My experience was wonderful, especially because of Han. Even before I ever purchased a watch from her, and when I was just looking, she was always very knowledgeable and thoughtful. She really knows her watches and especially with details that others might not recognize or even understand. She was able to secure a few VERY hard to get watches as well. It's fun to "geek out" with her on various movements, accuracies, and supply and demand. She truly "gets it" and its always such a pleasure working with her. Upon my first visit to Mayors Jewelers at International Plaza, I was greeted by Brittany who helped me locate a Tudor GMT that I was interested in. While in the store, I Mentioned that I was interested in a Rolex Explorer II. She said she’d put me on a waiting list for one. The very next week she texted me with a picture of the Explorer II and told me her store just started selling certified pre-owned Rolex watches. She said she’d hold it for me if I was interested. We had such an incredible experience at Mayors Tampa. My wife and I went in about 6 months ago to look for a very hard to get Rolex and we were taken care of by Nick. On Saturday to my absolute shock I got the call that the watch came in and we picked it up on Sunday.
