    Update #2. I called and left a message for the service manager. He was not on vacation, I was told he left early that day. Still no call back and another week has passed. Maybe an indication of why service is poor?.. Update #1: Your service manager has not contacted me. And we also paid for wheel alignment I realized we did not need that your service advisor insisted we did, he pointed out what he called "uneven tire wear" on new tires that ended up being dirt. ‐----------------- As soon as our extended warranty expired ( that we never made use of), the service department highly recommended that things be serviced on our vehicle that were absolutely not needed. Last visit, they told us over $2,500 needed immediate attention. When I asked about it, I was told it was not really urgent and it could wait? Really! I got a second opinion, and the services recommended are not needed. One of their recommendations was to replace the cabin air filter, which I replaced myself recently. I know this did not need replacement because it's almost new. Next time, I'm finding another Nissan dealer for service.

    Steph was awesome with us. Went to to bat to make things work financially. He came in on his day off and stayed past 9pm to help finish things out. Left with a great car and experience. Highly suggest!

    Thank you Jayden, Brad and specially Armando Marrero for making my dream come true! I also want to thank James the driver who came and picked me up after I had my 2 front tires flat. He was extremely professional, respectful and cared about my issue. Lance is my service advisor and he is also very helpful and his best skill is being able to solve my problems in a very short amount of time! Thank you again, I really appreciate each one of you helping me out!!

    After being denied at every location I had been too I found Mau Nissan which I had already lost hope! Ron, Jason and Armando! Everyone there was amazing, friendly, honest and most importantly not pushy! The entire process from start to finish was quick, easy and to the point they have over the top communication and I felt the sincerity in each one of them trying to help! I would recommend 100 percent! I was even greeted with a beautiful bow on my vehicle, a smile, water, coffee a honey bun and of course by far the best customer service! Thank you

    My vehicle was involved in an insurance claim. I took it to Maus Nissan for repair. The vehicle sat in the parking lot for 6 weeks, only to find out that Maus Nissan cannot perform the work that needed to be done. This could have been a quick conversation to say "we can't help you, but here's someone who can". Instead, I spent 300 dollars on a rental car while my vehicle collected dust. I tried to contact the service advisor on multiple occasions, left messages, and was stuck in the dark. Finally when my rental car expired, I went to Maus Nissan to figure out what was going on, only to find out that my car was sitting there for no reason. Then the service advisor wanted to recommend a location in New Port Richie, which is an hour away. I contacted a place half a mile from you, they already fixed my car and it works great. I will never, ever, recommend this place to anyone, much less visit this location again. Your service department dropped the ball hard on this one.

    Went in for an oil change and tire rotation based off the presented ‘Happy Hour’ coupon. After waiting for close to 2 hours, I get my car back and it’s closing time for them, so everything seemed rushed. I should’ve guessed something was off when I got to the register and the rep told me that I needed new rear brakes based on them squeaking. I told him I had just gotten new rotors, brake pads and an alignment earlier this month (Sept) and he then changed it to the front brakes need changing. & When I went in to take my car, I had zero issues with my brakes; I had zero issues with my car overall. When I started to drive my car on the road it felt “weird” at a certain mph, it was almost like the tire was flat or wasn’t bolted back on tightly. Then when I started to engage the brakes the car and steering wheel started to shake. Still no squeaking. But now my car shakes when I stop and it makes a sound from the wheel area when I accelerate. I spoke to a representative over the phone during my follow up and I expressed to her this issue. She asked me to come in and have it evaluated. But my question and concern, because I have a newborn baby, is why my car worse now, than before it was brought in?

    My sales rep AL was fantastic. My financial officer was also fantastic. This was one of the best car purchase experiences I have ever had. The staff are so nice and not pushing. I didn't feel like I was being pushed into something I didn't want. They were able to work with me on where I needed to be as well.

    This was my first time buying on my own, and let me just say I was pleasantly surprised!! There was no pressure into buying or going past your comfort zone financially, instead I received constant care and reassurance that they were doing their best to accommodate to me. Providing solutions or other vehicles that met my expectation’s. My sales representative was Michael Anderson and he is wonderful, if you plan on going and are looking forward to wonderful customer care, this is the rep I would recommend and dealership to go to!!     The service engineer was great, he went through the details needing repair and provided all the ($300)discounts. But even with that my Labour charges were $1049 for a 4 hour job. This is exorbitantly high pricing. All the jobs were performed by the same tech, so that is about $262 roughly per hour, which is a rip off. This 3 star is for the service rep, Steven, who was great to work with. Update: I spoke to Maus Nissan (Karen Bordas) and was able to understand the charges and the effort of the tech who helped getting my car out on time. THANK YOU team...!! I will return to Maus for my next service. 5 stars team.

    I completely recommend their service department. I service all my household vehicles here, all different makes and they always come out as new, of course, regular repairs/maintenance, not as cheap as the small shop mechanic, but overall it’s fair, based on my opinion. The professionalism and real customer care compensates for the bill $$$. Special thanks to Corey, he went above and beyond on making sure my repairs budget was not blown over the roof

    If I could give zero stars I would. They definitely get 5 stars in lying and manipulation. I saw a car online for just under $18k. Since I was being hounded with emails and calls, I decided to ask Josh for the Out The Door price for the vehicle. When I received it after being asked unnecessary questions, The total was almost $10k more due to fees and because they did not honor the online price. I was urged to come in so I said screw it let’s see the inventory. I got there and Josh put his best friendly personality on. Asked the usual questions which some I answered and some I did not. I told him price point for Monthly which you should NEVER do but I wanted to pick his brain like he was picking mine. He told me he may have something in the back. He came back with a nice vehicle but not what I was looking for. Once at his desk I asked him for the out the door price for this one. The car was online for a little over $20,000. The sale sheet was totaling $27,000 with a $600+ monthly payment which is DOUBLE what I told him my budget was. Of course, they do this to run your credit which I did not want him to do. I tried to negotiate fees etc but he kept pushing to run my credit. He stated that it would only be a SOFT PULL just to see where they could get me payment wise. I asked if he was sure and assured me yes. I made the mistake of giving Josh my SS# and he stated I had a repo a month ago and a very low credit score. I was furious because none of that was true. I got my full report a week prior, so something didn’t sound right. Not to mention it was very embarrassing. I ran my credit report again only to find out the repo and score were a LIE and Josh in fact ran a hard inquiry on my credit which triggered my score to go down a bit. Their Moto is We won’t lose business over price!” Since I wasn’t willing to do business for their high prices and fees, I was “rejected” based off false information to save face on their end. I contacted Experian and was told the dealership will have to remove the Hard Inquiry. I got this information from two separate representatives. When I confronted Josh via email, at first he stated they only pulled my credit, but did not submit it. He also stated that was something they could not remove. When I explained to him I did not give them written permission and that Experian confirmed the inquiry and their capabilities, his story changed. He then lied and said he does not tell people a such thing as soft or hard pull and that since I gave my information, it was my consent. Funny how he stated “Soft Pull” twice before I gave him my info. Basically, salesman scamming and playing on words. Note people…never give your information even if the salesman claims a “Soft Pull”. They are currently running an internet promotion about $0 Down and “Your Job is your credit”. All of that was ignored BEFORE any numbers were discussed. Not once did he ask about my employment history. People please be careful with these dealerships…or Manipulationships!

    My advisor was great. Top notch service. My only complaint is that your credit card machine could only process my debit/credit card as a debit and with the charge being over $2000 (my daily debit limit) I had to put a portion on a different card which was a personal card vs the business card I was using. Getting to this solution took calls to my bank and a 25 minute delay in me checking out.

    The customer service I received was beyond what I was expecting from my salesman, Leon to who helped me get financed, Vega. They are both just amazing at what they do. This was my first brand new car with only 5 miles on it, I couldn't be happier. Definitely made my car buying process as smooth as it could have possibly been. Thank you again!

    Complete waste of time. We called and specifically told them what price we were willing to pay for a very basic Nissan Versa S. It would have been within the MSRP maybe even 1000 more including all fees and taxes. We didn't need financing, just looking to buy the car. They assured us that it was definitely doable! So we drove 20 minutes to get there. The Christian music playing throughout the place made me confident that they were not going to try any silly price tactics. They rejected our offer and came back instead with more than $10,000 over the MRSP! I was appalled! We had been shopping around that day and had been at another Nissan dealer that quoted us $5,000 less than what their out the door price was but for a more expensive car!! We had not gone with that dealer because they were also playing price games but NOT TO THIS EXTENT! And they had no Versa's available. We looked online to find prices more in our price range and found Maus. We were told the price was what it was because these models were really selling and they could sell the car tomorrow... I explained it was silly to buy a car for that price when it wasn't worth it! I asked for our keys back (they took them somewhere because it was a trade in) and the salesman came back with someone else and not our keys. The new guy put the paper in front of us and asked if we were in the ball park.... NO.... not even close!!! It was $9,000 over what we said we would pay and what they said was doable!! I again asked for my keys and said I was done and proceeded to walk out. My son finally got the keys back and we left! Car shopping should not be so shady! If you are not willing to do the price, be honest up front! Especially when we expressed our frustration at the other dealer and their pricing tricks and were assured we were in good hands!

    That was my first and the most amazing experience at Maus Nissan Of North Tampa. As I arrived, I was instantly met in a very friendly way. Service Professional Tony, listen to my car problem and from that moment all I had to do, make and enjoy my favorite coffee. Tony and Technician took wonderful care of my car. Tony was a very professional Service Specialist with great sence of humor. I also observed over employees pleasantly interacting with customers in the waiting room.

    Parents make sure to go with your kids or know numbers if your buying. What they tell you on lot and what's put on paper should be robbery. Walk away is best options. Love the statement after they just tried to railroad you " what can we do to earn your business ". How about being honest

    I’m giving one star when in reality this place deserves none like seriously. I’ll start by saying this has nothing to do with the guys at the service station they are always so kind.. I’ve been dealing with Juan specifically and he really is on the side of the customers and I’ll have to do a separate review just for him specifically since he’s just so awesome at what he does but my issue is with the sales and finance people.. if your looking for a reliable car this is not the place to go to. I had a 2013 Nissan pathfinder that I bought cash flat out and of course it had its issues but I was maintaining it all with tlc but after some wear and tear it was time to get something newer. Now dealing with Nissan for so long I had assumed they would value that and take into consideration that they new I loved my suv dearly but I travel allot for work and have small kids so a reliable car is a must. Well long story short they convinced me to look into a newer car I did and ended up leaving with what I thought would be and amazing upgrade or at least a better choice. Now mind you they knew I was going from no payments at all to now paying monthly for a car note. I told them please make sure the car I’m buying is what I’m truly looking for. Well I fell for the trap and drive off with what I thought to be a good deal asked for a car fax they never gave it I repeatedly asked for all the documents from purchasing the car on a flash drive and I haven’t gotten that either. I’ve owned the car since May and since May 2023. I have been in the shop multiple times since the purchase of my newer vehicle, they sold me a vehicle that needed way more attention than the one I traded in. And I’m almost certain they knew this. I went back in. I’ve said my complaints. Every time I take it first Service I’m brought this little sheet that tells me everything else that needs to be done. These are things that you would think they would handle before selling you a car and putting you into payments. Long story short I do not recommend this dealership maybe it’s not just this Nissan dealership maybe it is but I would go somewhere else if you’re looking for a reliable Used car. Unless you’re going with a brand new of the year car, I wouldn’t put my trust in this dealership at all.

    I had a wonderful experience with Maus Nissan of North Tampa, they proved not just to me, but to my parents as well (who helped me with my first car buying experience) that they stand by their values and mission as a dealership. My first experience was with Maus in New Port Richey, which was horrendous. It felt as if they had a slimy agenda to just sell my well kept 10 year-old car, and slip a mediocre sale right under my nose. When I came to Maus Nissan of Tampa, I was truthfully skeptical. However, Rodney and Aldo welcomed us with warm arms and negotiated the trade of my car, providing me with an outstanding deal that the others could not compete with. Rodney helped to make the process so smooth, professional and even followed up with me many times after to ensure I was happy with the car. He and his team worked very hard to make me an offer I could not refuse. I will refer their dealership to my family and friends! Thanks again, Rodney and team for making it right. You all changed my view of the car buying experience :)

    We literally cannot say enough good things about not only this dealership as a whole but the staff as well! This weekend we had almost given up buying a new truck after multiple experiences with predatory sales tactics at other dealerships. We were frustrated and discouraged because we wanted to buy a truck but to be pressured, bait and switched, or manipulated was unacceptable to us. So we almost gave up. On a whim we stopped into this location and were approached by a young man named Josh. Josh was already busy with another customer but took a second to answer our question and get someone for us who could help us out. He didn't pressure us or make us feel "sold" at all. Josh did a soft hand off to Damian. Damian was one of the best sales people I have ever come across in my life. Damian came to us with the intention of making sure we understood our challenges and our options. He took the time to fit us into a truck that also fit into our budget. I can't say enough good things about Damian's sales tactics and it was no surprise when I picked up his card and it said "sales manager" He wasn't pushy rather he was gentle. He brought negative information to us with the purpose of being sure we understood what had happened and why we needed to explore another option. (We all want that one car that's just outside our budget ...lol) But, because he took the time he got us exactly what we wanted within our budget. Although we had to give up a couple small luxuries we didn't have to give up any of our big wants. Not only did we leave with a new truck that we love, but Damian and Maus earned a customer for life and we will absolutely send our friends and family there because this is how cars should be sold! People come to the lot because they already want a car, with the web at our fingertips we already did our research, we just need good people to help us make our dreams/ goals come to life. <3 Even the finance guy (sorry can't remember his name) was excellent. He offered us all the protections when we said we wanted this not that he didn't push excessively or try to bully us into buying it. He did wiggle in a couple extras but after considering our options they were good extras that will protect us for sure. Anyway, Maus saved the day! We couldn't be happier with the dealership, our purchase, or our overall experience. #customerforlife

Gage and Aldo were amazing to work with they were respectful and went above and beyond to get me the best deal possible.     Nothing but GREAT things to say about this dealership from the well mannered Staff, to my Salesman Danny, to the Finance Gentleman Vega, to the Customer Relations Lady Karen. Everyone went above and beyond for me. I never felt rushed and they all managed to get me into what I wanted.     We are from Texas and my wife was on a business trip to Tampa when her Sentra broke down and she needed assistance immediately. I (in Texas) contacted Ms. Hannah from the service dept. and she helped me coordinate with the towing service to have the vehicle transported to Maus Nissan for repair. She also set up the service appointment and physically ensured that the vehicle was properly received by the technicians. Mr. Tony, our assigned service advisor, promptly contacted me and thoroughly briefed my on the issues and ensured that the parts required where promptly ordered. He kept me informed of the progress and ensured that the vehicle was repaired in a timely manner. Upon completion of the repair, he ensured that my wife had a safe vehicle with which to continue her trip. I am most thankful to all those involved; without your care and dedication, this trip could have quickly become a nightmare. My most sincere thanks to Ms. Hannah and Mr. Tony for their personal touch and professionalism.     Maus Nissan was the best experience I've ever had at a car dealership! Everyone was very helpful and friendly even though they weren't our direct sales associate. Hannah, our actual sales associate was super knowledgable and helped us find the perfect car. Ask for her when you stop in or make an appointment. Will be recommending this dealership to everyone I talk to. The service was top notch!

    Everyone dreads the long process of finding and completing the buying/ financing process,. This was not the case with your dealership. We live out of State and we called Jeff Morgan and told him exactly what we were looking for and within an hour we received a call back with the exact specifications and provided financing that was perfect for our budget. We purchased the extended warranty without hesitation. We travel a lot , so we intend to put more than average mileage on the Purchase. The extended warranty gave us a great sense of security. The process was quick and painless. It is rare that a dealership doesn’t try to sell you on what they want you to have rather than hear what you want. Jeff not only listened, he made it happen.     Thankful that we visited Maus Nissan when we did and worked with Damian Rhule. He was so enjoyable to work with… real and down to earth. We test drove several cars that day and he could not have been more patient with us! Will definitely purchase from Damian again!

    1st and last time customer!!! Brought my car in to have fuel filter repaired. After explaining to the guy i knew what the problem was, I was told I had to get a diagnostic test, which I didn't want! My appointment was 745am. After of waiting, I was approached with this list of codes/issues one being what I told him I discovered (fuel filter/pump). Focusing on the largest repair ($4000), it was like they didn't want to fix or repair anything other than the expensive one!! Not giving me a choice to fix anything else I wanted fixed ON MY CAR! Needless to say I asked for my car back and left. Waisted over 2hrs and $234 (which was supposed to go towards a repair I NEVER GOT..total rip off)for a diagnostic test I didnt want or need for them not to touch my car in any way!!! Very disappointed in my service here!!!

    Brought my SUV in for service after having an issue with my engine. I was initially happy with the customer service I received. However, after I got my car back I noticed that my antenna had been removed (probably before the car was washed) and was never put back on. I have sent nearly half a dozen emails and messages to try to get this resolved, but no one at Maus seems to want to call me back. Will be filling a complaint with the BBB.

    I just moved to Tampa; however, I’ve been with nissan since 2004 and this was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had with the service team.Everyone was extremely kind, caring, and understanding. They were paying attention to my car concerns and most importantly were listening. I was very upset about my recent experience with another dealership and their supervisor made sure that I feel comfortable first and then confident that they will find and fix my car issue. Thank you!!!!

    The BEST customer service at a car dealership I've every experienced. Brittany and Damien(younger guy) knew exactly what I was looking for and went above and beyond to make sure I got it. I can't forget Armando in financing, he put it all together and made it happen. I am so HAPPY with the service and attention I got and NO they were not pushy.

    Purchased a car less than a month ago. Take it was used 2021 Malibu I feel now the the car salesman wanted to get rid of this car because he said that was the only one i was probably gonna get approved for. He didn’t even give me a chance to look at other cars he basically pushed me into this one. Not even a month with the car and the tail lights don’t work or the fog lights. I was told they can’t help in anyway because it was a used car..

    I originally had really bad service from Oscar and Juan, did not understand warranty very poor communication skills and unprofessional. However, Corey (he has been there several years) TURNED IT AROUND. he has glasses and is really informative and experienced. He did a great job with my Nissan Versa.     Anthony Martin is excellent! He manages the whole process of my 2016 Versa’s maintenance from start to finish each time I call and then come, making sure I totally understand what needs to be done and why and making sure it is done well and in a timely fashion. He is honest, knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. He is the face of Maus Nissan to me.
