    I spend a tremendous amount of money every year, multiple times a year, and the prices are high; which is expected. But, no holiday sales, returning customer discounts or anything. Which kind of sucks when you've spent ten of thousands of dollars in the store! I would spend way more in the store if they atleast did some sort of bundle deals!

    Frank the door man was very nice and welcoming, took our temperature and the wait wasn't so long. I went to make an exchange without any problems. Got this beautiful piece.

    My younger brother graduated high school this past weekend, and as a celebratory gift, he decided that he would like to purchase a luxury item from Gucci. My siblings and I arrived at the Gucci store and were pleasantly greeted. We felt comfortable to freely browse all of the merchandise. We took a quick restroom interlude and returned to the Gucci store, we were recognized and greeted by the Gucci associate Angel. Angel was very kind, personable and patient with us. Once my brother chose his items Angel offered us water while he gathered and packaged our purchase and even took a picture for us for our memories. The entire experience was exceptional and I just want to thank Gucci and a special thank you to Angel for making my brothers special weekend luxurious, high end and classy.

    I started shopping at this store and have had a terrific experience so far. I was helped by Maria both times and she went above and beyond to ensure I got the product that fit me the best (shoes, belt, etc). I’m really pleased with the customer service here and they even offer to bring you drinks like coke or water! I’ll definitely be coming back here again in the future! :)

    Absolutely horrible experience at this store. They wouldn’t honor an exchange less than 48 hours from purchase on a shirt that I had only tried on twice. You all have lost a customer for life

    Salesman Andy was so helpful today. I walked in and met a wall of sales associates standing in a line, no welcome, no greeting, just whispering among themselves. As I was looking at bags, Andy saw that I wasnt being helped and came over and was very knowledgeable and kind.

    The worst customer service I have experienced in a while. I walked in with my girlfriend to ask a question about a previously purchased item. We weren’t greeting, and walked around aimlessly until we found a gentlemen too busy talking to his coworker. He then said “what’s going on”, a very improper and unprofessional greeting. I guess “luxury” stores, if you can call Gucci that anymore, don’t train their employees on proper professionalism. Will not be going back, and if you prefer traditional service for luxury items, I do not recommend this store specifically.

    The cashier (Angel) he was so nice to me, he welcomed me and assisted me right away … he was very nice and patient and can tell he was genuine…. He cashed my slipper and told me to have a seat he will be back …. (2-3 mins) he was back with the package well put together and he was having a conversation . He would definitely let me come back to Gucci Tampa to spend ! Very nice cashier …. Xoxo Tasha

    Great customer service by Anne. Had an internet return and wanted to upgrade the item. Anne was very helpful and spent time with us. She even recommended some restaurants in Naples when we told her we were going to go there. Gucci is known for great products, but the store workers are the ambassadors to the brand….well done!

    I was amazed with the attention of the Spanish-speaking workers and the American manager when I said I wanted to return a pair of tennis shoes that had cost me more than 900 dollars, they practically did not attend to me and did not want to help me because they preferred to sell than have to face the problem, and I was very surprised that they took such expensive tennis shoes from me to see what response Gucci had and they told me that they couldn't do anything with them, I had cleaned them at home and the color faded, the part of them looked stained The color spread to the white part of the tennis shoes and everything had been stained, I only cleaned them with water once, plus the insole was half cracked, the American manager told me that they couldn't clean it, as if I was the wrong one, It seems that the Gucci is for use and even if they have a stink or are covered in mud, dirt or whatever, you have to leave them dirty because the material, which is very expensive, cannot be cleaned. It seems incredible that such a fine and expensive product does not have support from a company that sells so expensively and with so much prestige. They told me that they can't do anything for me. I only used them once and when I cleaned them they got stained. I went to the store at the international mall so they could change them or help me because they look horrible and they tell me that the company after an evaluation cannot do anything for me, it is a lack of respect, my advice is that if you want a pair of fine shoes and expensive, but if you don't mind wasting your money, that's fine. If you want to be supported and have the guarantee that the shoes have the appropriate quality according to the price and the satisfaction of the personalized service, don't go there. As long as everything is going well for you, it's very good. With just one problem you will not have a response and you will waste your money without anyone there doing anything, much less the brand responding to its product. It is a shame

    The experience I had with your store was traumatic. You all should be ashamed of how you conduct business. I've tallied that I have spent almost $40K in Gucci in my lifetime and I'm not even 30 years old...I will never buy another Gucci product again!

    Amazing customer service!! I was treated like a valued customer which lead us to purchase a couple things from here. This speaks volumes to myself and husband because we went to a Gucci in Miami and were going to buy several things that day, but we were treated that we were going to steal from them and they never helped us when we asked. So this Gucci in Tampa forever has our business! Thank you for your professionalism, kindness and help.

    I had a fantastic experience at this Gucci store! It was my first time going into Gucci and I was just browsing to see if there was anything I was interested in. I was immediately greeted and made welcome from the store associates. Everyone in the store took the time and care to assist me and make me feel special. I ended up purchasing my first Gucci bag and because of the service it made the whole experience amazing!! The Store Manager (who has been there for over 18 years) was extremely friendly and personable. She made everyone feel extra special!

    Gucci was have an event. The presentation was awesome. The service was wonderful & they even had their own engraver. I love my new perfume. There was so much to choose from which made the decision hard.

    Went to this store to inquire about exchanging a product and the sales rep was very curt and unfriendly, never offered to present the manager to resolve the issue. Definitely not in accordance with what I experience with this brand. I'm highly disappointed.

    Our first experience with Gucci didn't go well. I had issue (manufacturing defect) with my purse and it was impossible to contact my previous SA! She never responded back. We went back for the second time and luckily, we got MARIA to assist us. She went above and beyond and gave us the experience we get with other stores such as LV and YSL. Maria is sweet and knowledgeable with the products. I almost didn't want Gucci ever again but thanks to Maria, my experience with her made me want to get more purses fr Gucci.

    This store is pure class. I love the environment and people working in this store for this company. I can't thank Rachel enough. She is kind, patient and values the time she spends with me. Moving forward I will always be sure to see Rachel for any of my future purchases. Rachel is AMAZING!

    Inattentive sales staff. No one bothered to talk to us. This woman clearly saw me trying on their shoes and didn’t even bother offering some help. I was seriously going to make a purchase, but I left.
