We called upon CDS Plumbing Services because they not only had the highest rating and hundreds of great reviews but because of the dire need to get a job done in less than three days! My girlfriend and I live in a 55 plus adult community that did not install a water line for the refrigerator because back in the 1970’s there was no need. We were tired of making ice in ice trays and I’m used to getting water and ice from refrigerators I’ve had in past residential homes. When I initially spoke with Nora, their dispatcher/gatekeeper, she told me if I was available the same day, Justin, the owner, could meet me and give me an estimate right there on the spot. Mind you I was told upfront there would be a $75 service fee, but it would be waived/deducted from the invoice if we hired them for the job. Once given the total price minus my Veterans discount (which saved us $150) - I shook this man’s hand from Texas, and he said his best men that service the Lakeland area would be out here in three days! Dalton and Timothy did exactly what they were supposed to and installed a water line with a shutoff valve within a cabinet next to where the refrigerator will be installed this week! Quick, efficient, no issues, professional job well done and even told me to have a 3/8”x1/4” brass supply line adapter in case the new fridge line is a 1/4”! I can't say how great this company is. They saved me from buying a house that had a crushed P-trap in the shower. I used them again for a septic inspection and they were able to get us on the schedule fast and had a quick turn around with the document. Amazing service! They found time to come out to our home to detect a leak in the evening same day! On a weekend call, even! Dalton was the one who came out and he was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. He went straight to work, figuring out where our leak was coming from. He was very communicative and transparent about what he was doing, not to mention friendly. The issue was detected, and we were so happy the problem was solved. Nora helped us on the phone and she was courteous and professional as well. We will be calling them for any future plumbing needs, hands down.

My family and I had several plumbing issues, though minor and more of an annoyance than anything, that had been a problem for many months. We delayed calling a plumber and getting them fixed because the two I reached out to prior were either unknowledgeable or very pricy. Over the annoyance of sinks that merely drizzle water and a brand new fridge that doesn’t have a water line to it, I ventured on the arduous task of once again… plumber searching. A google search lead me to many with almost 5 stars, so that’s where I started. Once I spoke with Justin, the GM, and heard his personalized approach, I was hopeful we’d found out forever plumber and our issues would be gone. I came here to say, we were not disappointed. They fixed everything the same day as the our scheduled day for a quote. Jorge was our tech. He was courteous and efficient, he even found a leak we were unaware of and fixed it, no additional charge. Speaking of charge, this company has the best prices, and equally, customer care, than anyone else I’ve called. I cannot tell you how happy we are to have working sinks and fridge! We are very satisfied with our choice in this company; you definitely want to hire them. :-)

I started my Saturday morning with a giant mess in the garage from a water heater whose time was up. What I was most concerned about was how are stressful and costly it would be to try to get a plumber out here on a Saturday. David, the Service Manager, was at my house in no time just to help me turn off the water and make sure the tech would have everything he needed before he even got there. My family and I couldn’t be more elated from the service Kenneth provided. We had an outdoor grill built and the original plumbers took all of four days to get halfway done. My wife called this company and they came out the same day. He was able to install a tankless water heater and fix what the previous plumber didn’t complete with the previously installed sump pump.
