BEWARE: First, this place is never cleaned and the staff is either non-existent or on their phones. We have watched as patrons have engaged in fist fights while the staff simply ignored what was occurring. Every time you go, things are broken. See photos as all of these things are always broken, some for more than 6 months. Carpet is taped down to stairs and trampoline and climbing areas always closed. Manager says he can't get parts. Next: DO NOT GET A MEMBERSHIP. Our son has leukemia and the park refuses to cancel our membership, saying everyone else can go. Problem, if my son gets a cold then he can DIE. So do you think it is right to ask his twin to visit a park that is dirty and gross when it can cause real harm? Seriously, this park and company is unethical.

I took my Family here to celebrate one of the Children's Birthdays. I feel like for the amount of activities that they offer, that the price is reasonable. We had children from 8 months, to 13 years old. Plus several Adults. (Who had just as much fun as the children) we were there late afternoon on a Saturday, and it was not too crowded. All patrons and staff members were wearing masks. They have staff members who walked around disinfecting surfaces continuously. As well as a staff who was cleaning each ride as the guests exited. The snacks were well prepared and served. The activities are Wonderful and Exciting. Everyone is wanting to go back again.

Love going here... if your kids have alot of energy this is the place to be. Not a fan of their pizza but their wings are awesome. The membership is worth it, pays itself in 1 time.

Disappointing experience at the Urban Air in New Tampa. Complete mayhem at a number of stations because many on staff aren’t paying attention. Someone is going to get hurt due to their neglect. Also, nobody picks up trash left by guests. It just sits. I could get over that but it draws attention to how dirty everything is overall. This place needs a serious deep cleaning. Carpet is poorly duct taped onto stairs, looks like something out of a college dorm. Good thing it’s dark in there, can’t imagine what that place looks like with the lights on. Hopefully management/owners take note because this is a really cool concept.

Great place to spend the some family time. Definitely for kids but adults can join them through the obstacle course. Lots of great jumping activities and great Zipline action for all. They do sell food and drinks and not a bad price for the food. They do have adult beverages as well (Beer and Wine)

Clean, friendly, AIR CONDITIONED fun for children of all ages. I bring my grandchildren here whenever they visit. They LOVE it - and come home EXHAUSTED every time! Kudos to Kibwe who gets five stars for solving my membership glitch (my fault; not theirs). I told the kids I didn't think we'd be able to get, but Kibwe got it resolved quickly and courteously and it made the grandkids' day (and mine). I appreciate the people who work here and put up with all they do and continue to be kind and fun, which keeps the experience personable every day we come back.

Wonderful place to for kids to get their energy out. Had a birthday party there recently for my 6 yr.old. the whole process was super easy. Place was not packed, staff was super helpful and polite. We went on a Sunday around 11 am. (Best decision EVER) DEFINITELY check the "crowd meter" on their website before going. Great experience. 👍

Haven't been here in about 6 months but the place has gone down.. dirty!!!! Everything is dirty, the ball pit, the play tower, everything.. attractions are broken and they seem understaffed. Been here about an hour for the kids and all I see are paper masks left every where (no one is picking them up), everything is "sticky" and the staff isn't paying much attention to anything... very disappointed. . they are literally going to need a deep cleaning.. will not recommend anyone to come back here.

My son had talked about this place on many occasions. We had his last birthday at Skyzone so I figured this year we'll make a drive to something new and celebrate his birthday at Urban Air. I am glad I did! This place is awesome! Unlike Skyzone you pay and play all day if you want. Skyzone only gives you 2 hours. Also this place has adult refreshments unlike Skyzone. Unfortunately we had to leave early to make it to a Tampa Bay Lightning game but that just means we'll be back!

My 5-year-old daughter loved the place. Ball pit and the play area are good to engage the child for at least a couple of hours.

A fun place to get wild with friends. The foam pit (shown in image) was one of my favorite things. Would be cool if they had like two more of them. The staff here are very laid-back and are mostly teenagers which definitely fits the mood and matches with the visitors. One thing that was annoying is that there was a bunch of customers just sitting on the trampolines on their phones. Staff should not let this happen because the trampolines aren’t for sitting, they for bouncing.

We had our daughter’s birthday there , it was lovely, everyone had a great time. I dealt with Patti ( manager) who was great , she was very helpful , professional and flexible. Thank you so much Patti for helping to turn our daughter birthday to be amazing 💕 Hint ( ask for Patti)

Place was pretty cool but staff made kids and family wait while they ate and talked to one another for rides, workers not paying attention while in charge of the rides and children are still on them (very scary as a parent of course) for a kid friendly place I know workers are hard to find but the lack of attention and care is quit alarming, the personal lives over the children’s wants and paying customers is agitating and unfair. The kids want what they want and that’s what they get but it should be more pleasant. And appealing.

Stopped by this past weekend. There wasn't too much in there my 9 year old was excited about with the exception of the flip & spin section. Only 2 of the 8 machines were working, so the line for that attraction moved very slow with 2 kids at a time. Didn't look nearly as fun with only two kids playing bumper cars. Additionally, when the employee covering that section went to lunch/left, it shut down. When all said and done, we paid $35 for their pass to do anything there. He was bored after about 45 minutes, and we left. Might be more fun for younger kids or ones who are in a group (birthday parties, etc). Also, it would be ideal for all attractions to be working at full (or close to full) capacity.

I was with my daughter and granddaughters. The staff was great. They took time and made sure the girls harness were on tight. When my 5 year old got on the rock wall about half way up and froze. A young staff member went to her and ask her if she needed help. She shook her head yes so he was able to get her to put her arms his neck and he lifted her down. And all was well. The only suggestion I have is there should a separate area for parties. I was about an hour before we were able to find a place to sit and let the girls cool down and get a drink.

In particular with this place it shows that the management does not care about maintenance. The price is the same as the other branches, however it does not have Laser tag and in addition to having fewer attractions than the other branches, several of them are damaged and the ones they have are neglected. It's hard to believe that a water dispenser is in that condition and exposed to small children. White balls that are crushed or damaged are not removed. The air conditioning shows as if it had raising animals so dirty and unpleasant. It is clear that they do not carry out inspections and the franchise does not care about keeping its name high. I think the owners should care about the place and meet standards of cleanliness, inspection and quality of service offered.

Has a variety of things for the kids to to do. A mix of trampoline/jump parts. To a ninja warrior challenge section. There are ropes courses and slides. It's basically both styles of indoor parks combined. My main issue is that it is a little cramped in some places and instead of being well lit they have color changing lights. So it feels a bit dark. So in some places you can lose sight of your child. Overall it is a decent experience

We had our daughter's birthday here and everyone loved it. Great variety of things for the kids to do. Bumper cars, obstacle course, zip lining and ball pit. Our hostess was great as well. We will definitely be back.

Amazing experience for my children. They have everything there! Truly a unique place to be. The rope course is awesome, the zip line is so much fun, the ball pit under the obstacle course made me feel like a kid again. There is so much more to do there besides the trampolines. We will definitely be hosting birthday parties there in the future. The little kid playground was fun for even my older kids! I could have stayed there for 5 hours. Also, the price is unbeatable!!! Thank you for a fantastic time!

Attended a BBBS party there with my little; Great place for adventurous, creative and active kids, they will sleep well when they're finished, lol. Even enjoyed bouncing myself at 70+. The obstacle courses are a hoot and bumping while spinning upside down made me appreciate terra firma and did I mention the zip line?

This pace is dirty, staff doesn't care what happens, and many things broken. I know everyone has staffing shortages; however, when staff ignore fighting and rules it is bad when it involves children. Next, you cannot cancel a membership. Besides our son having leukemia, they are asking for multiple documents and take about 5 days each time to respond, just to delay. I'm sorry to say, everything about the management and ownership is bad.

Great place for kids. A lot of fun stuff to do and entertain the kids. Staff behind the counter was pretty nice and friendly. The girl assigned to us for the birthday party was very attending to our guests. The staff in the play zone areas was more interested in playing around than keeping a eyes on things. I saw one of them doing flip with tennis shoes on. Wich the don't care if other parents walk on the trampoline with shoes on.

I like this place. But the music is very loud. I hate moments when you have to shout to tell something. You probably feel headache after such places. However, kids have so much fun.

I went with my 3 year old a few times usually he really enjoys it sometimes the older kids will be too wild for him and he will want to leave. Over all a great place. Not the best for little ones

From the beginning it was an annoying experience. "Do you have jump socks"? "yes" "Are they Urban Air socks"? "No" "Well the have to be Urban Air socks, so you can buy them or trade them in for the ones you currently have" The (I think) manager kind of went back and forth with me before just giving us some socks. For what reason? No other place cares as long as they're safe for the jumpers. Annoying. The trampoline area was so small I actually had to ask someone where the trampolines were. It's so dark in there. The staff was so overly involved that it was actually obnoxious. I have a 3 year old and an autistic 5 year old. No matter what they were doing, someone from the staff had something to say about it. If you want to go somewhere that your kids can just play, have fun & just be little kids, I suggest going to any of the other trampoline parks. I don't mind if someone is getting on to my kids if it needs to happen (granted I am always standing right there and I'm the first to get onto them when they need it). But the nit picking was out of control. I will never step foot into this place again & it's a shame cause this is the closest trampoline park to our house.

The kids had a blast! My five yr old got a little scared when she couldn't find her way out of the play area, but we were there for a Birthday party and it was nice to have the party host to hand out all the food and drinks and keep the party flowing. We opted to just let the kids play instead of opening presents there but everyone had a good time and we will be back another day ☺️

Best place for kids and teens. I went for a birthday party with my kid and believe me my son never want to get our of this place. They have best of trampoline, rock climbing and so many fun rides.

My son’s birthday was amazing, he had such a good time with his friends! The staff were friendly and accommodating. Aniyah was pleasant and made sure we had everything we needed for our party room! I will definitely be visiting again soon!!!

We are pass members… although it is a venue that provides a place for kids to play the staff is definitely not assisting in making this an enjoyable environment. Urban Air seems to only employ teens and young adults that do not have a clue as to what customer service is. They staff spends more time socializing with themselves, and or their phones and not paying attention to the activities that are happening within the floor and or the kitchen for that matter. It would be nice if this establishment would also employ a few “supervisors” and or team leads that would help keep the staff, focused and motivated. some of the attractions seem to have a longer than needed twait times because they have to wait for a staff member to go over to that attraction and actually man that attraction. With the amount of staff personnel that are just standing around there should be no reason for any of the attractions to not be supervised the whole time.

I came on a Tuesday night no one was in the building minimal employees I ordered my food at 5:05 did not receive food until after 6:00. I'm here with it after school program with four girls who needed to be home between 6:00 and 6:30 and they didn't get to eat because the food took too long to come out. The manager said they were down to one oven I understood but still nonetheless there should be other ways to make this not happen. I was given no warning it would take over an hour to get my food.

  • 5/5 Candy B. 6 months ago on Google
Tons of fun for the toddlers! Once they find their fun spots within the building and their limits, they can go for a couple of hours. I like that it's physical fun and not just video games.

We have had a membership for a little over a year and since Gabe started working here our experience has been amazing! He is not only kind to the kids but also polite to parents and goes above and beyond with safety and service. He is an asset to this team! Also. My kids say this is the best pizza they've ever had.

Arrived Sunday 6/18 around 12:30pm. The guy working behind the counter was very polite and nice. The other staff can not say the same. The girl working the zip line ( pink shorts, super long braids and fake nails) was so damn rude to the kids. She had an attitude anytime a kid went to get on. I saw her shu a little girl away! She needs a new job. Every single staff member was on the floor was on their phone. Could care less about watching kids and making sure they are playing safely, or following the rules. It was kind of dirty as well. DEFINITELY will not return do to unprofessional staff!!

  • 5/5 Theresa W. 9 months ago on Google
So much fun for the kids. A lot of different things to do, not just jumping. They have zip ride, balancing with problem solving, rock climbing, virtual game, just so much. Only issue was waiting area for parents could be improved. Only area are benches by shoe cubbies, or the small cafe area which fills up fast and then slim for those that really want to eat.

This was my first time doing birthday party at Urban Air. Vrunda was my host. She did an amazing job. She did everything from starting to finish. It was a stress free day for me. She was also very polite and friendly to all my guests. Thank you Vrunda for your excellent customer service 👏 😊

We had a great day and came in on the 4th of July to get away from all the crowds. Almost empty so it worked out perfectly. Our two girls ages 8 & 4 had so much fun. Shout-out to Gabe, a awesome employee who made our girls feel safe & special on the Flip Zone bumper cars.

  • 3/5 Heather L. 9 months ago on Google
The employees arent the most attentive you need to keep a close eye on your kids to make sure they are safe. The bathrooms were horrendous I cant believe the staff use those and leave them that nasty! They also don't ever answer the phone if you call w questions. Besides all that my kids loved it!

  • 5/5 Kimberly T. 9 months ago on Google
Great place for kids of all ages (and adults, lol). The 3 year old had a blast even though they were restricted by some height requirements. The seven year old loved all the 'big kid' activities in the sky. A few adults also enjoyed the sky activities too! Membership gets you awesome discounts and a free snack too. Wish they had a handful more staff so all attractions were open simultaneously, but they did a good job rotating quickly so kids didn't wait long. We'll be back!
