Michael's is a bi-weekly must for my business and they never fail to satisfy my needs. They put up with always having to remind me that its closing time and never, once, have they given me a hard time for getting lost in their store and losing track of time! The staff is always available, always helpful and always manage to make me smile. They've recently installed a self check-out system, which I have finally used and absolutely love. The cashier walked me through each step to make sure I received all of my discounts and got the lowest price available. I love this store and its ambiance and I love that they continue to put up with me. They deserve accolades just for that alone!

Lindsey was great help to me! I had a few prints to frame and I didn’t have a clue what i was doing. She guided me through multiple options to find exactly what I wanted. She was professional and very kind. The prints look wonderful. Thanks Lindsey!!

I had a custom frame made for a print. They did a terrible job and have denied my request for a refund even after damaging the print. Additionally, the quality of the frame is worse than any off the shelf frame, it is already damaged from just taking it back to the store to try to get a refund. I’m extremely disappointed and I highly encourage you to look elsewhere for any custom frames.

I came here to specifically purchase two frames because they put signs everywhere saying buy one get one 50% off, and I specifically got it under that sign. We went up to the register and the manager Lindsey said that she couldn’t honor the deal because it wasn’t the correct frame. I work at retail and you are supposed to honor whatever the sign says and I specifically got it from there. She would not allow us to purchase it and she said she couldn’t just give things out for free. I didn’t ask anything for free I just wanted to get the deal that they were promoting. She was not welcoming at all and we just had to leave.

I love Michaels. The store is very convenient... great location. I buy all my paints there they have a great selection of paints and canvases from beginners to professional!

Over my experience shopping was fine. However, check out was terrible! they had one person working the register, all other registers were self check. If you had an issue they had no one to help customers. I had to cancel my order and get on line for the register (with the human) if your going to have the customer self check, then have someone available to help with issues.

Great staff, and usually have a big selection of clearance items.

Love that I'm able to order at home and pick thy items in the store.

It's a very crafty place. But I can find things I need and some I don't. It's one of my favorite stores.

Just like bed/bath/beyond they do these dumb coupons to get the items to a normal price. Price your items at a reasonable amount and get rid of these coupons or you'll run the same course as bed bath beyond.

I like what I saw in there today. There are so many crafty accessories that I couldn't help but to browse the entire store. I found a press machine to customize t-shirts and all the tools that go with it. Can't wait to dabble into creating custom shirts.

It was fine. Am a regular perse. After complications with my pickup being stolen, it's gotten better.

This is the only Michael's I'll go to, I usually have a great experience. This time I decided to do the pick up order online. That was a mistake. I guess I should do my own shopping from now on. I just needed it really quickly because I was in a rush and it's much easier to use the discount codes online vs standing in line and doing all of that.

Great place for anything art & has really nice frames & decor items for your home inside & out. Great sales & place is always clean & tidy. Seems short staffed but employees are always willing to help & are pleasant.

A zero would be more appropriate. No staff left to help you, steadily diminishing stock, signs not put up for sale items, checkout all self serve now unless you're paying cash and coupons don't ring up correctly. I actually forgot to put an item in my bag and decided to forget it rather than go back. That's how bad the experience of shopping there is! I'm an artist and buy supplies constantly. I'll order online, go to a competitor or a different Michael's from now on. It's sad. This used to be a great store.

I go to Michael's all the time for art supplies. However that store has tons of stuff that I hardly ever get to look at. Flower arrangements artwork Etc it's easy to check out in the store is never so crowded you have to wait in line. The prices are reasonable.

I love Michael's, and this store is awesome. All the employees are super helpful and knowledgeable. The store is clean, well organized, and generally well stocked (I can't fault any business for holes on the shelves right now) I wish they'd let the employees customize their aprons like Home Depot does. It would give their employees a chance to show off their skills! *Update* This store is still super awesome! I don't know how they manage to stay stocked, but they always have what I need! *Update* It seems like the store has had a lot of turnover lately. The employees I had gotten to know I haven't seen in months. My understanding is the pay is definitely lagging behind there, so it's not a surprise. It sucks, because they had a really great team. It won't stop me from shopping there, but I hope they can keep people for more than a few months.

Lindsey is amazing!!! I called 6 minutes before close desperately and frantically looking for something and she went out of her way to pick up a bunch of different options throughout the store and had them waiting for me up at the front register. SO helpful and attentive!! I have been coming to this Michaels for years and I absolutely love it. Always stocked, always clean, always helpful staff. Thank you so much Lindsey!!

Great deals on framing! Was looking for a replacement frame to the gold "bamboo" one. They didn't have a match but I found something I liked better.

It's not like it use to be, less selection of crafts , especially the cake making department. Some of the staff acts like it's an inconvenience to help you , not all there is one woman who has neen thier for a long time who is always so helpful. But it is the only crafting place near by .

Popped in to check on a frame for a piece of art we got, hoping we didn't need to custom order it. But came to realize that size was definitely custom, so we'll be back to get it custom framed. As we've been happy with previous work done.

I found great deals on yarn clearance the store was clean there was several cashiers it was very professional easy to find what I was looking for great store.

Beautiful! you can always find everything you need to do your crafts at michaels. It is quite assorted. Very organized and the staff is very friendly. I love to visit this store

They didn't have the exact type of foam I was looking for but I found a decent alternative. They always have great deals on picture frames too.

This just so happens to be my most favorite place/store on the entire planet!! Crafts are mine, my husband and our children's favorite way to spend time together! You can pretty much get anything for any craft at this store!.plus they provide cheap sometimes even free classes for holiday themed craft projects that are always super fun for the little ones.... They also have a custom framing section for your photos or paintings done by you or store bought.... I recommend any and everyone to check out this store for your next arts and crafts project!! Christmas shipments came in January and it was amazing! I went to 3 stores and scored BIG !
