    This store is better stocked for my pet needs. I breed jumping spiders and they have an assortment of food items available including; crickets of various sizes and flightless fruit flies. Staff is courteous and helpful. The store is always clean.

    I was not told that I was charged for my plastic bags. What the heck you guys are a premium brand if you don’t want to use plastic bags then use paper bags like WholeFoods. It just feels like another GreenWashing stunt companies pull to make more money for the bottom line and their shareholders. Trust me, this stunt is going to net worth Millions for Petco overtime under false guise that they care. They don’t really care. Also I canceled my auto shipments, going to enroll with Chewy since they are owned by PetSmart.

    I was returning a bag of pet food that our dogs couldn't tolerate. That told me they had no record of it, in store or online. When I left to go elsewhere, my wife found the online purchase, from a couple of weeks previous, and sent me a screen shot. I went back and returned the food. I shouldn't have had to drive somewhere and come back. They were perfectly capable of finding the purchase in the first place.

    Petco stores seem to be in clean and safe areas; the stores themselves are sizable and clean; there is an absolutely amazing inventory with selections of each item made by many different manufacturers so the choices are stunning. One is comfortable in the store with an accompanying pet. I am taking my 12 week old poodle for weekly kindergarten obedience, just enjoying it so much as it is Tinker Bell. The instructor is kind, extremely proficient, and makes it very pleasant time instead of something to be anxious about.

    I take both of my Standard poodles to pet co for grooming. Brittany. and Yan are always helpful & will find a way to squeeze in my dogs! I have NEVER be disappointed with my grooming out comes. These ladies work very hard and deserve a raise! At the very least a cost of living Raise!

    This is Mia. I took her to get a regular face, paw and fanny grooming and bath.. she went in happy and normal and came out with her paw pad completely cut off.. never again will I ever take her to groom anywhere other then doing it at home. This is not ok. She has to come get her bandages changed 3 times a week, take strong meds and all. I hope before you take your dog anywhere, you look at this pic and think twice. I even told the lady to be extra careful with her because she’s little and her skin is a little sensitive and this is how she left my baby. .

    So I'm in puppy training with Sam. Sam is great, Luna is responding so well, can't wait to see how she does by graduation!! Brian has helping in choosing tous and treats, Such an amazing team!!! I'm so excited!!

    Placing an on line order was easy and the items were ready at the store for pickup. I was in and out quickly. Staff members are always courteous and helpful.

    Good selection. Offers services like grooming and vet services. Staff was nice but not really thate knowledgable. Prices were higher than another nearby store.

    Great help from Riley in picking out a few good fish for our 10 gallon aquarium. Thank you for your help and advice. We decided to go with 4 Platies - which do well in our hard and high PH Florida water (they were buy 3 get 1 free!). See video for a view of the fish as well as their names. ;) -Steve

    We had a great experience with the aquatics dept at this Petco. The two staff members with whom we interacted were both knowledgeable and informative. It was clear that they cared about their animals and wanted us to have the best experience caring for our new freshwater fish. Riley ended up being the person to help us select the fish, and he really took the time to go above and beyond in making sure he could give us the best information possible when deciding which combination of fish would be best. Fish seem to be healthy and adjusted well to their new environment. Thanks!

    Alot of the isles were blocked with restocking items making it difficult to look at the diets available. The diet I needed was not in stock with the smaller bag size and the attendant that helped me couldnt tell me when it would be back in stock. The cashier had me wait 10 minutes for her manager (after I spent 5 minutes looking for a copy of my coupon on my phone at the cashier's request because she couldn't read the numbers on the printed manufacturer's coupon I brought) so that the manager could apply the coupon manually. My whole experience was very irritating. I do appreciate that petco Carrie's a decent variety of freeze dried raw and limited ingredient raw diets.

    Hadn’t been in since they remodeled, but after winning THREE goldfish at the FL State Fair today, we headed to Petco to buy a fish tank and supplies. The clerk, Brian, was very helpful and guided us to a reasonable tank, gravel, water conditioner, artificial plants, and fish food. He also explained that the breed of goldfish we’d won were likely going to grow to the size of koi pond fish (and offered additional advice on that too). Super nice to me and my 2 little kids. Especially when another shopper grabbed the last tank on the shelf (when we weren’t looking) that we’d planned to buy, Brian tracked down another one in the store and brought it up for us. Very good experience because of this kind and attentive staff member!

    Went to get dog food and stopped by the fish section... there was a dead betta in one of those small cups they're placed in!!! 😢 it's a shame how the betta are kept.

    I ordered 14 tubes of VitalFresh puppy food. Upon picking up, NINE tubes were expired. The person checking me out gave me a ripped bag because she "didn't have any" to carry out to my car. I had to ask for a bag that wasn't ripped so I could utilize the handles.

    This location has recently been remodeled and looks/flows a lot better. I gave it 4 stars because the pricing is not always the most competitive. However, we need these brick and mortar stores to stick around because online competitors like Amazon and Chewy can cause store closings. It's nice to be able to go inside a store to browse and look at items in person. Sometimes you need a pet item faster than even 1-2 day Amazon delivery. Also, my kids need fresh crickets and worms for their lizards. I hope this location stays open. Please shop there!

    Very helpful staff. The employees greeted us upon entering. The lady who helped us was a total sweetheart. Wish I'd gotten her name I would have put in a good word. The store was very clean and animals looked happy and healthy. I will be back to that store. 🤗🤗

    My husband went to get my dog or else I would’ve said something there. My dog was just groomed, I’m assuming they put them in cages when they are done and omg he smells terrible! I’m just upset because this service was very expensive and for him not to even smell clean is very upsetting. His haircut is perfect, his nails are trimmed, his ears are clean, and the groomer was very informative and did a perfect job on his cut. Honestly I appreciate that but those kennels need a deep cleaning. I am glad you all have provided this service because not many are doing doodles rn and I don’t want to complain but I am a little annoyed

    I’ve taken my dog to this location multiple times for grooming, never any issues until this last month when i was sent away twice by the same person. Absolutely awful customer service. The appointment i was told i needed to reschedule because my dogs vaccine had expired 3 days prior to the appointment. I took my dog to the vet, got her up to date and rescheduled another appointment just to get there and be told my dog was too matted under the ears and would “need to go to a vet” my dog has been matted twice, and both times I’ve been told that i would be charged a fee to fix the issue, now suddenly it’s so bad she can’t do anything…a groomer. I may have even believed her except my dog was JUST AT THE VET who did a FULL examination including the ears. This lady simply didn’t want to be bothered with my dog, it was clearly evident and had she just said that there wouldn’t be an issue, but to tell me I have to go to a vet when there’s a million other groomers who’d gladly accept my money. To make matters worse, i asked for a supervisor who not once acknowledged me, asked me the issue or gave me his name. I was basically speaking to a wall. When I tried to explain my situation he simply told me “well we’re still not going to do it” touched my dog quickly to “double check” for matting. I’ve never had this issue and I’ve gone to many Petcos in the Tampa Bay Area and I’m appalled by both the groomer and the so called supervisor. It’s evident that they need to hire experienced groomers who actually want to work. Will not be wasting my time at this location ever again.

    Grooming crew greeted us with a frown and asked us to leave as we were evidently distracting them from their work. Not a smiley bunch for sure. Said dog would be ready in a preposterous 3-4 hrs, but it took about 5. I think I’d be better off doing this ‘brain surgery’ of a job myself next time.

    Clean store. Good fresh and salt water fish selection. Grooming on-site. They did not carry Exact baby bird formula which was a drag. Staff were cool.

    I'm so disappointed that I didn't make note of the name of the cashier who assisted me because he had such a positive presence about him. He was cheerful, chatted with the customers as he rang them up, but simultaneously really efficient. During a different visit, another employee helped me track down a brand of kibble that was close to one that my dogs preferred but was out of stock. It ended it being more cost-effective, and my dogs love it.

    The associates are knowledgeable. Management is out on the floor making the store is running smoothly. Petco carries a wide variety of products for most pets. Good selection of food , treats and toys. They are a little pricey. The good thing about Petco for every 8 bags of food you buy you get 1 free bag of the same size you normally purchase. For me that's a big savings with 4 big dogs.

    Employees are NOT confident when handling mice. Had to pay for a small mouse because the Petco associate scared the life out of the mouse I had asked for by bugging it over and over without ever managing to grab it. I shouldn't have to pay the same price for a small mouse as I would have paid for that bigger mouse. Disappointing and annoying experience. Will look for a local pet store to buy mice from after this. Really want a refund after that.

    I love that I can use my Petco pay credit card and vital care to save 20% on all food. I also love they're finally opening their clinic, and have rabies clinics. But my most favorite part is the advise I got from a Petco employee on food that my vet missed and wanted all my dogs on expensive itchy medication. His advise was to pick one food and stick to it, when I was mixing flavors from the same manufacturer thinking it would be okay. Once I stuck to the same food for a few weeks, they all quit itching. When the store ran out of our flavor and we had to sub, they all started itching again! Then, again when we went back to one food, they quit itching. I wish I could remember his name!

    I left a bad review by error, meant it to be for PetSmart in citrus park. I go here every couple of weeks to get my cats food. The staff are always very friendly and the store is clean. No complaints from me!

    I needed to get some dog food, Fresh Pet, so I stopped in here. There were 2 employees there, neither one was very friendly. They were both putting merchandise out and were more focused on that than the customer. I knew what I was getting so I didn’t need help. The store has a good selection of food, treats, collars etc. The prices are the same as other pet stores. I got this great toy for my teething puppy

    My dog had sever bruises throughout her body after the groom. The groomer did a terrible job. Called the manager to address this issue. He wasn’t helpful either. Too late, since the damage is already done

    It is a beautiful clean store. There are many items to choose from. They have grooming. dog training and a vet. It is managed by Keller, who takes care of every facet of the store w professionalism and pride. He cares about his customers.
