Where to start not only in a beautiful location in the center of Tampa's beautiful downtown, upon entering the building in the lobby grand piano playing beautiful music, Beautiful interior design and the businesses are top-notch! Loved visiting here!

Very clean and quiet place to work. I installed glass in alot of the office suites so I'm familiar with the building.

It took me over an hour to find ghd building bc of all the construction and I was given ghd wring directions 4 separate times including alexia.

I never know where I will end up when I go for a morning walk in Tampa. Top of the SunTrust trust Tower. Wow!

Nice spot to chill and relax in the middle of downtown. Love the fountain and plantings. The deli there became a victim of covid 19. The sammies were decent and had good ice cream. They were there for about 30 years.The bank of Tampa is there. Decent peeps - cash their own checks with no charge or hassle.

For tourist this is the best landmark and it's looks like historical place

Connected, feel like a heritage spot, with top modern facilities. Very clean with a welcoming reception and nearby restaurants and parking lots. The building does make a " you've arrived" statement!

The loading dock was full with no security guard available. When I went to the security desk to ask for assistance, they had me return to the loading dock where they sent someone to meet me. No big deal accept fo the attitude. When I was done and returning to my car the elevator broke with me and a fed ex guy in it. We unloaded his boxes and my supplies and I rode another elevator down. I was headed to the security desk to report the elevator when I was intercepted by the same guy with the attitude who accused me of knocking the door off the tracks and telling me I had to have an incident report filled out. None of this had to be bad, but the rent a cop with an attitude ws way out of line.
