As someone who continuously shops at Pandora for gifts. I decided I wanted to try someplace new as I feel like I’ve already bought every item in pandora, haha! I’ve always seen Swarovski, but never care to step foot inside a store as I assumed it was expensive. Indeed it was not! I went to the Tampa mall location and fell in love, SHINY SHINY SHINY, with very competitive pricing on quality jewelry. Staff was very helpful as I kept coming back into the store buying more and more as I couldn’t make up my mind haha. Jennifer was my helpers name. Very bubbly personality and will take as long as she needs to ensure the PERFECT purchase. I will be back this Christmas to shop with her! Thank you! A few warning points for first time buyers: •Don’t feel pressure to purchase everything they suggest as a “pairing” option as almost every jewelry store does thing to increase personal quota or revenue. Haha, but overall GREAT! :)

Went here with a friend of mine who was looking for some new bling she saw at an airport, that now she wanted. The sales woman was very kind, patient, and eager to help us try on the different pieces. She showed us some new arrivals, too. Very clean and inviting experience.

Girlfriend and I walked through the store, looking at everything there. Probably 10 minutes. No one else was in the store the entire time, but the 3 clerks in the back just chatted with each other and never even greeted us.

All the girls were so helpful, and there was great customer service. I went to great lengths to find what I wanted and they guided me all the way through.

I will never buy another pen from this company. I have multiliple pens and one particular one continues to break. The company refuses to repair the pen. This has never happended previously. Go buy a different brand. Do not support This brand!

Yamilis has always been helpful and curteous with great suggestions. You can tell that she's very engaged and wants what's to leave her customers with a lasting good impression. The jewelery is amazing. 10 out of 10!
