Great lil spot in the heart of downtown. The friendly staff and ambiance of the place makes you feel like you’re about to get something special and you will. The lunch and breakfast items are delicious! For a little extra love get the donuts. Best decision you’ll make all day

Best donuts in Tampa. The bacon egg & cheese is legit. Eventually I hope to try other items but the way these donuts set up...

The cinnamon sugar donuts are phenomenal. They are not too doughey, but also not too spongey. If I had to describe their taste, I would say that they feel like walking on the cloud, even though I sadly never had a chance to do that. I imagine that’s what it would feel like though. I’ve had their breakfast sandwich the other day too and it was amazing, the donuts are the best though. Don’t buy them all so there is some left for me!

SuperNatural food and wine is an instant classic, creating the best donuts in Tampa, and consistently rotating daily specials that are delicious, natural, and support the local community. Highly recommend giving this place a try, best breakfast sandwiches in town, would eat here everyday if I could.

Incredible people making incredible food! Got their meatball sando and holy biscuits was it amazing. They have birch beer by the bottle which means they know about the finer things in life! Haha just all around love it.

A super solid little spot for a quick breakfast or lunch. Ideal for downtown Tampa business takeout. Great sandwiches, salads, donuts, natural wine, beer etc. we had their egg sandwich, a “bangin” BLT, iced coffees, German potato salad and some stellar craft chocolate. Everything was great, the crew was very cordial, and we will definitely be back.

In town for four days for Tampa Bay Comic Con - wish I found this place earlier, I would have eaten here every day! Everything is excellent. Best donuts I’ve had in a long time 😍

This review is long overdue The owner and staff are all amazing and so accommodating to my dietary needs! I don’t eat pork and obviously don’t want any cross contamination and they are super understanding. I recall one time asking nicely if they were able to accommodate my request because they were very busy and I didn’t want to inconvenience them, and the owner told me its never an inconvenience and that’s when I became a patron. The doughnuts are amazing and fluffier than a cloud. I never feel sluggish after eating one. I love the Greek egg sandwich and the chicken salad as well!! The most important thing I’ll mention, Consistency. They are never lacking quality. It’s always a great meal and great vibes every single time!

I ventured to SuperNatural Food & Wine because of the Alton Brown endorsement of the "best breakfast sandwich" he ever had. On the metrics of only bacon, egg, and cheese - I agree that this is a fantastic BEC sandwich, especially because of the airy bun, thick-cut bacon and soft, fluffy eggs. However, I found that the real star of the show was SuperNatural's Italian Stallion sandwich. For whatever reason, bakers in Florida generally can't make bread that it crispy on the outside and soft, moist on the inside. SuperNatural's ciabatta roll with sesame seeds achieved crusty bread bliss. Their delicious Italian Stallion sandwich has a perfect balance of 4 salty meats and dynamically sharp provolone cheese with the wonderful acidity and tanginess of the vinegar pepper salad spread. Also their German potato salad was yummy. Sweet, oniony goodness (make sure you add bacon). I was not expecting to love the matcha latte and maple latte with oat milk, but the beverages made my taste buds sing in luscious delight. Katie's chocolate cookie was decadently doughy and had a deep, rich cocoa flavor.

Staff was so helpful and welcoming! Breakfast sandwiches were delicious and fresh, bacon was cooked perfectly crunchy. Cinnamon sugar donut was the best I’ve had in Tampa! The maple latte was great too. Can’t wait to go back and try some other things on the menu.

I’ve been going to Supernatural since they opened. One thing I love about this place is the passion & knowledge behind the food. It truly is bringing a sense of fine dining into a fast casual space. If you’re in Tampa and looking for a solid & consistent spot Supernatural is at the top of my list. Support local & enjoy the best classic Doughnut in town

Supernatural has potent coffee, delicious sandwiches for both breakfast and lunch plus some of the best donuts I've ever had. The food is always super fresh and Wesley is such a great guy, so this is a great way to support a local small business.

Visiting from milwaukee, tried their donuts yesterday and WOW we were blown away. They taste almost buttery but we were told they were vegan. Went back today for a half dozen. Seriously best donuts we’ve ever had, a must try.

That donut was AMAZING absolutely inhaled it in 5seconds SO good! Also BEST breakfast sandwich on the planet the bread is so fresh/soft, crispy undercarraige, added fresh avocado too 10/10

Yesterday I had the I ordered the Italian stallion and it was amazing! That was without the crispy ciabatta which was unfortunately sold out for the day. I came back today to try out breakfast and had the bacon egg and cheese with a donut. Both were so very good. They use high quality ingredients from local bakeries and meat from the boozy pig. I think I found my new addiction. Can’t wait to try everything on the menu.

I've been coming here every couple weeks for more than 2 hears now. They take well known favorites such as breakfast sandwiches, Greek salads and BLTs and elevate them with the freshest and most flavorful ingredients. Everything on their menu is awesome and the owner, Wesley is very personable. This is truly some of the best food in Tampa.

This place is amazing. My only complaint is that there are too many good options to choose from. The Greek breakfast sandwich and bacon, egg and cheese breakfast sandwich are my favorites. The donuts are heaven sent. I love the specialty flavor drops and can’t wait to try more. Also, the owner has a very soothing voice. So if you ever have a bad day just call in a to go order, be soothed, and get a yummy sandwich and donut. 10/10 recommend.

The staff are truly wonderful and the food is amazing. Try an Italian Stallion spicy if you’re looking for a quick and yummy lunch. Even the coffee is delicious (and I’m not a coffee person). The chocolate tahini donuts though? They’re the real stars of the show. I don’t even like donuts on a normal day. I will literally walk past them when they’re at the dessert table. But I swear the ones they make here have me in a chokehold. The cinnamon sugar ones are available daily, and are phenomenal in their own right, but the chocolate tahini ones are only available on Saturdays and they sell out quickly (so make sure you call in an order early if you can’t get there at opening). You won’t regret it.

All other sandwiches need to take notes. And don’t even look at their donuts, you’ll be immediately converted into a foodie. Jokes aside this is Tampa’s best in so many categories. Love the unique iced tea options as well.

SuperNatural Foods is a must visit in Tampa. My first visit will not be my last. I tried the bacon egg and cheese breakfast sandwich that Alton Brown labeled “Best breakfast sandwich ever” and can confirm that it’s wonderful. Fluffy eggs, crisp bacon, perfectly melted cheese and a tangy sauce on beautiful toasted focaccia. A delight. Don’t skip the sourdough donut though and arrive early in the day to get one, quantities are limited. It’s clear after taking the first bite, which is the little donut hole that comes with your donut, that a lot of time and care goes into perfecting the dough. This place is a must-try for any breakfast enthusiast and from the looks of it, lunch enthusiast too!

Just here to add donut praise. My partner and I have missed out on these a few times because they were sold out. Not today! We got smart and ordered online last night and HOLY WOW was that a good move. These are the creamiest, most satisfying donuts I’ve ever had. We’ve also gotten bomb breakfast sandwiches when we missed out on the donuts before today. I wish I took a pic of either. Seriously don’t walk, run!

The service was great very nice people. The Breakfast BLT was incredible, one of the best sandwiches I have had in a really long time. I was able to get it on gluten free bread as well which I am so grateful they have that option for people with allergies. Highly recommend this place!

My 1st experience trying this location. Found out about it from an online ad talking about must try places in Tampa. They had a review on there from Alton Brown who said their bacon egg & cheese sandwich was the best he ever had! Well, I had to see if it was true & let me tell you it was amazing!!! The house sauce is the kicker but that thick cut bacon and toasted focaccia but take it to the next level! Also got the Fresh Classic SourDonunts and they were just as outstanding. For my beverage I got their chai latte with a shot in it and that was just as amazing!!! This will definitely be a stop on my way to work in the morning. Call ahead if you're in a rush, I didn't and had about a 3-5 minute wait which really isn't long at all, but it can seem that way to some people who are impatient (I was fine with it)! Overall, definitely recommend! Service was just as awesome! Very upbeat, friendly and personable service!

Came by here for the first time for lunch and we were thoroughly blown away! Excellent food, coffee, service and ambiance. Easily among the best spots in Downtown Tampa!

It truly is the best breakfast sandwich PERIOD. A hidden gem in Tampa. The food the people and just everything is amazing. It's definitely worth the walk or drive but luckily I only work two blocks away.

the bacon egg and cheese sandwich lives up to the hype. definitely one of the best breakfast sandwiches I've had. the bread has a good solid toasty crunch. the sauce they use is fabulous. I did get the sour cinnamon donut. I thought it was good but if you never had a sour donut before you'll definitely have that double look face.

  • 5/5 Dustin M. 7 months ago on Google
Saw a few posts about their cinnamon and sugar donuts. I have got to say that they are beyond amazing. Totally different donut experience. The cinnamon and sugar are there, and then bam a hint of salt hits your tadtebuds and then you are floating on cloud nine wondering where your donut went in a matter of seconds. It's that damn good. Staff was just as friendly as they appear to be in their Insta posts.

This review is way delayed, and very much well deserved. The people, the food, the vibe - all 5 stars. I rave about these donuts and breakfast sandwiches to everyone and anyone who will listen 😂 they make an effort to source high quality products, from the bread they use, to the sausage, to the coffee, to the wine bottles. You’re always greeted with a smile. Such a great place in downtown!

Just finished lunch from this place and when I say it’s the best option downtown, I absolutely mean it. The donut was the best I’ve ever had, from anywhere. It was Incredibly balanced, I honestly had no idea a donut could taste that good. It didn’t make it home for a picture. The spicy meatball sandwich Tuesday special was incredible. Huge meatball, delicious ricotta with a touch of Calabrian chilis, and delicious sauce on a perfectly sized round bun. The spicy Italian Stallion was even better, consisting of classic Italian sub ingredients, with some star additions (I thought the added basil and Calabrian chilis were particularly nice) on a perfectly crispy sesame seed loaf. This place is the real deal. I’ll be back frequently.

I would have pictures of the great food, but i keep eating it all. I've been going here regularly over the last few weeks after stopping for a ham & cheese sandwich one day and being very impressed. The menu is simple and the food is straightforward, but very well done. They are using quality ingredients and that comes through in the food. My only request is more side options! So far here is everything I've had and it was all great: Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich Ham & Cheese Sandwich Turkey Rueben PB & J German Potato Salad

This is literally my favorite place. Everything is so good but the chickpea sandwich and breakfast sandwich are my favorite of all time! Also, those donuts are must if they have them!!

First time eating here. My egg sandwich was really good. They have a red sauce on it that really enhances the flavor. Looking forward to to coming back and ordering more. Chris was nice at the register as well.

In my opinion, a good sandwich has three key components: 1) great bread; 2) thinly sliced interior ingredients; and 3) proper proportions between the bread and interior ingredients. The sandwiches here do exactly the above. Really, it’s all in the bread. Absolutely phenomenal. I love this place. On top of that throw in, doughnuts, great coffee, Natalie’s OJ, and an incredible staff that you know care about the food they make, and there is no where better in all of Tampa. Thank you SuperNatural for existing.
