Hostile and unfriendly staff. I went there 5 minutes till closing to get some wood glue. One female employee was implying that they would not ring us up after closing and was rushing everyone in the store. Since I was just getting glue it took me only 2 minutes. Next, my cashier was constantly making remarks on how he hated his job and even wore a piece of cardboard that said help on it. Another employee beside him was joking about him having to ring us up like it was a bad thing. It was all very awkward. As we were 2 feet from the door the woman working there kept saying loudly 2 mins left, even though we were leaving. The staff there are very rude and it was by far one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had with retail. In fact, it was the worst and so much so I am never returning. I’ve been to many harbor freights in my life and they have been great. This is my first experience of one in Florida and it’s a poor one. This place lacks good leadership since the entire store employees were acting this way.

Tried to return a broken back pack sprayer that I bought the day before and they said I have to mail it in. Would not let me swap it out. Garbage rule and policy

I can’t say enough good things about the store on Fletcher. I called the store, to see if they had 2 items in stock, & was taken care of by Wanda. She put me on hold to check & verified they had the propane torch & igniter & said to ask for her, if I should arrive there. I got there & she called her team members to locate the items for me. She impressed me with her superior customer service, that to my surprise, she had only been there a month!.She is a true gem for this store & a great model for customer service. Thank you Wanda for making this purchase a great customer experience. I highly recommend this store.

They have anything you want that deals with tools and the prices are very good

They always have something useful at decent prices. I love these flashlights and use them daily. Staff is usually very helpful, all you have to do is ask.

Very nice Harbor Freight Tools location. Ample parking and there are some handicap parking spots. The staff are helpful and courteous. The store has lots of inventory. We came here to look for a hydraulic Jack and found one, yeah!

As long as they have what u need they're fine. But I've found that once you go to their better tools, prices are compatible all over.

Did not go into Harbor Freight went to Save-A-Lot next door I've been to Harbor Freight before it's a really good place to buy tools and equipment if you need something handy that somewhere to go and it's pretty cheap

Today this particular store had credit card issues with there cashier monitors but all in all things went smoothly. Associate warned customers about computer glitch and apologized profusely.

The Go To place for all your tool needs ! The workers & manager need to be a bit more attentive & understanding, not look at you like you have three heads when you ask for service. Listening skills could use improvement. We won't be going here again.

Came in to the store looking for something the website clearly said they had in stock. Employees were less than helpful. Didn't even know where it would be and couldn't be bothered to look. Basically told me to find it if I could.

So far I’ve found everything I could’ve needed here. Lines aren’t usually long when I go. Staff is friendly. Returns are easy. Prices are decent.

Great selections and options. You are going to find great prices on so many items. The cashier was amazing with us, and gave us options for other products. I missed her name, but she is a great asset for this store. The manager was great as well. Besides almost closing time, he went above and beyond to look for an item, and found it. Both of them are truly an example of what is excellent customer service. I totally recommend this store.

Just purchased a cart/dolly to carry my musical equipment, when I play out. I bought it at the Tampa Fletcher Ave branch. It worked great at last nights gig! HFT Associate Maria, was a GREAT help, VERY friendly and professional!

Used to love this ,but will not shop there again ,I've been a customer since they opened signed up and since then I've recieved all sales and specials with my phone number one employee tells me no i can't get the special or deal I've asked why he told me just leave the store so to avoid conflict I've left everything that I wanted to buy and left Never again will I shop there ,you should hear how they talk about all customers who come in bad

As many of you may know, Florida was just devastated by hurricane Ian. Supplies are scarce and the damage is catastrophic. In a time like this for a store to refuse to sell an item because it is a display item is absolutely ridiculous. The entire state is in a state of emergency and should be doing everything they can to help each other. You have tools people need and are not willing to sell them for unexplainable reasons other than “it not in the original box”. After thousands of dollars spent, this lack of concern for your community is the soul reason I will never shop at another harbor freight.

This store changed owners a few years back and it's not the same. If you are going to buy tools, you better get an extended warranty on it. Everything breaks. They also charge a restocking fee.

A great store to find all the tools you need to get the job done. Great deals and plenty of variety for whatever job you need accomplished.

Let me make it straight for all new consumer thus company stableshed for cheap people that don't care about quality. And if you have an issue with their products you have 90 days to return it. And we all know how long a cheap Chinese products last. I hate leave a bad review for a companies but they definitely earn it with their bad customer service and products

Good store. All depends on what "YOU'RE " looking for. Good prices on items I've purchased. Like any other deal...research quality, durability etc before you purchase anywhere.

I purchased batteries there .I casually mentioning Jesus to the cashier, I was confronted with anger and resentment, this is not It seams I get that type of response to the ne of CHRIST ,everywhere I go ?! This only proves that Satan is alive and well in this world.

Great prices of course. 1st person wasn't helpful at all and tried to avoid me. The next 2 people were great. Products are scattered throughout and the layout doesn't make sense. The workers don't always know where stuff might be or if they have it.

I needed some picture hanging hardware, glue and an exacto knife.. my Husband needed a wheel for a project he was working on. They have a lot of stuff. My Husband loves Harbor Freight! But the gentleman cashier was not having a good day. I asked him "how are you today" and he replied "not good it can't get any worse" and that was it. He just hurried us through. He wouldn't answer anymore questions. We had a coupon for the free gift, not one employee could or would tell us where the product was located. The cashier was not a happy person. And the other two gentlemen employee were to busy talking to acknowledge our questions. In my opinion they should have stayed home and I should have gone to a different Harbor Freight location. I left the store with super glue and a wheel. 😔

This is a really good store for any kind of things you need for fixing and repairing they have the best prices on tarps especially when they're on sale

I need tarps and supplies for the hurricane I went here they had everything I needed. The salesperson gave me tarp straps that worked wonderful much better service than Home Depot

This place is great! As a builder and contractor I am very grateful places like this still exist. They were very helpful and had everything I needed available. Walking in there's like taking a step back in time when customer service and quality were Paramount.

I've shopped a lot of HFT stores, this one does a really good job. Usually my complaints are that checkout lines get super backed up when there's a return or customer service issue - the other is when it's impossible to find an associate for help finding an item. This store has been very agile in terms opening new checkout lines, the manager has always been ready to pop in and help solve issues without being overbearing, and when I've needed help, I've always been able to go to the back right corner and the employees are more than willing to look in the back room or help me find something. Never had any issue returning something or getting good customer service. This is a good example of a well-run HFT store and I commend the employees and management, I will keep blowing my hard-earned money here for sure.

Hate to love it. Go in for 1 item come ot 30 deep. There prices are starting to match name brands though still decent

Update 12. 4. 22 they are not mask Gabby and they are still kicking some great deals out the door for tools. Still unreasonably mask happy... Otherwise they got the knock off tools and most of them are worthwhile
