They make false promises and their communication skills are elementary at best. My fiancé took my engagement ring here to get resized and she had to call more than 7 times to find out about the status of our ring and their response was always “tomorrow”. They never called us to say they were expecting a delay because they had certain issues. After 12 days we had enough and went to the store and surprise surprise, within an hour the ring was ready. I guess they only deliver when under pressure. We asked for some type of compensation since we had such a horrible experience and the Safa said she wanted to charge us more because she had to take the ring to another jeweler to get it finished. Lesson learned, next time I need a jeweler I’ll actually go find a real one just like Safa did.

Horrible do not go there, their customer service is horrible and if you order from them they will take over a month to give you your order even though you left a deposit. The owner Safa makes excuses and tells you yo call her on a specific date, but when you call her then she has a new excuse as to why she doesn’t have your order. Do not go there, there are better jewelers in the area, this one is not a good trustworthy one. They now don’t pick up the phone when I call. Also a friend went there to have a ring resized and they returned it slimmer than it was, they’re a total disgrace.

NEVER GOING BACK!! I ordered a chain and Safa the owner gave me the run around for a month, constantly making up different excuses as to why my chain was not there. When it finally got there it was the wrong item. I had to cancel the order and go elsewhere cause she is unreliable and you just cannot trust her. PLEASE DO YOURSELVES FAVOR AND STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE, READ THE REVIEWS AND SEE HOW BAD THEY ARE!

Lovely people at this jewelry store I love it! Has the best prices in town lower than anyone. The owner will always work out a price with you and help you out to the max. 100% recommend this place to buy jewelry or fix it. They fixed my chain right away no jewelry store does that here in tampa!!!

A Great personal shopping experience. Beats Mall shopping anytime. Knowledgable and humble personnel adds to reasonable prices, full service jeweler and intimate shopping . It's almost like having a personal jewellery shopper. I will be back many more times.

We didn’t receive what we paid for. It took over a month for them to get our custom order done and still it was done wrong and over a month later it’s still not completed. This was for a very special Sweet 16 gift, our only gift, for our daughter which she still hasn’t received. When it was time to pic up, the order was completely wrong. On our first pick up they gave us a baby’s necklace. A .5 thickness and 16” in length instead of 20” length and 2.5 thickness which is what we were charged for. The name plate was so small that the name was not even legible. This went on for a month and all they gave us were broken promises and false hopes. The OWNER promised to call us when the order was ready and instead we had to be the ones to continuously call them to follow up. This week we called again to check if it was ready and we were advised it was ready for pick up. We get there to do our Second pick up, hoping our order was corrected, and the necklace was never ordered and the lower case “n” in her name was carved backwards. We gave up and asked for our money back. Our daughter now has to continue to wait for her gift until we get it done somewhere else. Just bad business All around. I wouldn’t recommend this jeweler if your looking to have a custom order made.

Safa the owner is magnificent with what she does. I ordered a name pendant with my name in Arabic and a chain. I cannot wait to pick them out. She enjoys what she does, is professional, and she is always there to help. She is a very cultured person and great customer service! I recommend everyone to come!

Excellent service. She fixed my vintage Bulova watch that had been broken by a previous jeweler. Prices are always affordable and the best in town. They know what they are talking about. They cleaned my chains and left them polished like they were brand new. Super respectful.
