We booked a dolphin tour at 2pm there website stated it was strict at the time to board or they will leave you so we were there for about 15 min before waiting. It was passed 2pm and still didn't arrive I called and they stated it was cancelled. They didn't tell us ahead of time. They just said it was cancelled and they would refund the money. We still haven't received the refund. Very bad service. Do not recommend.

Had visitors from out of town and this was a great way to spend part of the afternoon. We did the "Tampa harbor and history tour", which was 90 minutes and included the port, Harbor and Davis Islands, as well as the Hillsborough River. The guide was humorous and very knowledgeable. We decided to go soon before the tour started, so instead of booking online we called ahead to confirm our spots and get other details - logistically, everything was smooth.

The Captain did a wonderful job sharing information & keeping us hydrated. Captain steered the boat very well and engaged with the group.

I really enjoyed the Tampa history tour! It was interesting to learn about the start of Tampa and history throughout the tour. Gorgeous views and a decent breeze. It was just a little packed and hot! He’s right on time, so don’t be late otherwise you will miss out.

We did booking via TripAdvisor travel company Viator and were able to get reservations same day. Trip was for hour and 1/2. We started at around 2.15 pm .. weather was great it was little cold but we all had hoodies to be covered. Initially captain gave some history of the bay n about himself and told us he would try to take us to dolphins hangout spot .. and we were able to get glimpse of dolphins but they would go way. Tour time was coming to end ... and we were disappointed with very limited dolphins sighting... but then Captain said we were in treat as he saw cargo ship 🚢 coming in the port. He said dolphins love to swim in front of the shop and we will have a treat.. He took us for extended time and we were very happy to see dolphins 🐬 swim n jump out of water in front of ship... THANK YOU Only complain I would have was Captain smoked on the boat else it was wonderful experience

Enjoyed the water taxi and cabi's knowledge, pertaining to Tampa. Made for memorable, birthday weekend for hubby's birthday. Most definitely, recommend.

Loved the tour, very knowledgeable captain. We went up and down the bay and river and saw historic places and mansions. Highly recommend.

Nice, short boat trip. Mark was really friendly and knowledgeable. And we did see the guaranteed dolphins around Tampa bay.

Highly recommend! My 84 year old mother and I enjoyed a wonderful 1.5 hour History Tour with Captain Mark. He was engaging, original and knowledgable. The tour is a great way for folks with limited mobility to enjoy the Riverwalk area, learn some interesting stories and become familiar with downtown Tampa. We booked online and immediately received confirmation and a text message with helpful pick up and parking details.

My son took me on the "History Tour" for Mother's Day! Beautiful day, relaxing time on the Hillsboro River, and a fabulous Captain and Guide! I would definitely do it again!

Very informative captains educating you about Tampa, while transporting you up and down the riverwalk. Multiple stops along the way. You can hop on hop off all day. Really helpful but also a nice boat ride.

Great guide and lucky to have seen dolphins. Our captain did a super job, would have been great even without the dolphins, still happy to see them though 😀

We travel around the country in our RV doing all the touristy things in each city. Today we decided to do that here in Tampa where we live. Selected the History Water Taxi and were so glad we did! Learned a lot of things we weren't aware of before. Mark was very informative and was easy to listen to Highly recommend!

Great experience. Fun relaxing family occasion. Wonderful Harbour view with wildlife interaction (Manatees, Dolphins, Pelicans ). Mark, Excellent tour guide! Very explanatory and enthusiastic. I would recommend it to everyone.

Unfortunately I was unable to go on the tour due to a late arrival due to an accident which cause traffic to back up. However, Captain Larry was very understanding, and Accommodating the area is beautiful. Would have loved to see the tour.

Hopped on as part of a random Sunday funday. It was super window so they were limited on where they could go but loved that we could have drinks and just hop on and off as we pleased. We stopped at Sparkman and the Sail Pavillion. Our guides were fun and knowledgeable.

Great crew! Easy on and off. Only thing is you better be on time because they don't mess around with times! The app said the boat would be there in 4 minutes and they had already arrived, we were like 60 feet away and they were just pulling away from the dock. You get lovely scenery on the boat while relaxing. Would definitely do it again!

worst service town has, pay $ 175 total. the man who is in charge of raising people did not let anyone go up with the excuse that he was full. We let him pass the first one and we waited for him to come back in the second half of the boat had gotten off and still he said we couldn't get on. He came with children under 3 years old and he didn't even understand that. when calling customer service they did not do us the favor and did not refund the money. the worst company do not use it

Thoroughly enjoyed an annual pass for $100 for two people a few years ago. Wonderful trips by day and night. An annual pass is now $200! Stupid. . .only rich people can afford this and they have their own boats. Tourists ripped off as well - daily boat trip prices nearly doubled to around $40 a person! Always designed to keep the riff-raff off Riverwalk. . .now turning away the middle-class too.

Went on the history tour and Capt Larry had a wealth of knowledge. You’re sure to enjoy this if you’re into fun facts about Tampa Bay. Boat is a little crowded so get there early to get the best spot and ensure enough time to find the dock!!

TOTALLY disappointed!! Showed up from Baltimore, MD with 5 tickets in hand for the celebrity cruise!! Boat was full and we were not allowed access!!! Captain Larry took attendance BUT never counted the attendees nor required proof of how many people each reservation was for!! Told us to come back for the dolphin cruise but that was not what we paid for; furthermore, that cruise would then be overbooked!!! Demanding a full refund as soon as I peel myself off the ceiling from anger!! 😡😡

Yikes! I love the idea of this water taxi but the schedule is not accurate and the customer service is very bad. Do NOT count on this for main transportation, despite the steep price. I had a few friends in town and we all paid for annual passes ($500 total) but we’re denied entry 3 times in a row. On top of that, no one was available to answer any phone calls and the scheduled times were completely inaccurate. Really hope this company dedicated more time to train their employees or get new management.

What a lovely experience! We bought a day ticket late in the morning and traveled each route once to get an overview of the respective stations and to see where we wanted to get off on the second trip. Each of the two routes are great and there is a lot to see. What was special about the trips for us, however, were the employees, who were extremely polite and very helpful! The moderation during the trips is also very good and you get a lot of information. Thank you for a wonderful day!
