I really liked Mike, he is no longer with the company, I had a Plumbing issue and asked Joshua a question regarding the work that was done, I felt I had every right too & Joshua did not seem too happy that I questioned his worked which cost me $500.00 and took it personal. Joshua was supposed to come back and install the shower hardware which he wanted an extra $200.00. Joshua Ignore three text messages and three phone calls. Finally texted me back and said he was busy, even though he told me he would be back and then sent me to a different Plumbing company. I finally did the installation on my own & saved $200.00. I had highly recommended Joshua Tree to many friends and family after my previous experience, going forward I will no longer recommend nor use Joshua Tree Pluming.

Awesome is an overused term, but it's the same response my wife and I both had. Since our addition has been completed, the water pressure in the shower has never been what we expected. Recently, after having another plumber come out and make it worse, I asked a friend for a recommendation. My friend highly recommended Joshua Tree Plumbing and said they always fix the issue. He said they were 5/5 for him, so I figured I'd give them a try. I called Josh and he was at my house within an hour. He gave me an accurate up front price and was finished within about 45 minutes. The shower has NEVER worked better, even when brand new! The water pressure is...awesome. Josh was as or more professional and knowledgeable than any plumber I've ever dealt with before. In summary, after years of searching, Joshua Tree Plumbing is now my go to plumber.

Josh expertly replaced shower faucet and pipes for my tub to shower conversion. He also rerouted pipes for the new IKEA sink cabinet between the drywall and cinder block wall where there’s not a lot of space, maybe an inch at most. Superb job at very reasonable price. I recommend Joshua Tree Plumbing to anyone.

Excellent & Quality service!! We called to have a refrigerator's ice maker and a dishwasher hooked up. New floors were being put in and we needed to reconnect the appliances. Joshua Tree was highly recommend, I called and they came out the same day. Mike came out and did the work, he also replaced the hot/cold shut off valves under the sink. I will recommend and use them again & again!! Mike was very professional, Thank you Joshua Tree!!

On-time, professional and fixed our issue the first time. I'm not sure what else you would want in a plumber? Joshua was early for our appointment, offered repairs I didn't know we needed (but demonstrated why) and cleaned up after himself too. His prices were fair and he was a good communicator. Need a plumber? Call him!

I have used Joshua Tree Plumbing a few times now and have always found them to be polite, punctual, professional and fair. I called today at 8:50 to discuss replacing my water heater. Today at 11:50 the new water heater was installed and the old one hauled away. Excellent service. Quality work.

Joshua Tree Plumbing provided excellent service when my old water heater started leaking. They returned my call within 10 minutes (on a weekend) and provided over-the-phone support immediately. During the service visit, various replacement options were presented in a professional manner. No high-pressure sales tactics. A new energy-efficient (hybrid) water heater was installed the next day. The finished product (piping, valves, connections, etc.) was excellent and I will certainly call this plumber again. Knowledgeable, responsive, fair, professional. High marks all the way around for this owner-operated business. Update: Since the initial service from JTP, I have utilized this company for other plumbing needs over the past 5 years. Always great service, and excellent responsiveness. Top notch.

We had Josh come out for some faucet leaks, toilet issues and to install another outside faucet. All were done well and professionally. Josh is a really nice guy and talented.

Everyone knows a good plumber is hard to find! I can’t say enough positive things about Joshua. He is professional and an expert at what he does. We’ve used him to replace our hot water heater and, on a separate occasion, take care of a water hammer issue that had persisted for awhile. Both jobs were completed in a timely manner and the work quality is superior!

My toilet started “acting up”. All I could hear was $$ flowing and getting worse. Called Josh and he was out this AM to take care of my leak. I went ahead and had the “guts” changed out, on my other toilet, too. Thanks Josh!!
