Do NOT recommend!!! Paid for 14kg. Got molded. Went to pick them up in 5 days and they didn’t even fit my teeth so they had to mold me AGAIN told me that it will be finished in 2 days. 2 days pass. When I called to go pick ‘em up they said that they haven’t got the 14kg in yet but for sure that it will be done by the next day. Still no golds and wanted to mold me AGAIN! for the 3rd time!!! Very unprofessional when it comes to communication. I lost gas driving back and fourth. Waste of Time

So I’ve actually purchased from them a couple times and usually they do a great job. The last time I ordered from them though will be my last ever!! So first I ordered 5 tops and 5 bottoms, while also sending back one tooth from another set because it didn’t fit my mouth. They sent my new 5X5 grill set back but added the tooth that didn’t fit my mouth… so now I have a grill that I can’t use smh as well as I’m down a tooth because they messed up my order!! Remind you I’ve had an issue before with them where they took almost 3 months to send me back a set!! Now I have to find a local jeweler to fix this set and just say forget the tooth they took from me

My boyfriend and I came down from South Carolina to get a grill. Paid for express service and got it back in a few days. Grill fit perfect and the customer service was great!! Definitely will recommend to my family and friends.

I came in here a few weeks ago to get my first set. I got to work with the owner himself he was awesome very professional and even offered same day. well worth it I can’t thank him enough for everything he did. Thanks again to grillz godz I will definitely be back!

I was a little skeptical because of some of there reviews. I've had grills in the past and they always had to be adjusted to fit or come out, but he proved me wrong. They fix perfectly, no adjustments and they were finished with them, earlier then what he said. Very satisfied!

The turn around was 2 weeks I was as going to trade my old ones that I purchased from him 2 years ago I made a blank trip that Tampa but once I let them no I wanted to only communicate with the owner they honored that he was willing to go there extra mile to get me my set my diamonds cuts was wrong but he made up for it in the quality love this place fitted perfect idk why he don't do perms

Second time I order item that tell me it will be here and wait and wait never came on top of that I paid for extra shipping and all also got item I didn’t order that refuse to refund me at the owner level I been doing business with this guy for years getting a grill ever year because I feel some stuff be out of his control but still happen ever have send people to him now that mad because he did them the same way as owner of seven business this owner should know how to make sure his customer are happy and doing what’s right for his customers which is shipping on time and giving customer what that pay for

The company is very professional and will keep you informed with the process of your pieces. They do high quality work and you will receive your piece exactly when it’s finished. From now on they will be the only people doing my custom jewelry work !!!
