    This particular location always seems to have issues — the workers are constantly on their phones, even when someone is waiting at the window, the fries are always lukewarm or unsalted, and of course, the ice cream machine is "broken" because no one bothers to clean it. The staff continue to get orders wrong and struggle to right those wrongs, wasting the time of the customers.

    The manager, Michael, is very pleasant to interact with. He gave me a free smoothie upgrade that was much appreciated. I could not help but notice that for the entire 40 ish minutes I was at the establishment, he walked around greeting customers and cleaning up the property outside.

    To my knowledge and understanding this McDonald's supposed to be 24 hours it's 12:00 I went to the drive through to try to order some food the automated machine asked me if I was using my app I said no I asked if anyone was there and waited for 5 minutes and nobody said anything so I went to the window people are walking around and I'm honking my horn and they all just like act like if I'm not there one person even walked by and looked at me and just kept walking... Can someone remind me why McDonald's employees deserve $15 an hour.. horrible customer service.. like anyone could have came to the window and said at least something you got a line of customers and 3 employees walking around socializing doing nothing.. btw the way the only attention I got was of the girl in the photo who was laughing at me from behind the glass

    Every time I order at this McDonald's I experience terrible customer service. The left lane drive thru is never answered so the right lane is moving smoothly while the left lane is completely backed up. When somebody could finally take my order they cut me off halfway through my sentence. Every car was pulled ahead for the orders. All I ordered was a large fry and I waited 10 minutes for my order not accounting the 15 minutes that I sat in drive-thru

    The gentleman at the window tonight 4/28 was absolutely ridiculous. We ordered food for 5 people and happy meals. He didn’t even give us straws or napkins. No one asked what sauce we wanted. He kicked us out of the line because there was a line behind us and we asked for bbq for our kids. Didn’t even let us check our order. Please review the camera and make sure actions like these do not go unnoticed. He was so disrespectful and so rude. He said “ you have to leave we have a line” he’s appearance was unacceptable. He’s attitude worse. Won’t be going back to this location. We didn’t even get what we ordered. Ridiculous. We haven’t had fast food in a long time. The customer service at McDonald’s has drastically decreased and declined for the worst. Nice people are far and few between. This Alvin and the chipmunks look alike at the window was no exception.

    We’ve utilized this McDonalds for years now and they are consistently polite, timely, and get our orders correct. The one time they did not, they made it worth our while. This is standard I want when going through any fast food service. Thank you!

    I go to McDonald's for breakfast most mornings. This location was my first time here and it stick out due to I dine in. I observed an employee come in from outside he did wash his hand properly but what stuck out was dried up blood to be on his arm which killed my appetite. I always eat the whole meal but I was sick to my stomach after I seen that, now I'm not downing the employee because he may have a medical condition. But it should Definitely cover up with some form of medical wrap and long sleeve.

    I can say with complete honesty, this McDonald’s has lost a lot of customers due to lack of customer service and I don’t recommend this location to people due to the fact employees don’t want to do their jobs. Sad just sad… wish them the best. Hope they get better staff.

    It's McDonald's. There's not much else to say other than that. Sometimes it's good, sometimes bad. The wait was horrible, like off the charts, but then the server making our ice cream cones made us these crazy big ones and was really friendly.

    On top of terrible service and constant back ups every time I've visited any McDonald's between Pinellas county and Hillsborough county in the last 2 years has been absolutely terrible. The app is the only way you save money now as they no longer actually have a dollar menu. As someone who used to work in fast food I can honestly say McDonald's as a whole are becoming more fraudulent and it's no wonder they're being sued so much as they always have customer complaints for various reasons. I never go there unless someone else is driving and then I'll maybe get the one thing that can't possibly get messed up which is a basic plain McChicken and fries with water. The only reason this franchise is still better than Burger King is cause Burger King is known for failing health inspections and using old/rotten food. McDonald's at least uses fresh products whether it's real or not.

    Prices suck and these employees should really get a damned raise I just watched 6 people in a row within 15 minutes get really irritated at the staff here over the app not working. All over a $0.50 double cheeseburger deal that isn't actually available anywhere except McDonald's app which is so buggy and poorly programmed that it makes me want to stop eating at McDonald's.

    Ordered with app, and then waited 5 minutes and then drove the 6 minutes to pickup. My order still wasn't ready so i pulled around for another 5 minutes. Once my food came out, I had to go in to get the remaining portion of my order. The staff were quick to correct it but still annoying.

    Always closed by midnight even though hours are listed as 24 hours, at least 8 weeks in a row. The drive through still played the automated “are you using your mobile app today” message and no signs were up that they were closed.

    Recently, my husband and I moved, so a few times this week we have ordered from this store from Uber Eats. Both times, the order was PERFECT. I worked at a McD's back in my college days for a few years, and so I notice everything-- how much of each ingredient is on a burger, if oil in the fryer has been changed recently and if the grill was clean when meat is cooked, if the correct number of napkins have been included, etc. I am currently pregnant, so I specifically order no onion (triggers acid reflux) and well done (to avoid food sickness). Anyway, I've ordered more than once from here at different times of the day, and my order was literally textbook! Out of stores in Tampa I've been to in the past few years, this one has given me the best quality! A lot of restaurants are starting to show less care with Uber Eats orders over people coming in-store, so I appreciate caring about me despite not seeing my face at the store. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

    They rang my order up wrong. It was a freebie using points and they tried to charge me for it. Then they said the points didn't go through and wanted me to do it again. I showed them in the app history that the points were deducted. They had to get a manager to fix it. Then, after I drove towards my destination, I discovered they made my order wrong, too. Will avoid this McD's location in the future.

    I ordered the bacon bagel but was given the steak bagel. I called talked to the female manager said to come back tomorrow for a free bagel. Came back 5/11/23 was still given the wrong bagel they gave me a sausage bagel, when I said politely 3 times please make sure its the bacon bagel. I started to leave noticed it was a sausage bagel, asked the manager to please again give me the bacon bagel, he started agruing with me saying I told him steak, even if I told him a steak he still gave me a sausage bagel. The male manger was getting loud repeating himself that I told him differently. So I just left. I never got the correct sandwich. I never once raised my voice or gave an attitude.

    Stopped by this morning at 645am. Ordered a sausage biscuit bundle for $2.79. Got to the window and they charged me $3.64. I asked is $.85 tax correct and she said yes. Paid and asked for a receipt. The cashier didn't have one and said I would have to pull forward and wait for it. Clearly some funny business going on. And the food was ice cold.

    Its a double drive thru, and you'll get trapped on one side for half an hour because they will take 3 or 4 cars in a row from the other side. They've been doing it like this for a long time.

    I had to clean my own cussing table? 3 employees just chilling and nobody could go clean some tables? Hobos hanging out in the back. Toilets need cleaned. Confusion behind the counter. No manager around that I could identify. It was not busy. The food was reasonably hot and good quality

    Worst customer experience. My kid was treated badly without a courtesy by a worker, whom the manager claimed to be a kid he being a teenager. On top of it, both the manager and the cashier ‘kid’ were arguing with me to apologize for raising the issue. Worst McDonald’s experience in a decade!!

    Very pleasantly surprised! We went at about 8PM at night and the fries were fresh and piping hot! Ever ordered the box of cookies? Those were made fresh to order and hot from the oven. For a fast food visit? This was great!

    Food was okay, I mean, it IS McDonald's, everything is pretty much made the same. I just would like it if they actually paid attention to the orders so that I didn't have to wait the extra time for my drink. It's not that the waiting was a big deal, it's just the principle that my entire order should be brought put at once, I shouldn't have to tell the person giving it to me that I am missing a drink or whatever the case may be.

    I'm not sure if they were slow because they were understaffed or what, but it took a very long time to place the order, get the food and leave. I also ordered a Shamrock shake with my order and it was basically just a vanilla shake labeled at Shamrock. It was not properly made so that was disappointing since it's only on the menu for limited time.

    Today we went around 545-6, they looked shorted staffed but everyone was doing there thing. Young man in there was running around doing everything all while keeping his associates motivated. I couldn't get his name but my hubby and I were very pleased with his leadership! Food was hot and fresh and they had milkshakes available.

    Women's restroom only had one stall unlocked and the toilet was overflowing with fecal matter. When I went to ask the manager to please come open the door to the other stall, he paused, checked three machines, and walked to the back of the store never acknowledging me even though both myself and the individual that was with me is handicapped. We were very disappointed from the beginning because even the employee did not know how to work the electronic menu. We were told to take a table tree and then enter the number that was on there there were no table trees. We were told it was only his second day on the job and he had not been trained as to how to operate these. On top of this, the fries were cold and we were told they could not be replaced. We will not be returning to this McDonald's.

    I don't get the appeal of McDonald's, I only went here because McDonald's app has a 20% off coupon. But the time I got a meal in an extra item it was still over $10. Service is lackluster but not terrible. honestly just go across the street to Burger King and you'll get a much better experience for cheaper.

    This McDonald's was excellent. Service was swift! Food, breakfast, was as usual delicious. Good parking and not packed on a Sunday morning. I would go again.

    I went through the drive-thru and the lady who waited on me got an attitude when I used a McDonald's app coupon. She was very unprofessional!!! They also did not give me the barbecue sauce for my chicken nuggets! Will never go back!

    Ok so I went here to get a baconator and baconator Jr. I also got some fries and was pleasantly surprised. I liked them better than McD's! Guess what else? Their ice cream machine wasn't broken McD's! Lmao! Also they have an ordering board so you just enter ur order and pay for it and ur done!!

    Went inside....absolutely nobody on line...stepped on the appropriate area wanting to be called....close to the drive through window they were 3 associates talking and laughing, one of them made eye contact with me...nothing was said....at the same time, a young lady was around the service counter walking back and forth from one corner to the other one stocking up some supplies and participating on the conversation...she as well made eye contact with me not once but twice...nothing was said....I waited...but..no luck....after about 10 minutes...I said to the male associate...hi, excuse me....am I missing something or I am in the wrong area for service?....he replied....she is right there (pointing to the young lady)....I said...yes but....he cut me off repeating she is right there...at that point I said...thanks and she (laughing out with him) took my order "I will be right with you"..."give me a moment please"...."she will be right with you"...."hello, how can I help you"...."hi, can I take your order" None of the previous statements were made...those are very important and common customer service standard statements I don't think I will be stepping into that location again...probably not all the associates will act the same way (based on the shift) but the experience I had was beyond the poorest customer service experience.

    So it's only good if you tell him you wanted fresh or made to order depending on who's serving you you get good service but sometimes you just want to go in there and cuss everybody out cuz it'd be a little bit on the ratchet side every now and then.
