The modern property is well-maintained and beautiful. The front office staff is professional and pleasant. The maintenance staff is very responsive. We really wanted to enjoy our temporary rental stay. However, we made the mistake of living on the first floor. Since the entire apartment complex has tile flooring, if your upstairs neighbors are stomping, it’s exponentially louder and annoying. My upstairs neighbors wore oversized Timberland filled with rocks all day. They worked out, moved furniture, dropped things and ran laps at all times. We thought it was just us, but another neighbor called the police. It was unbearable at times. Our kids could not get sleep on school nights. We counted our days till the end of our lease. We are happy to not deal with the stomping anymore. I feel sorry for whomever leases that unit. This is the only reason for the 3 stars. Besides the other nuisances of apartment living, it is a decent property. Just try to get an apartment on the top floor if you are trying to lease and sleep in peace.

I've been in the process of moving back home to the Tampa area from up north for the past few months. I've visited and toured many apartment complexes while being down, and I've got to say hands down this was the most peaceful and cleanest community I've been to in a long time. I want to give a shout out to Kristine for being an absolute ray of sunshine. Too many times, I have been greeted by some unsavory people, but her professionalism, knowledge, and all around down to earth personality was a breathe of fresh air during my tour of the property. Thank you again for everything and making my future decision that much easier.

My wife and I are expecting and have been looking to find a safer community before our daughter is born. It’s been a nightmare of false advertising or dealing with unprofessional staff at most of the places we’ve checked out. We stopped here and this place was just as nice as advertised and the location is perfect for interstate access and things to do. Kristine was super attentive, answered all of our questions about renting here, and told us to follow up if we needed more help. It was an all around refreshing experience in what was starting to feel like a hopeless situation. Can definitely see calling this place home!

We are looking for something in this area and these seemed to have the availability and price-kinda of-but everything is expensive in this area these days. It was easy to find and close the Wiregrass mall! The community was great. When i pulled in, there were people walking dogs, families at the pool. Lots of vibrant activity-kids playing. I did not make an appointment-i just walked in. The gal that helped me-I think her name was Tara, she was great! She explained all the options and she didn't seem to mind when I got right to the point of cost. I appreciated the 'no gimmick'- straight forward about price, depo, pets...The apartments are cute. They are clean and don't smell funky! Nice storage/closets. Rooms are decent size. Appliances were like new. Overall, they were better than expected. When I toured the pool, people smiled/wave. Everyone seemed to be having a great time! The pool was clean. It seems like a great environment for community living. Nice amenities. Thank you for being so patient with me.

The staff at the front office are incredibly helpful, especially Jennifer who has been there from the very start when touring the apartment. Every time I have had a question, work order, concern, Jennifer and the rest of the team have taken care of thinks incredibly quick and pain-free. As for the facility itself, by far my favorite apartment I have ever lived in. The building is beautiful and the amenities are fantastic. They even have occasional food trucks and other events for the community that make you feel right at home. Living here was a great decision.

Apartment hunting isn’t the easiest thing to do in life. Weighing the pros and cons of each complex can be a daunting task. But my experience of my tour at the Trails at Hunter Lake was by far the best experience. Kristine gave me a tour and not only was she very knowledge about the property, you could truly tell she was passionate about her job and cares about the people who call these apartments their home. As we toured, she was saying hello to residents, she was picking up trash that residents had left behind, but the most impressive thing was she was patient with the 20+ questions I had. Not one time did I feel rushed or that I was an inconveniencing her. Although I have decided not to live in Tampa, I would highly recommend this complex. If Tampa was where I decided to call home, I would have hands down selected the Trails at Hunter’s Lake! Thanks again Kristine for a great experience.

Truly enjoy living here, staff and maintenance is friendly, gym is amazing, pool is great, we love the courtyard area and the dog park is an added bonus. Being walking distance to Sprouts, Starbucks and First Watch are also major pluses. However, there are two big issues… First, for a non-smoking community there are A LOT of smokers here and not much is done about it. Second, the fire alarm has been triggered five times since we moved here in July and after talking to other residents this is a pretty common occurrence. It’s been anything from smokers in the stairwell, lightning strike, alarm box damaged or just because… 🤷🏼‍♀️ Gotta say, being woke up at 4am to evacuate the building with my 11 month old wasn’t fun. Then today we had two fire alarms… it’s just ridiculous and no one really seems to know why. Unfortunately, these two issues really overshadow how nice this place is.

Quiet complex with friendly staff and neighbors, dog park is walking distance and grounds are kept in stunning condition. No trash left anywhere. Apartment itself was in near perfect condition when moving in. No stains, chips, dents, wear or tear and it was spotlessly cleaned. All amenities are super clean and beautiful. Close to everything you could need along Bruce Downs Blvd and a short drive from downtown Tampa. I couldn’t have chosen a better place to live! Super pet friendly and you 100% get what you’re paying for.

I have recently moved in the community, and the experience so far has been really smooth. Brandon was really helpful in the moving activity - starting from showing the apartment, being patient with all the queries, and then taking care of all the formalities for lease. I hope the graph stays straight(if not upward) with the experience here.

I absolutely loved my experience today touring my new apartment. Kristine was such an amazing help. She answered all of my questions and even introduced me to some of the friendly neighbors walking by. The complex has great amenities and tons of space in my future unit. I really look forward to moving in. Can’t wait!

Current resident here for almost six months. Beautiful apartments convenient location. Wonderful office staff and fast maintenance response. Here’s my problems…first upstairs neighbors yes I know some people have heavy feet but to not be considerate to walk lighter at 3AM is just disrespectful. When you tell the office staff they just brush it off. I think a mass communication should go out reminding neighbors of quiet hours and some upgrades need to be installed to reduce upstairs noise with the entire complex being all tile it makes it worse. Second problem is parking if you aren’t home by 6pm you can forget about a good parking spot I think assigned parking should be enforced to reduce visitors from taking the good parking from residents. So if you will like your peace at 3AM I suggest moving to the fourth floor or you can forget about sleep. Also, the residents here don’t like to pick up after their dogs.

I can't say enough good things about where I live! The office staff goes above and beyond to keep it top notch and so clean. Everything from work orders to basic communication with staff is wonderful! My home is so spacious and I love the pool area an grills! I never have a problem with finding parking either! On top of it all it is so Convient to everything with sprouts walking distance and a huge dog park and shopping plaza right out my front door! The new manager Andrew is so kind and welcoming! I 100% recommend for luxury living!

I LOVE living here. The experience from working with my leasing agent to moving in to all of the amenities and neighbors that are here have just been wonderful. The condition of everything in my apartment is amazing and the maintenance people are very helpful. I have only needed to call for maintenance maybe once for a broken lid on my trashcan which they fixed right away and a slight noise in my fan that they fixed right away as well. I actually waited a few months before writing my review because I was waiting to find out what the catch was. They have lovely events and activities all month long from food trucks to exercising classes and it's all just wonderful. I highly recommend and have highly recommended moving to this location multiple times just because I've had such a pleasant experience. Brandon is the best and you should ask for him when applying.

This has been one of the best apartments I've lived in by far. Front office staff is amazing! Joe Wells and his maintenance team are always on top of everything. The grounds are very well kept and the complex has many resident-friendly events. 10 out of 10 recommended!

There’s so much to do!!! They bring in food trucks every week as well as resident events once a month so you can meet your neighbors and really feel a sense of community. The amenities are so plentiful and amazing, and the staff is world class! Kristine especially has been so incredibly helpful and pleasant. I’ve had such a great experience overall!

I moved here in August and I’m very pleased with my apartment and the property. Tara has been wonderful throughout, from showing me around and assisting me with my new apartment to any issues that have come up since. She’s always kind and helpful. Such a beautiful property and clean modern apartments. I toured the property as a prospective tenant and I was blown away by how helpful and friendly the staff was. Kristine showed me around and made this entire experience less stressful. She was so helpful and kind and had answers to all of my questions. Such a wonderful location and experience. I’m going to fill out an application for residence ASAP!

This is a wonderful community. Very safe communities, good neighbors, always supportive staff, and the latest facilities are all perfect. Among them, my favorite is trail where I can walk any time. Especially when I moved from another country, I was helped to adapt perfectly here. The staffs here are not only always managing facilities, but also doing their best to be convenient to residents. I'm always grateful to Andrew, Brandon, and Jennifer.

Tara was great. Renting is a bit overwhelming at times and she managed to keep me at bay throughout the entire experience. I highly recommend both her and these apartments 🤩 I’m very excited to move in!

I’m a current resident and I’ve been living here about two months. Kristine was an angel from the beginning, to immediately showing me the apartment model and apartment amenities to explaining all floor plan options for my needs. Moving in was quick and seamless and she had a cute little “trails at hunters lake” gift basket waiting for me on my kitchen counter. Any time I have an issue or concern she is super quick to address every concern. That being said, everyone at the office is awesome from the manager to the maintenance personnel. It’s a huge plus that everyone is so dog friendly too. The facility is very clean, quiet and well maintained too. I hope to stay here for as long as possible!

This Property is hands down one of the best property’s I have toured. Where should I even begin, the property is clean the amenities are terrific. The apartment themselves are immaculate! Not to mention I had the pleasure of being toured around by the property Manager- Andrew Gonzalez. I mean the knowledge he has and the passion. Thank you so much!

My boyfriend is looking for a new apartment and I cannot say enough good things about this place! Everything was beautiful from the amenities to the rooms. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. I was so excited when he finally found one that was going to work because we have been looking forever. A huge shout out to our tour guide Kristine, who was incredibly professional and made us feel right at home. She was so funny and nice. Definitely knew what she was talking about when we had questions. No one wants to live at an apartment with nasty people working in the office. Gorgeous apartments with even better customer service. My family and I came in for a tour and were lucky enough to be shown around by Kristine. She was extremely helpful. Searching for an apartment is a stressful thing most of the time yet she made the experience fun. She had answers to all of my questions, she was absolutely hilarious and had us cracking up throughout our time with her, my son even told her she should have a Netflix special. Loved the location, loved the customer service, overall top tier experience from start to finish. 10/10 would recommend.

Kristine is an outstanding leasing agent. She is communicative, multi tasks like I’ve never seen before. I think she understands the value of home and family. I have lived here for a little over a year (just re-signed) and love it! The facilities are great, very modern. The management puts on events and has food trucks often to show residents appreciation. Maintenance requests are addressed quickly. There is a dog park walking distance as well as Sprouts and Starbucks. Rent increased significantly after one year, but unfortunately that's the norm in this area. I love my apartment and this area.

I’ve been here for 1 year and some months and have renewed my lease because I like the area, but more importantly because of the great care that Jennifer from the leasing office has provided. Since our tour, she has been so kind, attentive and helpful. She is simply the best!!
