I had come in the other day with one of my Rolex watches, was greeting by a man and a woman. Before I could get my Rolex out of the box the man told me my Rolex was not authentic. I asked him how he could tell without viewing the watch and he responded by the box. Low and behold I take my Rolex out of the box and the man would not even look at the Rolex. He kept saying he was a watch expert. I even showed this indivuidal my proof of authencitiy and instead of looking at my watch he then tried to sell me one of his watches that was in stock. Very bizare very unprofessional. Took the Rolex to another vendor turns out it was a 1980 vintage Rolex piece that was worth about 5x more than what I was asking for. If you want to do legitimate business I would go to a place with less novice salesman who overplay their hand.

I purchased a Dre Beats Beat Box from this store on 12/04/2013 for $250 cash! Looked to be in good shape. I asked about the warranty policy before I left the shop and was told they offered a 48 hour return policy. When I got home I had a chance to look up the new price of the item and it was $250 at Target brand new. I called the shop 4 hours later and told the manager that I was not happy and wanted to return it or get a discount on the item. I was told there was nothing he could do but give me a $50 in store credit towards something else. It was my first and last time in this shop. I've been to Cash America and Value Pawn and they have always taken care of me when they are that over priced. If you buy anything from this store please check what the item sales new for. Zero customer service at this store. A $50 dollar credit towards something else doesn't fix the fact that you are selling things a new store prices. All it does is allow me to spend more money with you and you have lost me as a customer. Buyers beware!

The service was quick but I was not rushed. As a disabled person in a wheel chair I appreciated the time that was spent on me in a relaxed but professional manner.
