    When you work hard, this is definitely where you should come home to! This place is breathtakingly awesome! It has all the amenities I’ve ever wanted in an apartment plus more! Not one, but two salt water pools! Coffee and wine stations! Great gym & workout areas and even free yoga on Sunday mornings! Excellent service from leasing staff and well maintained property throughout!

    I wish to express my sincere gratitude for a job well done! I had requested the leasing office team to invest money to tune-up the gym equipment in the gym. As a result of my experience, I recommend taking some time to check the equipment to be sure it is tuned up regularly. My request was followed up by the leasing team within a week of my request. It is amazing how the leasing office team pays attention to even the smallest details that are relevant to residents. As a result of this professional approach, I am excited to live here! Therefore, it is my honor to give them a five-star rating for a job well done!

    Lived here for 15 months before moving out and miss it so much! Only left because we were going on an extended vacation, otherwise we would have renewed. Beautiful building, wonderful staff, and great maintenance crew! Everything was ran so well and they had security in the parking garage at night too. Decided to try a new apartment complex after returning from vacation and are regretting not returning to Anchor Riverwalk! Charity was fantastic at addressing any concerns we ever had and any necessary building maintenance was addressed quickly. Common areas were well kept and clean, gym was wonderful, and the pools were great too!

    My experience at Anchor Riverwalk has been extremely good. From Kathy and Joyce in the leasing office to Leo and the team. Everyone is very nice and helpful. After visiting many places, the key differentiator was the outstanding customer experience when touring and during the move-in process. Great place to live!! 100% recommended.

    Love the apartment. Joyce from the leasing office made the application and move-in process very smooth. She guided me every step of the way, was friendly, and communicative. Eddie was extremely helpful with giving me a walk-through, answering all my questions, and going through all the apartment/appliance/property functions. Thanks all for the warm welcome & service!

    Very clean facility with a great location downtown. Leo in maintenance is friendly and fast with any issues you may encounter. Kathy in the leasing office is also super sweet and helpful!

    Joyce was wonderful and VERY patient during the entire process. Answered my questions (sometimes the same ones) and made sure I was informed. Kathy welcomed me with a smile every time I came to the office. Win showed me around the property and made sure that I knew where the most important areas were located. It feels like home 🏡 already!

    I would like to leave a positive review for Leo Martinez the maintenance supervisor for Anchor at Riverwalk Apartment Complex. I have had many interactions with maintenance issue at the complex and Leo has always addressed each issue in a timely and professional manner to get the issues resolved. He has experience in his job field and knowledge that is an asset to your team to keep things running smoothly at our complex. Thank you for going above and beyond to help us when needed.

    We just moved in a month ago and have had a really positive experience so far. We love our apartment, the shared amenities are all kept clean, and maintenance has been very responsive. Our washing machine recently broke and we had a new unit installed within a few days. Leo Martinez did a great job accommodating this process and we were happy to not be without a washer for long! I highly recommend Anchor Riverwalk.

    I lived here for a year and I loved it. The complex is always clean and my neighbors were friendly. Location is excellent. The only con is the visitor parking situation. You have to let your visitors in— there is no way for you to buzz cars in or give them a code. Upside is that there is a plenty of visitor parking because letting them in is so cumbersome. The only reason why I’m not renewing is because I found a more affordable apartment just 8 minutes away. If money was no object, I’d never move from here. Definitely recommend.

    I've lived in Anchor for 3 years now, and I've always had a great experience with maintenance! Eddy came in for my maintenance requests and was amazing! We made small talk, and he quickly did my maintenance requests. He also called about cabinet hinges that I needed when he was here as well to make sure they come in. He also respected my request to not come into my apartment during a certain timeframe which I greatly appreciated! If I could give Eddy more than 5 stars I would!

    The maintenance team at Anchor is amazing!!! Always quick to respond to requests, whether they are routine or an emergency late on a Friday night! Friendly, polite, and never leave a mess. Front office ladies are also friendly and helpful. Kathy is always so nice and there to assist with questions or whatever else you might need. Great team at Anchor!

    We have been here for almost 6 months and are very happy. Ms. Kathy was so professional and incredibly helpful from first inquiry to move in. She went above and beyond to make everything perfect. Leo and his team are fantastic. Always on top of things with a phenomenal attitude. If we renew it is without a doubt because of Leo and his team. The apartment is beautiful and quiet except for the noise from above due to thin floors. The walls are pretty thick so you don’t hear next door or outdoor noise. It’s apartment living. The fees are excessive. Too many things being passed on that should be included in base rent. But Kathy, Leo and his team are fabulous!

    When I first checked in Leo was kind enough to show me around. He went way above what was expected and showed he truly was passionate about the facilities and his residents. He guided me through all the facilities to feel comfortable and acclimated to my new place. Leo was fantastic and wish there were more people like him!

    The maintenance crew at Anchor Riverwalk is extremely professional and helpful. As soon as I submit a work order, Leo M. is at my apartment within 24 hours(sometimes even the same day) to fix the issue. He’s professional, friendly, and extremely helpful in solving any issue I have had. He went above and beyond to fix a recent issue for me and I was so appreciative of his quality work, exceeding my expectations.

    We have been metaphorically circling Anchor for weeks. Joyce gave us our initial tour and showed us two units. We were still looking at other properties so when we decided on Anchor, both units had already been leased. We went back and Joyce showed us two additional units. We did get one locked down and started the leasing process. A few days later we contacted Joyce to see if we could come back by the apartment to show our son. She happily gave us another full tour of the complex. We can definitely be a little high maintenance but she never stopped smiling and never made us feel like an imposition. Absolutely incredible experience and can’t wait to move in! Edit to add: our move in was incredible. Jisber was incredibly kind and the on-boarding process was amazing. Very thorough but in a good way. Jisber also responded to two minor maintenance service calls and for both of them, he was up to us within 30 minutes. He is very kind and helpful. We also attended our first social event. The Howl-O-Ween pet event. It was great! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming. We love living here!

    Wow..its not often anymore that you get 5 star customer service but this place was an exception. From the moment I walked in, Erin, the assistant manager, made me feel like home. She took the time to listen to my needs and help me find the perfect home. She was funny and truly heard me. On my move in day, the manager, Charity, greeted me and welcomed me as well. These 2 ladies provided me with care and kindness the entire way through. Thank you Erin for everything!!!

    Kathy and Erin are amazing! They were super professional and always willing to help make my moving process easier. Easy to communicate with regarding unit availability and the application process and quickly got back to me with the approval notice. Moving is never easy, but I couldn’t imagine what it would’ve been like had it not been for Kathy and Erin helping every step of the way!

    Hidden gem and great location. Maintenance team is always punctual and responsive. Incredible and helpful staff too! Best part the entire year has been no fire alarms going off which I know has been a nightmare for other apartment complexes.

    Kathy is absolutely wonderful! When selecting a unit she gave me all the options in my price range and walked through them all with me. When I finally decided, I came back in and she walked me through the unit I selected as well showed me the best areas for me to park, closest elevators, stairs, etc. Move-in process has been excellent start to finish! I’m so excited for this move!

    Leo Martinez is the best! He’s always so helpful and friendly when it comes to any maintenance around Anchor. He’s quick to reply and makes living here so fun. Kathy and Erin in the leasing office are also always very kind to me and greet me with my name when I arrive. :) There’s been a ton of new upgrades to the apartment building since the new management has arrived last year.

    I toured numerous properties when looking to move to Tampa and I decided on Anchor Riverwalk. It’s the best decision I could have made! The location is perfect, it’s close to everything, the entire management team is friendly and helpful, it’s quiet, and they are putting a lot of money into keeping the property to competitive standards. I’d recommend moving here! It’s a great place to call home!

    Emailed back and forth with Kara to schedule a viewing of 2 units currently available. It is 9/17 and the earliest I could get a viewing was OCTOBER 17!? We would have loved to see this apartment complex and we were interested in 2 apartments that are currently available, but if it takes 30 days to even get a 20 minute viewing, how long will it take to get any issues resolved? Very disappointed in the communication and availability. Update: If your AI is that terrible, you shouldn't be using an AI bot to respond to people about scheduling.

    My roommates and I had to find a beautiful place to live ASAP and Leo & Erin took great care of us. Leo gave us a tour of the apartment complex, sparing no detail on what goes into making Anchor Riverwalk one of the best options for young professionals living in Tampa. They were able to get us in promptly and professionally. Looking forward to our future residency at this complex!

    Building has been great to me, was a little difficult getting into an apartment on a short term notice. Since moving in management has been great and super responsive. They host nice little events every so often!

    I’ve lived here for 2.5 years. Leo Martinez is very professional. Very prompt. He does a great job communicating. I was having problems with my window leaking when it rained and he let me know the status of the fix throughout the entire process. Goes over and above to make sure things are done quickly and correctly. Always a pleasure working with him and nice to see a friendly face around the property :) Leo’s the best!

    I have had a mixed experience during my year-long stay at Anchor Riverwalk. The maintenance team and leasing office have been excellent in promptly addressing and resolving any concerns that arose. However, the main issues stem from irresponsible pet owners. Regrettably, the common areas have mostly turned into bathrooms due to their negligence, and the management has shown reluctance in addressing this problem.

    Leo and the office staff were so incredibly helpful to me when I needed it most! I feel so fortunate to live in a community where I feel safe and listened to! I moved here over a year ago because it felt safe, and I’m still here because of it! Leo is always friendly and on top of any repairs or maintenance issues, and the staff is consistently kind and helpful as well!

My boyfriend lives in this apartment complex and a few weeks ago he lost his apartment’s key and we couldn’t get to the apartment at 2:00 am, we were going crazy and Leo showed up 30 minutes later and helped us. I am super grateful and impressed with the quick respond we had from him.

    Kathy at Anchor Riverwalk has been a fantastic help in navigating the busy apartment search. My wife and I needed a second tour before we made our choice, and she adjusted her schedule to accommodate while also finding us a perfect fit. On top of that, Leo was great during the moving process to find us a time where we could get our truck in an easy spot. We are excited to be here and are very grateful for the team.

    I just recently moved into Anchor Riverwalk, and I am so happy that I did! The location is amazing, right next to the riverwalk, and being able to walk my dog and have a drink at Armature Works has been the highlight of our first few nights here. Kathy and Leo went so far above and beyond to make this move in experience as smooth as possible! I was moving sight unseen and needed a few measurements taken in the apartment and they took care of getting me that information right away. On move in day, Kathy had everything ready to go for me and Leo was SOOOO helpful. He made sure my movers knew where to park, showed my mom where to park, what route was best for them to take to move me in, and even came personally at the end of the day and took a very large stack of boxes down for me so my mom and I didn't have to. I'm so grateful to both Kathy and Leo for the phenomenal service and kindness during such a stressful time moving, and am looking very forward to exploring more of such a fun neighborhood!

    My daughter moved to Anchor Riverwalk in June from Virginia where we live. The staff has been great to help her settle in and to make Anchor and Tampa her new home. Leo on Anchor’s maintenance crew has gone above and beyond to take care of any maintenance needs in her new apartment. He is always professional, caring and quick to respond. Thanks Leo!

    I had an issue with a leaking sink from a crack and Leo came within 5 minutes and it was fixed within an hour. Not only was he efficient but also super friendly and helpful with the entire process. Winfield also came with Leo who was also a great help and friendly as well. I definitely trust the both of them for all of my needs with maintenance. They were great!!!

    I just moved back to Tampa and fell in love with these apartments. The location is perfect and the front office is very helpful. Kathy has personally been great with my boyfriend and I. She’s so delightful and always gets back to me. She makes this place feel very comfortable and I know she will always make time to help me with whatever I need help with. I’m very happy with my choice to make this place my new home.

    I recently moved into Anchor and have had a great experience so far thanks to Kathy and Leo. Kathy is an exceptional building manager, she goes above and beyond to get to know you and make sure you're satisfied! Leo has been the best! Comes super fast and is great to talk to! Both of them have made my experience great so far, I cannot say enough good things about these two! Downsides being the price is kind of high, residents don't always clean the grills when they use them, packages don't always come to your door, if you order food at night you have to go down to get it and residents in the third building do not have an elevator.

    Recently moved to Anchor Riverwalk and the 'move-in' was done by maintenance manager Leo Martinez. Man, this guy is great! Very personable and showed us all round even though it was about 5p. I was a little worried with some of the negative reviews on here about management, but it does seem as though Wood management is doing really well. My dishwasher wasn't working when I moved in (these things happen), and I put in a maintenance request to have it looked over. Leo came out the same day, ran and some tests on it, and has determined it needs to be replaced and I should expect that to happen tomorrow. I've only been here a couple of days, but so far, I would recommend this building.

    I have lived at Anchor Riverwalk for 2 years and wanted to give a shout-out to the best maintenance man around, Leo!! He has helped fix multiple things in my apartment that the previous maintenance company failed to do. He is always quick to respond, polite, and courteous!! Thank god that Wood Residential took over, sad I will be moving out due to a job relocation.

    I’ve had an excellent and seamless experience with both the application and move in process. Kathy Boyd was so welcoming and responded promptly to all of any inquiries. The maintenance team is quickly responsive and the grounds are very well maintained. I can’t say enough great things about Wood Residential and Anchor Riverwalk.

    Jisbev is highly responsive and a hard worker. I’ve lived in many apartments and interacted with many maintenance technicians but, he stands out because of his personality and care he puts into his work. All interactions I’ve had with him since I moved in have been 5 star.

    We just moved into Anchor Riverwalk and it has been amazing so far!! The move in process was so smooth, the apartment has been such a dream, and the whole staff (especially Kathy and Leo) have been nothing but helpful and sweet. We’ve only been here a week now but we are loving it so far and have had no complaints!
