I cannot get over the beauty of the ring!!! It sparkles and is lovely. I worked with customer service and they were amazing. I was leery at first because you have to email, but this company answers right away. I worked with Brittany and she was incredibly knowledgeable and patient with me. I received the ring 7 days after it was ordered and it came packed beautifully with a certificate of authenticity. I actually teared up when I put it on my finger. I just love it. It is stunning!! I HIGHLY recommend Agape Diamonds!!

They are very nice. Just people doing their jobs. The product however, looks great. But it isn’t lab created diamonds. Have the stone tested by a jeweler and you’ll find out. The jeweler compared the stone to a piece of GLASS! He put the tester to the “stone” and it doesn’t test as anything. The ring may be worth only the gold weight - but don’t waste your money on the stone. Definitely not worth the crazy amount they charge. Better to go buy a white sapphire. At least a white sapphire is worth something.

Stop. Be absolutely sure you will not need to exchange or return the item you are purchasing. I trusted the reviews on this site, made a purchase, requested a refund or exchange, wrong answer. Agape was not having that. Agape makes sure when they get your money, they are going to keep it. This is just a warning, read the return/exchange policies before you purchase. Do not trust the reviews posted on this site. Don’t say you were not told. Wish I could take back that lonely star😫😩

My rings are gorgeous! They are exactly what I wanted. They arrived alot sooner than I expected. And I love that they had to be signed for and not just left on my porch. I will order from them anytime I am looking for new jewelry.

After going through the process of ordering a custom designed ring I was very disappointed with the end product. I provided multiple photos of the ring I wanted. After receiving the CAD design I had concerns of the size of the stones on the band being too small and not same as pictures I provided. Update CAD images were sent to me again. And again I expressed the same concerns of the ring not looking like the pictures I had provided. The customer service manager assured me it would look exactly as the pictures I sent to them. As such, I approved the CAD design and ring went into production. I just received the ring and just as I suspected it looks nothing like pictures I provided. The band looks very cheaply made and the stones on the bad are barely even visible. After contacting customer service I was told there is nothing they can do since the CAD was approved by me. I can purchase a brand new ring. I will not waste any more money here!! If ordering custom designs, please be aware you may not get what you asked for!!! The only positive is that the center stone is very nice. Photos added......first picture is what I received from Agape. Second is what was expected. Note: the first picture is an extreme close up of the ring. Otherwise the stones are nearly invisible. The stones on the band are what they call "chips" in the jewelry industry, which basically means very small leftover pieces.

My wife loves her new ear rings and matching Agape pendant. The cut is excellent, with lots of reflected light and brilliance. The white goldbsetting is robust and beautifully polished. The fact these are created, rather than mined, made this a easy decision that aligns better with my ethos. Highly recommend.

This place is fantastic. The customer service is top notch and the quality of their jewelry is superb. Horrible customer service! Bought a $3600 engagement ring and wedding bands that had FAKE simulated diamonds that started falling out within 2 months of wearing it. The description said lab-grown diamonds and I was completely ripped off. The rings were worth nothing at all and they basically said I paid for what I got and should have known what I was buying. There is No way I would have paid that much money for fake glass. Absolutely no way!!!! I sent the band back for repair and they wanted me to pay to replace the fake stones that came out. After refusing to give them anymore money they sent my ring back to the wrong address in another state. They didn’t even have the decency to try and get my rings back to me without having to track it down. Go to a replicable jeweler that takes care of their customers and have honesty in what they are selling you.

I love the quality of my custom designed ring. Customer service was great working with me as we designed and fabricated the ring to match exactly what I wanted. We also had my husbands ring designed and made in store as well. Beautiful rings, beautiful work, great customer service.

Buyer Beware! These people are scammers and rude that's how you know they are not legitimate jewelers. Their metals are not authentic I had an allergic reaction to 14k white gold. Make it make sense!!! It's not real. I have tons of gold and platinum and nothing of this sort has happened too me and the stones are glass and not what they advertised on website. Then to exchange they want to charge you more money. One thing for sure they need the money and trying to scam people out of more money for an exchange. If you return an item do not remove the tag. This is the loophole they use not to receive your items. Go to a reliable jeweler and pay for what you want. Trash!!

I love love love my ring. It's an exact replica of an $80,000 dollar ring from Tiffany's. It is simply exquisite. I've read many reviews saying the center stone is nothing but glass, however, mine is beautiful and I am ok with it being synthetic. I have had no complaints so I've never had any experience dealing with customer service, but I do know they make it very clear that there are no refunds once the security tag has been cut. I've seen a lot of people complain about that, but once again you are clearly warned. I was leery about ordering after reading all the negative reviews, but I am 100% satisfied. I would not hesitate to purchase from Agape again. I am in love with my ring!

I am replacing a lost wedding ring for my wife of 32 years. I will be giving it to her on Valentine's Day. She will be absolutely stunned. The ring is incredible. I ordered a ring and was not a happy with it. It was very good quality and nice, just not exactly what I was looking for. I wanted to say how professional and easy the return process was. I emailed customer service the same day I got it and they were very courteous, professional and got me a return process right away. I was refunded as soon as they received it in the mail. It is refreshing to experience a company so customer service oriented and that stands behind their word.

The engagement ring I ordered is absolutely stunning! My Fiancé’ is more than impressed with it. My only complaint is the earrings that came with the purchase while beautiful the posts are easy to bend. Disappointed for sure.

*BEWARE**BEWARE**BEWARE* NO REFUNDS NO MONEY BACK !I just received the package of the earrings I purchased I took (1) Sm. tag off the back of earrings to try it on, They did looked a bit Cloudy/dirty, The earrings Posts did not fit they were hanging down where you could not even see the stones So I started called to company, I was told push button number one for customer service after calling over 15 times I was then told that there is no Customer service (do not push #1 No one will answer your call! when I finally got through (4) days later they told me because I had taken a little tag off the back of (1) earring It’s now (NO MONEY BACK) I needed to So I could try them on and NOW… I would no longer be given a refund and it’s was just over $1,000. I had paid… Not to mention the diamonds did not look good CHEAP they were cloudy, So they are refusing to give me my money back at all!!!! I am Disabled with some serious medical issues she was very rude with me and told me that I should’ve read the return information THE FINE PRINT FOR RETURNS THATS NOT AT THE CHECK OUT!!! that it was my fault that they would not be giving me my money back PLEASE BEWARE; BE CAREFUL, “DONT TRUST THIS COMPANY”!

If I could give less I would! My husband ordered a ring in November of 2021 and by February when it hadn’t arrived he called. After much run around they said it was delivered but couldn’t say where. They said they would look into it. Never get any call backs just constant run around. He has been getting refunded for over a month now. Good luck if you need customer service.

The diamonds are fine, their "jewelers" are very shoddy. I bought what looked like a beautiful ring, only to have the 2 carat center diamond fall out within 2 months. I took the ring to a local jeweler and they showed me where Agape didn't even put a 45 degree cut into the prongs to hold the diamond. The ring has 3 diamonds, the center stone fell out and the other side stone was loose. Substandard, shoddy work. Kailey in their customer service has been worthless. My advice, find any other actual jeweler, Agape does really poor work and doesn't stand behind their work. A wedding ring should last a lifetime, not two months and fall apart.

The tag removable is a ploy to get around returns. You better be happy with purchase. Never buy from them again because I feel that they found a way around the return policy. And it's a false statement that they will return.

DO NOT SHOP. I purchased a set of earrings from agape in which I thought were lab grown diamonds.. once I received them I quickly questioned them and they turned out to be simulated diamonds… (a shined up piece of glass) for $850… extremely unimpressed so obviously I attempted to return them…. Because I opened the box to look at them I was unable to return them.. DO NOT PURCHASE anything from agape. Absolute scam. If you’re looking for LEGIT, REAL lab grown diamonds look into Grown Brilliance. prices are wayyyyy better and quality is far far superior. Not sure why it won’t let me respond to your response so I’ll edit my review… I tried returning the earrings… when I first got them.. I emailed you guys and said hey MY MISTAKE I didn’t fully read everything.. (the advertisement said “diamond earrings 50% off) so I foolishly opened the ad and purchased the earrings. Cause who says a cut piece of glass is a diamond (agape does) Again once I received them I instantly attempted to return them.. the response I got was you’re unable to return them BUT you can exchange them for something of the same value or more expensive… so in other words… we’re keeping your $850 but if you wanna send us more money and get what you thought you bought please do.

Absolutely beautiful and stunning! They were so much more than I expected for simulated diamonds. Their size is perfect for a man's ears. Their clarity, stones cutting make them sparkle in an almost blinding fashion. Their reflective ability is stunning. More than worth the $700 I paid for them! Buyer beware! Not Happy with my purchase and would like my money back , the ring i purchased for my future wife that i bought from Agape Diamonds was a total disappointment! I was so excited about the ring i ordered and when i opened the box i was totally in shock , by how dull and cloudy the ring was . This was a huge let down ...had the ring accessed by a local jeweler who has 30 years of experience and much to my surprise my 1800 dollar ring only is worth 150 dollars , nothing but cz's .
