Chantel was so very helpful to me in setting up FlexWallet getting me the exact items I wanted.. Great customer service skills very attentive and knows a lot about the products… She is Awesome! I’m extremely satisfied!

Frequented this location for years until recently. The younger female manager with the glasses who recently has taken over is extremely unprofessional, rude, and shady. The first two occurrences I gave her the benefit of the doubt. First on a computer that had the obvious charger with it as there was no others on the shelf and wouldn’t allow me to take it home with the PC I purchased as they mistagged it and “no charger” was crossed out. She made it a point to say that it was an error even though there was no other computer the charger could be used with. The second occurrence was a piece of jewelry I had on layaway that I had, the ring was replaced with a lower quality ring that originally had been purchased, luckily the employee I worked with found the one I originally put on layaway. Then the last straw was a drill I wanted to get rid of, didn’t care about price, she accused me of trying to sell them a broken drill (even though it was just cleaned and was in perfect working order ) brushless drills when cleaned smell, doesn’t mean they are burnt out. Had the audacity to say I didn’t know what I was talking about even though I flip items in my free time regularly and work with power tools regularly. Made multiple condescending comments then proceeded to talk about trash in Spanish to her coworkers not realizing I always have Google translate on. Being a regular pawn shopper and loyal value pawn customer, I will not be going to this location unless she is not working, or a new manager is brought in. I have spent thousands at these stores. Im never difficult, always reasonable, and never rude. For a manager to treat a regular patron in such fashion is just bad business. The younger female, and older gentlemen and everyone else at this location is extremely friendly, respectful and transparent. There is always an odd tension whenever said manager is involved with any transaction which raises a red flag. Stop being shady and trying to get over on your honest customers that spend money & help you hit bonus.

Easy, fast, and efficient. Junior really explored excellent customer service and made me feel valuable as a customer.

Do not sell or pawn at this location. They offered me $100 less then what the Value Pawn on Dale Mabry gave me on a $250 item. That's 40% difference!!. Don't get ripped off go to another value pawn or a different one.

Value Pawn has always been pretty good experience for me deal wise and experience wise. But this location in particular has the friendliest staff always. Carlos always takes care of me and has great energy. Come see them!
