    the office will quickly respond in here and pretend to be nice and ask you to call them, when in reality they will never answer the phone. By far this is my worst and most horrible apartment community i have ever rented. please do not rent here, all the reviews are true and the office is by far the most unprofessional people out there. the skinny guy at the office with a beard, he snaps with a bad attitude quick and basically almost kicks you out of the office. if you have common sense please do not rent here, go pay a few dollars more and have peace of mind. you will never have peace of mind at Lake Azzure.

    My wife was the one who did it and she told me that everything was fast and very professional, I am sure I would recommend it to anyone interested, thank you for everything, we are satisfied.

    Awful management. I unfortunately own a condo here and MY tenant was served a 3 day notice by the complex to move out or pay them rent. I called back to back to finally get someone to answer (Anthony is supposedly the manager) who said he needed to get to his computer and would call me back. Needless to say they didn’t and after an hour I again had to call repeatedly (14 times) for them to answer. They would put me on hold and never answer the call. This occurred 3 times until I told them I would just continue to call repeatedly until he spoke with me. At which point of course he is available and tells me “it says on the notice why she got it”- ugh she doesn’t pay them rent!! It’s a condo!! I have no reason they are sending this to her and he just gives me an email address for “the person who handles HOA”- will not give me a phone number. I have paid my HOA EARLY and in full for the past 16 years. This management is a joke. Listen to the other reviewers and don’t deal with these inept employees. Update 4/28/23- I have been emailing them now for several months still with no response. I even re-forward the email every couple of weeks asking for a response with none. You do not want to deal with this “management” or really more like lack thereof

    Since I have moved into this apartment with my three small children in Oct. the first day the place was SWARMING with roaches, I’ve never in my life had a bug problem before. They started to spray, but the bug problem has never gone away. I had a serious hot water leak in the bathtub of the master bedroom that has steamed the bathroom since Oct. causing mold and the paint to peel. The A/c has been out for 3 months and no one will help me to fix it. The apt. Temperature is 83 degrees, which with the hot water steaming has caused mold to grow and I can’t let my children stay here. They finally brought two windows units and only one worked. They placed cardboard on the other side to close the gap and that falls in leaving my children’s windows open and someone could Easily climb through the window. The hot water heater has been leaking all the way out inside of the hallways since oct. and no one has come to fix that either... causing mold. Just last night my entire apartment has flooded from the sink, which hasn’t drained since I’ve moved in here. It flooded all the way into my living room where my furniture is and down into my hallway to the master bedroom. I want out of my lease. I don’t have hot water because it leaks all day, I have mold, I have flooding, and I haven’t had a/c, not to mention the bugs ! Also, the fact that I’ve called countless times and also sent a letter certified so they can’t say they didn’t receive it, no one will help me. These are unsafe living conditions for my children and myself. I have photos and videos of everything and I want out. I am paying rent to stay somewhere I can’t keep my children. No one should be living here either it’s disgusting!

    Visited site only one person working . Applied to live there with 3 applicants paying fees. Didn’t hear anything in 72 hours started making phone calls . Office closed, no answer, office closed, manager not in this is daily fir a week. Second week on 3 rd day of trying and 2 visits manager will call me . No call . No answer office closed (these are during posted open hours. Now 2 weeks no answer no denial. They took out money and we stopped looking for housing assuming no problems we could move in. Now a full 4 weeks! we want out money back! I’m questioning if the may be closing I hear tenets can’t pay their rent

    I currently live in this place and the management is horrible. The air conditioning is not working well. So, is draining water in the kitchen I’ve been in the office more than three time and they go, but they never find a solution, and that is not the worst part, the the kitchen is flooded with water, and I’m five months pregnant, what puts my baby's life at risk if I slip or fall in the kitchen. Also, we have a 2 years old boy. who could also suffer any kind of lesson if he slips or falls into the water. I’m really tired of going to the office they don’t offer any solution and to complete they never answer the phone (don’t call them you are really losing your time) . It’s really sad, see how this management don’t care about the people who lives here, especially our little kids, but they are really good collecting rent and not doing what they should do.

    So the response from the management group says I don’t live there. On google. When I clearly have a lease and pay them my rent every month. Issues not fixed just have gotten worse. I submitted a maintenance request on September 4th no one has shown up to my apartment. I have a hole in my porches wooden floor that a foot can fit in it and first step on staircase going up to my apartment has completely fallen off screws popping up. And I have kids. They don’t care haven’t bothered to show up. And the manger hasn’t answered any of my emails that I’ve been sending for a month now. My stove doesn’t work I have lights that take special bulbs. Supposed manager doesn’t bother answering any of my emails I’ve been sending for a month. I’ve left voicemails no call back. And funny everyone has a valet trash box. Except our building which is building 2. You ask the guy in the office and it’s pointless. Do yourself a favor and don’t rent here. They don’t care and won’t fix anything.

    Applied for an apartment never heard back. They took my money and never looked back. We called and visited multiple times no response, or “the manager is not here she will get back with you” this was a script at least 6 times. Apparently the manager doesn’t really work. Regardless we got another place but will keep bothering them until our money is returned . They left us homeless for over a week as we thought we were moving in . They never processed us so we want our money back! DONT MOVE HERE

    Lived in these apartments for 3 years. For the first 4 months, my apartment flooded every time there was heavy rain. All that management would do was send a company to put fans in to dry it out. Parking is atrocious and not policed, despite them trying to require permits near the end of my time there. There is trash everywhere, and most weekends, trash bags overflowing down the ramp in front of the compactor because either its full, broken, or people send their kids and can't lift it up into the opening. Main was a joke, 4 times my show leaked, called, they "fixed it", just to have it leaking again in a day. Water on the floor multiple times from pipes having issues. Emergency maintenance couldn't be reached. Office was hard to get a hold of, and work orders were actually put in maybe 1 in 3 times. Wanted to increase my rent $150+ a year but didn't increase the quality of living there any. Strongly recommend against living here

    Don’t come to this place. The communication is horrendous. You can call all you want, but it’s unlikely that you’ll get an answer. They definitely have roaches in these apartments. I had to have my place sprayed 3 times because anything worked. The parking is TERRIBLE! Almost every night I have to park at the far end of the complex or come home early because there’s never any spots. They have “security gates,” but they’re always open. I have had water leak into my apartment, but no one came to fix it the first time it happen. I had to clean the water up myself along with sealing the wall. And, I’ve been dealing with A/C issues in my apartment for months (2-3 months) in my room only, which is strange. I finally reached out to someone on 6/10, but I hadn’t gotten a response until now (6/30). I was told that everyone else has been dealing with the same issue for just as long, and my issues isn’t classified as an emergency since my unit says it’s 74 degrees and they “checked the outside unit and it was fine.” I kept trying to tell them that my room was hotter than 74, and I was told again it was not an emergency. I even offered to have someone come out to fix it and they could take what I paid out of my rent. They said no because they were going to have someone “fix it.” Now, I have to spend the few days I have home (I’m a truck driver and I’m only home for a few days a month) in a hot room simply because my others rooms are “fine.” I won’t be not renewing my lease, and you should probably stay away from this place. If not, you’ll definitely be complain for the first few months before anything gets better. And even then you’ll still have problems. It’s not worth it! If you can find somewhere else to be, DO IT!

    Very hard to contact management, their phones do not work and it’s impossible to be connected to an actual person rather than a recording. The leasing lady Lopez was helpful the day we applied in person , but her email doesn’t work and she hasn’t gotten back in touch with us even a week after. We applied and paid around $300 , had to go in person to cancel the application (due to them never answering phones or emails) and we still haven’t received a call or an email confirming the cancellation. If they are hard to find during the application process I can only imagine how hard they’re to contact when something needs to get fixed.

    Do not move here if you want hot water and a safe environment for your family Leaking water everywhere. Rotten floors.. Worst of all they evict you if you ask for repairs to be done.. Nasty attitudes these people do not treat you like a human being.. They blame everything on management.

    take forever to fix things, water comes in from doors and windows when it rains, had no hot water for a week more than once, when we ask to fix something they never answer the phone or say there’s nobody to fix it, and after complaining about everything stated previously we get a non-renewal letter saying we have 2 months to find somewhere else to stay or legal action will be taken.. they just want to kick us out because we ask for things GOOD apartments would happily provide for their residents.. they just dont care at all. by the way im the daughter of erica, before you say “upon further investigation” im a literal child and even i know what this place has to offer is trash..

    My boyfriend and I were considering living in this community. We opened the office door and they immediately screamed at us before we could even walk one step in the door to put a mask on. They were very rude and that is not how you treat people. If they require masks then they should have nicely asked us.

    moved out of this building 3 months ago promised to pay me back my deposit, till date they dint pay me back the deposit its been three months. strongly encourage to not to stay in the apartments, don't trust their lease documents because they dnt follow anything on that. expect us to pay on time and every time. Money printing business. worst staff no one have a sense of responsibility to their jobs and family living in the property. Please send health department to inspect the property they will close their business license immediately.

    Don’t waste your time ! They deserve 0 star but unfortunately that’s not a option they neverrrrrrr answer calls or return calls they turn there ringer off from the time they come in to the time they leave you literally got to go in the office ready to go off & even then they move like snails … the worst leasing crews in history every set that comes in does the exact same Nothing at all … & don’t have a emergency 😂 you will have to go to the office 20 times before anything even begins to get fixed . Please don’t respond with your sooty because you all still haven’t changed a thing even besides add new ppl to the office .

    I love living here. Keyshlink Santiago the Assistant Manage, is Amazing.. She is Very friendly and attentive and made the process easy.. From my application process to making sure all of my needs were met during move in. Dayanira was also very pleasant and helpful during my move in. She always had an answer for any questions or concerns that I had in a timely manner. The maintenance crew was always quick with any necessary repairs to make my apartment perfect. The Views are Stunning My unit is very clean and everything is amazing. My children love playing outside. IM LOVING IT HERE!! Update… this place has changed management 4 times since I lived here I completely changed my mind and above review and will be moving due to eviction while me and my 3 children are positive for COVID. The last manager was working with me then they fired her for having a heart. They never answer phone or emails.

    I move here 7 month ago since i move i said what is wrong they never came and fix the air condition is not working good i tell them and they said it works and that is not ilegal management is horrible maintenance sucks., my window dont close let them know for the hurricane they do nothing my receptacles do not work they have not done anything to change them my apt is a 1 st floor and twice in lees them a year I was flooded to expensive for the service. Dont move here.. you go and ask for help and they look at you with very bad attitude is not good to live here they do not care for the people that do everything to pay good for not having a good service.

    Not 1 month ago I moved into this condo, and I can already say that it is HORRIBLE, first they gave me an apartment with an unbearable stink. There is no parking but at no time of the day, I have to park on the other side of the condominium and walk at 10 at night when I leave work to my apartment because the parking spaces are free, there are no stickers, there is very poor management on the part of the administrators. This morning when I was leaving for work the tow truck had taken my car that was parked in a parking lot, and when I went to the office they told me that the car was parked incorrectly, I told her that I should park it in a parking lot and the administrator told me He says it wasn't a parking lot, I asked him where one can complain about the parking issue and he says to no one, just me. Unfortunately I have a one-year lease with this condo but as soon as it's over I'll never go back. I do not recommend it to anyone if they do not want a bad experience and a lot of stress and bad times for the time they live there. My mistake was not looking at the reviews when looking for an apartment because if I had seen all these bad reviews I would not have made this mistake.

    I like to say since Tammy Amaya and Kim and kiki have been working at these apartments I have had plumbing resolved and the staff is so friendly and respectful and responsible. they have only been working for this property for less than six months and there have been a drastic change. I can honestly say I appreciate every last one of there hard work

    I’ve been living here for almost 3 years and so far is been good , however since Millie the new manager came on board is excellent, when my AC broke down she make sure i was assisted ASAP due to my medical condition , the maintenance guys are very polite and helpful as well. Millie suggested the website i needed to go in order to get rental assistance. I am grateful to be in a place when they care about the tenants 🥰

    I have been living in this complex for a year now, and a lot has changed. Thank you so much Kimberly, assistant manager, and the leaser Dayanira Lopez for helping me with my rent issues and work orders. This is a great place to live. The office staff to the Maintenance team are all amazing.
