At first I thought the place was great until I moved out. They are horrible people and I would never recommend anyone to live there. They will charge you to get the apartment ready for the next tenant. I was charged for carpet cleaning and painting when the carpet was already cleaned and the walls did not need to be painted. ( I never painted any walls and for at least half of my lease I was 4 hours away taking care of my sick father) they want you to return the apartment back “ in the exact condition as you moved in” by law security deposites can be withheld if there are things done outside of normal wear and tear. I guess they forgot that part. Sorry I couldn’t put the roaches back in the tub, in the cabinets and under the refrigerator to return the apartment in the exact condition as I received it. Very disappointed at management. Horrible customer service. Anyone looking for apartments, PLEASE done be fooled by the appearance, the apartment looks nice, the price is great and even the staff seem nice at first but that will change... you’ll see

This place gets no stars from me. I lived there for two years with my fiancee and son. Sadly one night in the apartment my fiancee passed away in the apartment in our bedroom. They were not willing to work with me in moving into another apartment, or nothing considering the circumstances. So I continued to pay the rent until my lease was up. The day my lease was up they made the process the worst. The manager is extremely rude and has no customer service skills at all. Everyone in the office tells you something different. I do not recommend this place at all.

I will say these apartments are decent. They work with you when you can't make payments on time but on the other hand, when you move out they will add charges to your balance when it's time for you to move out, get new things done to the apartment then charge it to your security deposit that has nothing to do with when you lived there. Safety is not okay, the gate is always broken so anyone can come into the complex. My car got broken into they didn't do anything about it. If you decide to stay here definitely keep track of your payments, what you are being charge for the month, get a car camera in case if someone tried to break in, and make sure your guest are in vistor parking even if their are none available. They will towed without warning or without contacting.

RAT INFESTED APARTMENT !!!!!!! these apartments are the worst they charge you $950 a month to live in a place where your house and car get broken into,and our apartment building is infested with RATS all of my neighbors have caught more than 2 RATS in there house . they also find anyway to charge you extra money .they have a security gate that they say they are going to be getting fixed. 3yrs later and it’s still broken. They just lost a good tenant who pays rent on time . Beware RUN from this place unless you are willing to live with RATS IN YOUR APARTMENT

I called at night because my air conditioning is not working and they answered my call and told me that this is not an emergency because outside today the weather is a little cold. I told them that outside but inside with doors and windows closed we feel very hot and the man who answered me simply told me again this is not an emergency and cut off my call😭

( I too was once a tenant in these apartments when you had the bat problem the worst. Now I hear it’s a rat problem.) Anyways- I know legally the living conditions you have your tenants in is extremely illegal and wanted to speak with someone about all of this before going live on the radio. Thanks!

Roach infested first week. Office lies about everything and no one is ever on the same page. There maintenance just drives around and gets nothing done. Gate always broken but they want us to pay for a key for what. I do not recommend anyone to ever waste there money here

Rat invested you can hear rats crawling in the wall I’m complained about the noises multiple times to the rent office NOTHING has been done!!! They say they don’t hear them but I do I hear them throughout the day & at night mostly at night running around in the roof & walls and also you can hear them squeaking!!!!

Horrible, unhelpful, uncooperative, and uncaring staff. Your car will get towed for no reason and they will not give you the number for the tow truck cause “it’s on the front gate”. You will try to explain how there are no visitor parking cause residents park in them and they will say you are lying. Do not waste your time with the staff here, they will not listen to your concerns.

The units have RATS!!!! Out of all the other complaints that’s the WORSE one not mice but roof RATS! They are in the walls and come into the apartments!!!!

I can say that after 5 years being a tenant, I have heard and seen it all. When I first move it was okay, then it got bad, from there it got worse but then with this new leasing agency, I have seen a big Improvement. All of the roof in the complex has been fixed, all of the dead trees that kept damaging the property has been removed. The sewage system is getting worked on. They have security patrolling the complex, yeah in the beginning the security patrol were harassing tenants, but complains to the office were made and I can say that someone talk to them because the Security officers have calm down a lot. They know if there's a major threat to let the REAL COPS handle it. Also the maintenance team are very good and they try to get your work order done on that day. The leasing girls are very helpful as well. I am also happy they got rid of the bad neighbors that wasn't paying rent and making the property bad. Keep up the good work.

Theres nothing to complain about regarding the staff. They are great, very attentive, friendly and professional. The only issue I have is, I was really upsold on the apartment (looks wise) when I saw the model. I was not expecting RED janitor TILES, so I declined. I don't have a pic of the floors, but they were horrendous.

Don’t live here! They don’t care about their tenants. It’s very unsafe! Lots of police action going on. When you make a complaint, the management doesn’t care. The only thing I’ll say good about this place is that the rent is decent and one of the few places that take bigger dogs.

Rent office told us to get out of pool because of thunder and it wasn't raining and it was bright and sunny outside I pay 1600 in rent I don't think they should be Abel to tell us to get out of a pool that we pay for

Apply to move in these apartments start off already wrong give me the run around about getting approved to stay in apartment asking me every day to send i different things then get mad when I ask why I am sending my whole life over about apartment try call corporate no answer smh how can you want tenants to move in with a start off like this

I am satisfied with the extraordinary changes that have been made here in terms of cleanliness and safety, it is recommended and there is pest control because the maintenance is efficient
