I had an extremely unsatisfactory visit to Greenberg Dental & Orthodontics dental clinic when I went to get a crown cemented. Despite explaining that I only needed the crown temporarily or permanently cemented, they refused to perform the task without pushing for a full treatment. I left feeling neglected and untreated, wasting my time seeking a simple solution. I cannot recommend their services for prompt and attentive care.

This placed fooled me once. But not again. I was scheduled for Feb 28,2022. Even received text reminding me. When I got there. I was told Dr was out sick. I was very frustrated. The professional thing to do was to contact me. To let me know appt was cancelled. 4 other patients showed up and they agreed that we should have been called and inform. I told them. I don’t get paid from my job -by missing work. Front desk replied Dr doesn’t get paid either. That’s a lie. I even informed front desk. Every time I miss work. A point is deducted from me. Strike 3 and I loose my job. Front desk offered to reschedule my appt for later in the week. My response was -why can’t I come tomorrow. She informs me. That tomorrow is full. I told her-if you can reschedule me for later in the week. You can reschedule ppls that have appointments tomorrow for a later date. I feel like since my appt was first.I should be seen first. Not pushed further down the line. Get the ppl who had appointments first. Then move on to the later appointments. This is ridiculous. I also had a temp crown out on my tooth. 2 days later it came off. I had to come back. The next day that crown came off again. Then I had to come back. Makes no sense. 3 visits in 1 week for the same issue. This is so sad . As I sit here in parking lot. Several ppl keep coming and place is closed.

I was not looking forward to going to a dentist but this place was terrific from the time I arrived until I left. Check in was easy and pleasant with smiling faces behind front desk. The assistant was very pleasant and friendly. My dentist was great, very detailed and answered all questions. Don't want to go back but have to but don't mind. Highly recommended.

I came in today with a cracked back tooth I was in mild pain nothing serious but I didn’t want it to get worse, Dr.Chohan was so thorough she took X-rays advised me of what she needed to do and got to work. She was gentle and always made sure I was good. This is a prime example of GREAT “bedside manners” she was the best and had a really positive attitude which goes a long way. She made me laugh and was so sweet I wouldn’t mind seeing her again, tech Jenny was fabulous also, I just want to tell them to keep up the great work😊

Great opportunity for growth experience. I was drinking from a pint glass and a friend greeted me by grabbing my shoulder from behind which caused me tap the glass against the tip of my incisor and causing a .25mm chip on my incisor. Bummer. This place was on my insurance list. I gave them a call and they said they do uv resin repair. Awesome. Since both sides of my family have high cancer risks and I want to be around to parent my kid for as long as possible; I dont sunbathe, take x-rays, or engage in high risk activities. I let the admin know ahead of time i didnt want xrays. She said it was fine and scheduled me a week out. I arrived on time for my 8am appointment. Around 815 the attendant led me to the chair. He said that usually I would get xrays now but since my file noted i did not want xrays I would just have a visual inspection, which i was fine with as this was a cosmetic repair to the tip of an incisor. I was back there for a while, fortunately I brought a book (Orwell's 1984). Around 850 the attendant let me know the doctor stated they were required by state law to take x-rays. After spending an hour waiting when I arrived on time to my appt; I didn't see a reason to bother arguing. If the scheduling agent, receptionist, and attendant chose to waste my time by not letting me know they required xrays when it was clearly noted in my file, I'd imagine this is a strong arm tactic to increase billable. Would NOT recommend this chain for any service. Your money is your voice, choose to be treated with respect by the businesses you choose to pay.

Absolutely fantastic! Staff is great, fast, general, accepted my insurance. So glad I found a good one!

Not sure why they send automatic review links when they don’t even send appointment reminders or follow up. Have 1 star due to inconsistency in appointments and follow up. Dentist themselves seemed nice but today I was scheduled for 7am appointment to arrive at the office that was completely empty. I called ahead of time and while I was there, of course no answer. Not sure what’s happening as I have my form and tone written down on it from the staff along with my appointment in my phone calendar that was set the day of scheduling the appointment in the office. I then Googled and found out it says office opens at 9am but yet I was scheduled for a 7am. My appointment time matched my work schedule to get work done on my mouth then head home for work. Now it’s almost 9am, no call, this automated review link was sent, and no emails from the office at all. No punctual at all but all I can do I call, ask what happened and why no one was at the office for appointment doors were locked, why was I scheduled at 7am if office opens at 9am? Several issues and questions but all I need to great work done on my teeth. Hope this review helps others. Thanks

It was the best experience I ever had at a dentist office. The staff was so friendly and nice. My dental assistant was too good to be true. As for the dentist she was so superb. Her customer service skills was on point, very compassionate as well. I even made an appointment for my daughter. I would recommend that sit to anyone.! She the best dentist I ever had come across

I had four fillings done on my front teeth. the tech did a great job in picking the right tooth shade. the communication between the tech and dentist was awesome, they worked so well together and my appointment was supposed to be 40 minutes to an hour and they were done in 30. I am a very satisfied patient!

Absolutely Amazing. From the staff to the dentist. They took the time to comfort me and explain to me step by step everything that was going on while having 2 teeth extracted, the dentist 🪥 is very caring and patient and understanding the procedure went extremely well and I didn’t feel a thing. I had a broken tooth & this was going to be my first tooth ever pulled/extracted. I was nervous but felt confident in the dentist to do the job. They used local anesthesia & I never felt any pain during the procedure. I basically laid back, closed my eyes & tried to deep breathe & relax. During the extraction I started singing, in my head, "Let it Go" from Frozen, trying to will my tooth to stop holding on. Guess it worked, because it soon came out! The dentist kept making sure I was not having any pain about every 20 seconds. There was pressure but NO PAIN. I think my ability to relax, visualize & "will" my tooth to "Let it go" made the procedure easier on me. I was given written, very detailed postoperative orders & told to call any time if I had any problems. Fortunately I have been doing ok so far, so on 2 days post extraction i have my fingers crossed that all will continue to heal well. The staff is always so friendly & helpful, which is a huge bonus in my book. The dentist was great(Feel bad that i cannot remember her name but this is 2nd time there & had my teeth cleaned & stays done on other visit). Definitely recommend! My tooth did not come out easy & dentist was doubting that she would be successful, but I told her, "I have confidence in you. I KNOW you can do it." And she did! Sometimes we all need a bit of encouragement to get over the issue at hand. I'd definitely let her extract another tooth if needed!

Every doctor is kind, thorough and honest. They take care w cleaning protocols and are easy to be seen as a walk in. The dental plan is so affordable! The staff is so sweet. Wish they could bring back Dr. Kang

The office is very friendly and knowledgeable. They explain everything very clearly and they take the time with you. I do Not feel like a number.

Staff was very cordial, answered all my concerns and advised me on the best course of actions in treating my dental issues.

The Doctor and all the staff are all very nice to me and every time I go to this office it's always thoroughly cleaned and I feel very comfortable knowing they always wipe and sterilize everything.. Doctor made sure I was aware of what needed to be done . I would recommend this doctor to anyone.

Rushed. Did I have any cavities? Issues? Who knows? In and out. One of the most painful cleanings I've ever had. What's even more odd is that the rooms are only semi private. I've never been to a dentist that has more than one chair per room. I won't go back

The Endodontist was knowledgeable, considerate, and extremely helpful. He showed me what the issue was and gave me several choices. He did not try to push me into making any decisions, I felt like he really cared about providing the best care for me.

I used to like this place however around 2020 things change. I believe the dentist left and they can't find anyone good. Twice in the last year 2021, I received appointment reminder text. Once got to the office and they said I didn't have an appointment. I had to show them the text. Apparently that doctor quit. Then again I get an appointment reminder text and again that dentist quit. Twice in one year. They are scheduling the appointments then not telling customers that the dentist left or switching the appointments to the new dentist. How unprofessional and a waste of peoples time!!

Both Liz and Taylor provided world class customer service. Very cheerful, helpful, and welcoming. They were able to book both of our appointments promptly, making sure to keep in mind when our last exams were, to abide by the insurance policy.

First time there today. Was impressed by the staff and services. Front desk staff was very helpful and kind. Doctor was personable and thorough with the exam. Deep cleaning was great too and pain-free. Will be back next week for part two.

As always, the entire staff gives top notch service - I cannot rave about them enough. The are always pleasant, friendly, patient and eager to help! I have NEVER had a bad experience here! I highly recommend them!

Best dental experience I’ve had had since moving from Cincinnati OH 6 years ago! Friendly and knowledgeable staff! I’m proud to say I’ve found my forever dentist! I highly recommend!
