    Today was after Christmas 🎄 50% sale so you can imagine the madnes,, of course the lines were long but manageable. My sales associate was Dorothy OMG 🤩 she was so so amazing I can see why she is the Manager I was so confused about what I wanted and she matched up each charm so well she made my shopping experience very easy even if it took me 1hr to decide she was so patient with me. I will be asking for Dorothy every time I pop into Pandora . Thank Yoy so much Dorothy 💖.

    I've been to several Pandora stores, and this is the only one I will continue coming to. The managers, Sandra and Jackie, always make every customer feel so welcome. The associates are always trying to help and find you the best deals and options for your needs. They keep me coming back, just with the phenomenal customer service they provide.

    What can i say? Excellent customer service. I came into the store just to browse and i was greeted by the friendly staff and warm inviting atmosphere. I ended up walking away with some interesting early birthday gifts for my Mother in law needless to say. Anderly & Sandra helped me tremendously.

    I have a bracelet for years and nothing. I now purchased $400 worth of jewelry that got so ugly in 3 days and the rhinestone fell off of the other… I kept driving 45+ mins just for a cleaning that was not working and I think that is when the rhinestone couldn’t hold any longer… and I feel like I have been wasting my time every drive there! Last manager had me go over just to say when I got there, “hey just call this number and they will take care of it” so I did and I then sent my rings back and now they claimed they have not received them! Smh🤦🏽‍♀️ and I’m still out of my $400 and now the rings are apparently “lost in the mail”. I hate that I feel like I threw my money away and don’t have the rings either but NO ONE cares enough to do anything about it!

    I purchased the bracelet of my dreams and it didn’t fit. I was so bummed! Came in to the Brandon Mall location and was assisted by Jackie. She was more than accommodating and Sandra, the manager, went above and beyond to hook me up for my milestone birthday. Thank you so much ladies, you made my first Pandora experience so wonderful from beginning to end.

    The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I got a gift from a family member for Christmas, but had receipt and proof the items were purchased. I went in trying to return the items for a refund via check, (since the item was purchased on another persons card we could not refund it to the original payment) like their return policy states on the receipt, this is acceptable and allowed. I spoke to an associate and then Sandra, a manager, where she refused to honor the return policy that is stated on the receipt. I ended up calling customer service where they said the store should be able to do the return for me and request the check as my refund, and I even ended up calling customer service in front of the manager Sandra, where they told her she can do the return and she refused! Now I am inconvenienced to package the item and ship it back to the warehouse, when Sandra could have done this for me! This is what she is paid to do! She even tried saying she has no proof we paid for the items, accusing us of stealing the items, even after I showed her the bank statement showing this was a debit card purchase! It matched the date, time, and location of the store on the receipt! Even after corporate had said she was permitted to do this return like explained she refused! I have spent thousands of dollars at Pandora, and from this experience, I refuse to ever support this company again. Especially that store.

    Jackie from store # 184 was amazing. She helped with finding a set that will commemorate my brother who passed in a beautiful and meaningful way. She was sensitive and thoughtful with the whole process. Thank you Jackie for being wonderful.

    First experience and I am very happy that I came. This is so beautiful and it feels like a personal and thoughtful gift.     I visited this location last week and I must say the store manager Sandra had me wanting to buy the whole store. She was very polite, funny and she made me smile alot. I typically always go to the location on international since I’m always passing it but I think I will be back to this location specifically because of the customer service.

    Had a truly amazing experience shopping here. Anderly was very helpful and definitely went above and beyond. I had no idea what to get for my significant other but she took the time to help me find the perfect gift for her. I felt like Anderly really cared and wasn't just trying to make the sale. Im sure I will be returning again soon because of the incredible service she provided.

    this is my first time shopping here and will certainly be my last time. The buy online pick up in store option is a joke. I thought I was saving time by doing so. It’s been 20 hours since I placed my order and it’s still not fulfilled. You are better off going in person. On top of that it is impossible to get a hold of anyone in the store to ask a question because they do not answer the phones. I had to utilize the online chat to speak with someone who probably doesn’t even live in my state. As for that experience, I voiced my concern about my order and the agent’s response was if you don’t pick up your order in 3 days it cancels. What?! It’s a mess. A very frustrating shopping experience with this Brandon store. Never again!

    I came to Pandora last week for the very first time ever with the highest expectations based on their sterling reputation, upper echelon level of customer satisfaction and service and mere heightened quality of jewelry attached to its name, and this was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had in any business establishment period. The level of disrespect, dishonesty, unprofessionalism and blatant deception is very profound. I bought a bracelet for my grandmother for her birthday but she unfortunately abruptly passed. I came to return the bracelet and the Manager named Sandra working at the Brandon Westfield Mall location denied my return although it has only been 3 days since the purchase. I was not given a box for the bracelet or the charms when I initially bought it, which I found odd, the worker Amber made me wear it on my wrist myself which I didn’t think too much of at the time, as I was going home to wrap it myself anyway (and put it in a safe location until it had been wrapped.) Sandra still denied my return. The fact that I just spent over $700 not even 3 days ago on a bracelet and am unable to get a return is so unprofessional and deceivable when I had previously asked Amber about the charms and the return policy. If there is anything anyone can do to help, please reach out to me. Thank you (Brandon Mall location)

    I’m only giving this one star, because 0 stars is not an option. I have been shopping at Pandora Brandon with Emily for a long time, and I love working with her. She’s attentive, knowledgeable and kind. Unfortunately, as of recent I have noticed a new manager Sandra be extremely disrespectful towards Emily. As Emily was helping me with a transaction, she asked Sandra for help and I have never witnessed a manager degrade their employee so badly. She spoke to Emily in a condescending tone, treated her like she did not know what she was doing, and completely disregarded me as a guest. I felt badly for Emily, as she does not deserve to be treated as such. If this is how the new manager treats her team and the guests coming in, I do not think I will be bringing my business back. No guest or employee should have to experience what I experienced that day. Very disappointed.

    The sales staff were extremely kind and helpful. They showed us additional charms to go along with the story we are telling. Gabby was very sweet during our visit. Her manager Sandra was helpful when we asked about charms that had been retired and helped us find a recent charm. We will continue to shop at this location.

    Worst service I have received from a customer service company! I had to call four times, because nobody would answer the call. I called an hour before closing to ask about the repair process for my bracelet clasp. The lady Sandra told me there is nothing she can do to repair my broken clasp, because I don’t have a receipt. I told her 4 times it was a gift from months ago. She said it there is no phone number to the repair service and they wouldn’t be able to help me. This is ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE!

I was trying to find something for the holidays and had an awful experience at other locations. Anderly helped find just what I needed in seconds. She went above and beyond for me even when the store was busy. Every location NEEDS an Anderly. I will definitely come back in the near future!

    What can I say about the staff here! I was coming into to buy a gift for my mother for Christmas, and I was lucky to be approached by the manager, Sandra. This store is so well ran, clean, and everyone was so friendly. Sandra was so kind and helped me make the perfect bracelet for my mom this Christmas.     The store customer service is a all low. Associates isn’t able to handle tough situations. The manager is just as clueless at associates. No one takes the time to actually listen to the problem and send you to corporate just to have them do their job for them. Corporate was able to handle my problem with no problem no and questioned why wasn’t the store able to assist.

    The staff at this location couldn’t have been more helpful. I went in to return a ring from a pandora in an airport which was misinformed about returning it another location. The ladies there were so nice, they couldn’t do a refund but they did let me pick out a beautiful piece of jewelry. It was a very generous courtesy of them to do. I highly recommend, beautiful jewelry options and great staff!
