Incredible experience. Came to Mavilo’s due to their reputation with an engagement ring to be reset, with the addition of heirloom stones and to match my sapphire wedding band. The results were so magnificent it brought tears to my eyes! The service was phenomenal. They are honest, professional and trustworthy and I was made to immediately feel comfortable. Wonderful interaction with the owner Cookie and with my sales associate Kim, who provided great guidance and incredible service from start to finish.

I had a great experience from beginning to end designing my engagement ring with both Sarah and Nathan. They kept me up to date, showed me images of what it would like, and answered all my questions (which were many ) with out making me feel like I was asking too much. I loved how thorough they were and how welcoming they made me feel the entire time. The quality of the work they do at Mavilo over exceeded my expectations and my ring was even better then what I imagined !!! Kim was very informative about different styles of diamonds, and broke it down to where I could understand. Mavilo does offer custom designed rings. I went the custom route because my now fiancée had a very specific vision for her ring. Mavilo was able to make that vision become a reality. Kim never left me in the dark about any updates about the ring. She made sure i was happy with the final product. My fiancée absolutely loves her ring! I had to resize the ring because it was a tad too small. However, the Mavilo staff were more than happy to accommodate in resizing the ring to a perfect fit! Their customer service was impeccable! Mavilo was amazing! My boyfriend and I walked in without an appointment, just wanted to check out engagement rings on a whim to get an idea of what I might like. We were greeted immediately by Kimberly, gave her only a small idea of a direction I wanted to go in, as I wasn’t sure exactly what I liked. I worked with Kim at Mavilo to design a custom engagement ring and also got our wedding bands here. I highly recommend Mavilo as Kim and the other management took their time to educate me on the ins and outs of diamonds, including quality and pricing, and really listened to what I wanted as they guided me in the right direction. The quality of the rings and diamond is very high, and the price was very reasonable, especially because Mavilo was so transparent into their pricing. Anthony Zucco and the team at Mavilo have been nothing short of perfect in helping my family with our jewelry needs for nearly 20 years. We keep going back and sending friends for obvious reasons. Jewlery stores often times have a negative connotation due to the “salesy” approach by their associates which only applies unnecessary pressure during an already stimulating process.
