I’ve
taken
my
dog
to
this
location
multiple
times
for
grooming,
never
any
issues
until
this
last
month
when
i
was
sent
away
twice
by
the
same
person.
Absolutely
awful
customer
service.
The
appointment
i
was
told
i
needed
to
reschedule
because
my
dogs
vaccine
had
expired
3
days
prior
to
the
appointment.
I
took
my
dog
to
the
vet,
got
her
up
to
date
and
rescheduled
another
appointment
just
to
get
there
and
be
told
my
dog
was
too
matted
under
the
ears
and
would
“need
to
go
to
a
vet”
my
dog
has
been
matted
twice,
and
both
times
I’ve
been
told
that
i
would
be
charged
a
fee
to
fix
the
issue,
now
suddenly
it’s
so
bad
she
can’t
do
anything…a
groomer.
I
may
have
even
believed
her
except
my
dog
was
JUST
AT
THE
VET
who
did
a
FULL
examination
including
the
ears.
This
lady
simply
didn’t
want
to
be
bothered
with
my
dog,
it
was
clearly
evident
and
had
she
just
said
that
there
wouldn’t
be
an
issue,
but
to
tell
me
I
have
to
go
to
a
vet
when
there’s
a
million
other
groomers
who’d
gladly
accept
my
money.
To
make
matters
worse,
i
asked
for
a
supervisor
who
not
once
acknowledged
me,
asked
me
the
issue
or
gave
me
his
name.
I
was
basically
speaking
to
a
wall.
When
I
tried
to
explain
my
situation
he
simply
told
me
“well
we’re
still
not
going
to
do
it”
touched
my
dog
quickly
to
“double
check”
for
matting.
I’ve
never
had
this
issue
and
I’ve
gone
to
many
Petcos
in
the
Tampa
Bay
Area
and
I’m
appalled
by
both
the
groomer
and
the
so
called
supervisor.
It’s
evident
that
they
need
to
hire
experienced
groomers
who
actually
want
to
work.
Will
not
be
wasting
my
time
at
this
location
ever
again.
