These two ladies were the best they were able to help me get me into my storage very quickly very professional facility was very clean, and I felt very safe. I would recommend this place to all of my friends.

The 1st storage unit at Life storage the people in the office were terrible Elevator was broken they never called to tell me, and I'm disabled. So I got another storage unit with extra space but this one was 100% better, in fact the manage took me from 100 to 0 with the 1st words she spoke to me.

Mardi was very accommodating, I've been other places and treated rudely. But she made the atmosphere inviting. Because of her I chose life storage.

Staff was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I like staff being available on grounds for assistance if needed. Our experience thus far has been good.

The life storage on 815 East Fletcher, TOP NOTCH customer service. The Mgr Mardi and the asst Mgr Scott have really went above and beyond. I was needing a space for my tool box and misc equipment. After the first couple of spaces/rentals had plenty of space, just unable to get the different items through the doorway for one reason or the other. Instead of refunding my payment, they both worked diligently in the down pouring rain, and other issues that only movies are made of, to find a space that would for our needs. We have found a space the works great, the price point is right on time, meaning I’m paying on a bigger space for the same amount I as paying at U-Haul storage on a 5x5.. I highly recommend anyone looking for storage, go see Mardi and/or Scott @ Life Storage on East Fletcher Ave in Tampa!!! . Great People, offering outstanding customer service and a quality product!!!

Xiomara is awesome. She answered all my questions, showed me the unit, and took care of me with the utmost respect. I’m new to the are and haven’t seen many displays of great customer service so I really feel the need to say how great she is. I’m happy I was able to be helped by her. We need more people like her.

I chose this place initially because of the stellar reviews and will definitely be staying! The staff was super welcoming and it was great to see the space to make sure it met my needs before signing the contract. The facility has easy access/exit and is nicely cleaned. Mardi and Xiomara were absolute lovely and excellently informative on the process, pricing/access and all the particulars. It’s nice to come to a business where you are treated like a human by actual humans! I highly recommend this place : )

the New manager Marty has been there for a week, poor thing we have watched her spend all day trying to clean the place. Now we see the location going in the right direction but the owners need to help this lady and offer better pay to attract any employees to help her. no excuse because they make alot of rent money from the place. we know because they just increased our rent $50 more.

Last second storage rental was needed and Life Storage saved the day! I highly recommend this storage place for any of your storage needs! Mardi went above and beyond and we can’t thank her enough!!!

I went to the wrong Life Storage location, but Mara explained to me where the correct location is and even took the time to drive me there because I don't have a car! Wonderful staff. The staff from the other location were also extremely kind and treated me fantastically. You guys are awesome!

I am not the type of person that comments much, but I must take the time to let you know that Adonis and Mara at the Fletcher Extra Space Store are extraordinary. They take the time to listen and talk with you. They are extremely helpful and know their business. It is refreshing in this time to work with people who actually talk, listen, and engage with you. Unlike some of the people we have encountered in the past at this store who just sit at the desk in front of the computer and could care less about you.

They gave me all the details I needed and all my options and the option to work on my payments when I fell behind. They were amazing to speak too and gave awesome customer service. I been here since the previous ownership and even through change management conditions Xiomara has been great help. Whenever I have a concern and question she is quick to solve or answer it or seek further info from others if necessary. Above all, her attitude and composure is top tier. I have had a climate controlled unit since the previous company. My time there has been fairly standard with only a couple headaches. The largest being the elevators tend be down fairly often. My unit is not a first floor unit so this is pretty inconvenient. However, the attentive staff more than makes up for it since it is not their fault. They apologize regularly for the shortcomings of the work orders that they place constantly. If you ever need anything or want an honest run down of the place, go and see ASM Xiomara (known as Mara). She is the greatest asset and the best benefit of this location. She is extremely attentive and fair. She is also always smiling and is more than willing to bend over backwards to help you with anything you need and take the time to honestly answer all of your questions thoroughly. She is the best!

Would rather sell everything I own instead of use this place again. I started a lease agreement at the beginning of August and had my moving pod sent to the facility. It arrived the first week of September. When it arrived I was told by the office manager (who had a terrible attitude) that I was not allowed to have moving pods on the property. I told her I was unloading it and they would be back to pick it up in two days. After rereading the lease agreement there was absolutely no mention of a moving pod not being allowed. Then, when I got home that night, I saw an email saying my lease had been terminated. I called and was told that they terminated it because the unit was empty and unlocked. I informed them that I was JUST AT THE FACILITY a couple hours earlier receiving my moving pod but I didnt have time that day to unload and they hadn't provided me the lock that i was supposed to get per rental agreement . They then rudely probed why I had the unit for a month sitting empty. After moving in, two months went by. I received a letter in the mail saying my rent would be increased from $80 a month to $180 a month. I decided it was time to move out of the unit. The original price was just to get me in the door and they hoped I would be stuck.

I've been with this company now for 10 years and have never had a problem and the Staff members, Xiomara has been very, very. Helpful in my needs.

Very EXPENSIVE $32/month turns to $78/month. Tricky business yet ZERO customer service. Once you in, that's it you're nolonger important to them, they concentrate on the NEXT CATCH. EXPENSIVE, EXPENSIVE, EXPENSIVE. Ask them from the very start how often the price increase are, Monthly, Bi-monthly just ask. The only time they suspended the price hikes was during Covid. The LONGER you stay the MORE you pay.

These people go on lunch break so much. Everytime I try to Visit the office for keys, or boxes, or payments, or help. It’s always got a sign of “closed for lunch” At 2pm, then again at 4pm and etc. how many lunch breaks a day you going to take???? I can only imagine how the business your losing doing this. Then I pay my balance last night and returned at 7pm to find out my passcode was never unlocked. The employee forgets to unlock my passcode so I’m back again today and can’t even get in because she’s back on another lunch break.

I absolutely love this place! The manager, Mardi Sales, is an absolutely wonderful person! She was amazing with getting us our first month deal and working out all the kinks, made sure we completely understood the whole entire thing before going through and purchasing anything. She keeps the place very clean and was overall an amazing person! The price is a tad bit high but they definitely make up for it with the cleanliness and the amazing management. Also have never had any issues when going to my unit with anyone or anything. I do wish they were open 24 hours but other than that I can't say I have any complaints so far 💯

Today my family was serviced by Xiomara who was absolutely wonderful! She helped us resolve a major miscommunication in pricing that would have been terrible for our family and did so gracefully and helpfully! We were so grateful and so blessed to have her help us and would recommend her location due to her wonderful customer service. She was/is amazing!

Ripoff . I say this because I called on the phone inquired about a price your the smallest unit you guys have. Was told it was going to be $80 a month but the lady was able to give me a discount which brought it down to 58 or 60 so I agreed and walked with my luggage there. I go to pay for the room thinking it was only going to be at the very most $80 but I was thinking more like $60. Turned out to be $128. I was never notified of any of these extra charges on opposite the lock the insurance all the stuff to be mentioned to me.
