I never leave a review for anything; however, I was so impressed with my overall buying experience that I literally felt compelled to! Here is my story. I was looking for a 30 year anniversary present for my precious wife. I shopped at three different jewelry stores before ultimately buying at the Kay Outlet. Everything was absolutely perfect. The store was super clean. They have a huge inventory of jewelry. The sales people are very professional; warm, helpful, and caring. I was in and out within 35 minutes. The salesperson helped me to find exactly what I was looking for and I got a super deal. It was the first time that I ever spent that much money and did not experience buyer's remorse. My dear wife loves her diamond bengal bracelet and necklace. To see her face radiating, as she proudly wore her well deserved gifts, at our anniversary dinner was priceless. Thank you Sadia and team! If I could put no star I would. This store lacks good customer service. I came to make a return but I was missing a piece of information. I came back with what I needed. Then they inform me it's been 31 days since I made the purchase. When I came in the first time I feel like I should of been made aware when this item needed to be returned. Both experiences with this store has been horrible. The first time I came in here I was locked inside the store because they did not want anymore customers to come inside even though there were still open for another 30 minutes. I think the store is awful. I was trying to return a ring. The lady as soon as I walked in asked me why I used affirm to purchase the ring instead of Kay financing. Then said the ring I picked was very small. On top of that and everything else when i was going to leave she forgot to give me the ring back she said "Have a nice day" and I asked if I could please have the ring back. PLEASE LEARN BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS. I will shop at Jared any day over this store. Jared Should teach a class to all your employees what customer service really Is.

I went in to buy myself a bracelet as a gift for a job promotion. I was welcomed by Rosalinda who assisted in finding the perfect piece for me. I have specific accents that I admire in my jewelry to make them coordinate. Rosalinda did an excellent job at helping me find a bracelet that I love. She is very knowledgeable and sweet I will be coming back.

We see Lisa every time we buy jewelry from Kay’s. She’s very knowledgeable and really kind. She’s always leads us in the direction of what we’re looking for. I’ve been to other Kay’s and have never had an exceptional experience as I’ve had here. I always come here instead and there’s a Kay’s only 15 minutes from my house, this one is an hour!

I’ve purchased several pieces from this Kay Jeweler’s outlet and the service has always been amazing. Lisa, the Assistant Manager is wonderful. She’s so knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. Today I came in and thought I would finally get my wedding ring after 10 years of being married. I walked in and a beautiful young lady by the name of Lissa greeted me. And I mentioned to her we were looking for LeVian ring and she help me find the perfect wedding ring that I would pass down to my oldest. And might I say I got a great deal!! She just earned a customer for life!!

The customer service here is exceptional. and the store has a wide variety of choices. Most importantly, Sadia is wonderful. She is friendly, responsive, and always smiling.

Customer service is great to sell you anything. Then it stops. When I received my special ordered watch, I set the time, and it never changed time. Took the watch in for a battery and they SENT OFF a brand new watch for repair. It has now been a month, the reason for being broke has changed 3 times. The employees could care less. No calls, no follow ups. How are you going to sell a broken watch and not offer to replace it. Ill never buy another thing here. And I have bought 2 rings and this was my second nice watch.

I was Christmas shopping and it happened that I stopped by Kay Outlet at Miromar.... The prices were amazing......I was able to do most of my Christmas shopping there..... I was very excited with the discounts they gave me.... it was worth it....... Employees were very helpful, very professional and incredibly knowledgeable ..... I have purchased a few items from here and each time I have been attended with professionalism. I was helped by Eleanor the last time and she has become our "person" at Kay's. 5 star treatment every time we go in. We love seeing her smiling face and having great conversation. I am also grateful that she made sure that my husband got the warranty on my wedding band because a stone fell out and it was COVERED! Perhaps one of the BEST jewelry experiences I have ever had. Came in on a whim to look at upgrading my wife's wedding ring, Marsha our sales rep was not only helpful, but she was a pure joy to work with. She made buying rings FUN. In the end we wound up buying TWO rings and getting one we owned repaired. They treated us like friends and I am super excited to return the next time I need something special.

Today I had the worst experience in Kay, I’m a customer that has bought plenty of times in other locations. I called this store and talk to Sadia Armani Sack (store manager) to cancel an order and buy a bracelet from them. She made me drive 30minutes just to receive me in the most passive agressive way, and told me she can’t talk to anyone from customer service to modify or cancel and existing order. She refused to help me to buy a beacelet that they have in stock. It’s unbelievable how this brand can keep this person in the staff, she gave me her card and told me she’s happy to have me complaining to corporate, so is good to know she feels joy when someone complains about her…

I have a couple of Kay Jewelers closer to me than the Miramar Outlets but I prefer to drive the extra miles to Miramar because of the outstanding customer service I always receive from Sadia Armani Sack. Her character is exemplary and she has wonderful attributes, especially when I am undecided on any item considering for purchase. I have associated with this facility for the last 6 years and as long as Mrs. Sack is present I will keep returning.

First of, we were greeted and welcomed very nicely. My mom was looking for a ring enchancer and she found one after Kat, Eleanor and Bianca patiently took their time to find a suited one for her ring. From beginning to end they were throughout politely.

The best customer service! Rosalinda helped us and was amazing!! Such a stress free experience! They didn’t try and push anything on us we didn’t want and she gave us plenty of rings to look at! They have way more of a selection than other Kay’s i have been to! My fiancé and I were so pleased! Highly recommend!

I would give a zero stars if possible forts of all the store says it closes at 9 and online at 8 I arrive at the store at 6:40 and she said they close at 7 and could let me in. She closed the store 20 Minutes early according to her but an 1:15 according to the website
