were great! They were professional and took lots of pics for us! We saw dolphins and the area around the Jacksonville bridges is beautiful! The shaded roof kept the direct sun off of us, so you won't have to worry if you are going in the summer. It even rained on us, and this didn't affect us because the captain was able to turn the boat and keep us dry. Highly recommend.

Super fun experience! It's a fun blend between seeing Tampa Bay in a way you may never have before while also having a close-knit experience (we did the private cruise). Our boating team was great!

We used this as a team building outing last week. I admit that some of us were mildly intimidated by the cycling concept but the music and laughs kept us energized. Friendly crew and breathtaking evening views of downtown Tampa! I would do it again in a heartbeat!

Had a great time at a friend's Bachelor party. Great captains, fun music, as loud as your want, so can chat with your buddies or get wild. You stop midway at a waterfront bar/restaurant area for a shot or a walk about, then head back. 2 hours of fun!

This was such a good time. We had booked enough girls to have the boat to ourselves. It fits 10 on the peddle chairs but more can sit on the benches. The boat is engine generated so no, you don't have to peddle the entire time. It's not a spin class...lol Our guides Carlos and Josh were such great fun and really got us into the party boat spirit. It's a leisurely ride that's a little over 2hrs long. But don't worry they do stop midway at Armature Works and let you off the boat to stretch your legs and use the restrooms before heading back towards the dock. The boat has covering so you're not baking in the sun or getting wet if it decides to sprinkle as Florida is famous for. Lol It was a first time experience but it definitely won't be my last.

We’ve filled these boats on three different occasions (April, May, and June) that alone should tell you it’s an awesome time. 🤙🏼 The crew is fantastic. They provide the ice, coolers, souvenir cups, and good vibes. Perfect half way stop at Armature Works, and honestly, the two hours flies by. Recommended for any group outing.

I had my bachelorette party last weekend in Tampa and this experience was hands down the best part of our entire weekend in Tampa! This boat is a must do for anyone looking to have an amazingly fun time, have some drinks (love the BYOB concept!), and see some beautiful Tampa sites from the water. I was able to play a Bachelorette playlist I had created from the speakers on the boat which was such a wonderful personalized touch to make me feel even more special and everyone had a blast dancing and singing along. A special shout-out to Kelsea who went above and beyond to help me plan, organize and finalize the boat tour. She went out of her way to ensure that my large group of girls would all be accommodated on the same tour time and I can’t thank her enough. A special thanks to Carlos and David who were our captains that day. They were such a delight and enjoyed the afternoon on the boat as much as we did. I would go back to Tampa just for this experience again.

My boyfriend and I were aboard with a group there celebrating a birthday party that welcomed us as new friends. It a a great day to cruise the channel while drinking, enjoying the shade from the boat all while listening to music & enjoying the great Tampa Bay views. The Kraken Cycle Boat was a great, relaxing excursion.

Picked up our race packets for the Gasparilla Classic 5K and needed to get rid of the pre-race jitters.... so, why no Pedal, Pedal, Drink?!?? The pilot and first mate were so much fun, and there was a group celebrating a chum's birthday so we joined in the celebration! Brought our own drinks and stored them in the coolers down the center of the table. Thank you Kraken CycleBoats for providing the ice & cups. Took a leisurely trip up the Hillsborough River stopping at Rick's Place for a potty break and to pick up more beverages or snacks if needed and headed back downtown. Lots of fun, will definitely do this again!!

The best fun I've ever had!! If you're looking for a great time with your family and friends do this boat. Staff was friendly and fun.

What a great time on the water with family. Capt Sean, and his assist Carlos were great hosts! The gal (cassy?)who answered my numerous calls with questions was super patient and informative and very accommodating with our request to bring the littles on board (since we rented the entire boat -15 passengers-). Our family visiting from out of town were very happy to stop at Armature to use the facilities and get some fancy drinks 😊 From toddler to grandma - everyone enjoyed the experience. Thx for the pedal assist Carlos!!

I had a blast on this 2 hour trip with a friend. We booked spur of the moment just a few hours before setting sail and ended up in the midst of a birthday party group and had a great time! PS - even if you don’t pedal, the boat still moves haha!

My friends and I decided to check this out for a small get together on a Friday night. We booked about 2 weeks out. There was 7 of us. We all booked at different times. We had to show our completed the waiver and ID to get on. The captain was a great host. He was very polite and made sure we had a great time! He was extremely informative and super cool with about anything as long as it didn’t go against the rules. We started off at the convention center went down to Armature works and back. We were on the 7pm run. They do multiples. I loved that when booking we could see how many seats were available. Not everyone had to pedal so we rotated with the other group that booked. We were a full house. You can bring food and drink just be respectful and responsible and you will have a blast! I would go back but without the pedaling lol.

We had SUCH a great time on our Kraken Cycleboat cruise! Sean and Carlos were great, the weather was awesome (it's Tampa after all), and the cruise up and back on the Riverwalk was the best. Cycling, refreshments and allowing our party to supply the music made for a really excellent afternoon. Highly recommend!
