Purchased
some
expensive
tickets
for
disney
on
ice
for
yesterdays
3pm
show.
Upon
getting
to
the
gate
to
scan
my
ticket
I
was
stopped
with
my
3.5
year
old
daughter
and
told
I
would
not
be
allowed
in.
When
I
inquired
why
they
said
“no
one
over
14
is
allowed
to
dress
up
as
any
Disney
characters“.
My
daughter
asked
me
to
dress
up
as
Elsa
with
her
to
go
to
the
show.
I
asked
how
I
was
supposed
to
know
that
before
the
show
they
responded
it
was
in
an
email
that
was
sent
after
I
purchased
my
tickets.
I
scanned
through
all
of
my
emails
from
Emily
Arena
and
Disney
on
ice
and
I
cannot
find
anywhere
that
states
a
mom
cannot
dress
up
with
her
daughter
and
take
her
to
Disney
on
ice.
I
asked
for
a
supervisor
and
that
took
25
minutes.
By
now
the
show
had
already
started
and
was
going
on.
Manager
came
out
and
also
reiterated
that
I
could
not
enter
the
show
in
front
of
my
daughter
who
was
at
this
point
hysterical
crying.
Someone
in
line
had
been
watching
the
whole
incident
and
went
inside
and
bought
me
an
extra
large
Disney
T-shirt
to
go
over
my
costume
and
went
to
bat
for
me
because
they
felt
so
bad
about
what
they
were
witnessing
.
The
manager
refused
to
give
me
her
name.
I
missed
the
first
half
or
quarter
of
the
show
that
I
paid
for.
Furthermore
my
daughter
was
distraught
and
couldn’t
calm
down
and
felt
overwhelmed.
I
am
including
a
photo
of
myself
and
my
daughter.
I
went
on
Amalie
Arena‘s
website
and
also
searched
for
this
policy
and
I
cannot
find
it
anywhere.
I
am
so
extremely
disappointed
I
drove
over
an
hour
to
get
to
that
show
.
We
have
been
planning
this
mother
daughter
day
for
a
month.
I
am
in
tears
about
this.
Amalie
Arena
how
could
you?
She
is
a
3
1/2
year-old
girl.
You
should
be
ashamed
of
yourself!
