l’m
giving
this
one
star
because
I’m
extremely
frustrated
with
them.
I
needed
a
psychiatrist
so
I
searched
for
one
through
my
insurance
and
found
a
few
and
started
calling
to
see
if
they
accept
new
patients
and
stuff
like
that.
It
turned
out
that
Dr.
Galantino
does,
according
to
the
office
I
contacted.
When
I
called
to
make
an
appointment,
the
appointment
was
over
a
month
away
and
I
was
skeptical
at
first
but
went
and
had
the
appointment
set
up
anyway.
I
also
asked
for
an
ASL
interpreter
because
I’m
deaf
and
needed
an
interpreter
for
the
obvious
reason.
They
weren’t
sure
how
to
proceed
with
this
and
told
me
that
they’d
figure
out
and
call
me
back.
I
never
heard
from
them.
So,
fast
forward
to
today,
only
two
days
before
my
“appointment”,
I
called
them
to
see
if
they
figured
it
out,
but
I
wasn’t
able
to
connect
to
the
right
person
to
talk
about
this.
So
I
was
like,
“Ok,
I’ll
just
try
again
tomorrow.”
About
an
hour
later,
they
actually
called
me
stating
that
they
needed
to
reschedule
my
appointment
because
the
doctor
isn’t
in
on
the
day
I
was
supposed
to
meet
with.
At
first,
I
was
okay,
thinking
they’d
postpone
my
appointment
to
one
or
two
weeks,
but
no
they
wanted
to
move
my
appointment
TWO
MONTHS
away.
I
was
so
upset
because
as
a
deaf
person,
setting
up
appointments
AND
having
an
interpreter
onboard
can
be
extremely
difficult
and
frustrating.
I
explained
this
to
the
person
who
called
me
and
all
they
was
like
“I’m
sorry
but
this
is
when
she’s
available
to
see.”
TWO
MONTHS
AWAY?
REALLY?
This
coming
from
a
mental
health
office
really
left
me
speechless.
I’m
struggling
with
anxiety
and
depression
so
it’s
urgent
that
I
see
somebody
but
they
wanted
me
to
wait
another
TWO
months
to
see
somebody.
What
if
I
have
another
episode
or
something
in
the
meanwhile?
I’m
not
sure
if
I’m
overreacting
or
something
but
who
makes
somebody
wait
that
long
to
get
help?
DO
BETTER!
