    I took my puppy for a bath and brush. I took him here once before and even it said it did not include a cut they had cut his hair so the time I specifically stated multiple times not to cut his hair. I told them his was at the perfect length right now. The girl stated my appointment did not include a cut. I received a call stating they found a knot on his ear that they needed to cut. I told I wanted to see it first so went over. They showed me one knot hanging at the bottom one ear. I said could cut that knot off. When picked up my puppy, he had absolutely no hair on any of his ears. The head stylist had shaved every once of hair off both of my puppy's ears from the top of his head to the both of his ears. This is not what I agreed to. My puppy looks awful. I am furious. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR PET HERE!!!!

    I just got a new puppy and the staff was very knowledgeable considering I had several questions. They took me to the treats, food, and toys section and explained pros and cons to each one. The cashier even helped me go back and get a large pink plastic pool because it was high up on a shelf. Most of the staff had masks on and as a nurse it is reassuring to see that, while we are in these times of uncertainty. Clean and friendly store, highly recommend.

    Very dissatisfied with the grooming department at petsmart .. I have two dogs one is a chihuahua and the other is a mini dachshund.. my request was simple bath and trim nails .. they apparently couldn’t control my 11 year old chihuahua ( mind you they didn’t even try to put a muzzle or let me put the muzzle on her ) she has been here a few times and they do struggle a bit because my dog gets anxious but the groomer we had today was apparently too stressed out to try and calm my dog down .. for my dachshund they left knots in the hair near the ears and the nails honestly don’t even look trimmed , for him because he is very friendly I payed additional for teeth brushing and mouth freshener .. it is safe to say his teeth look and smell the same .. Not coming here again I’ll just do it myself

    Literally horrible, they used to treat my dog with so much care and were aware that as a chihuahua he would be nervous and he is very owner dominant meaning that he doesn’t like meeting new people and getting taken away from him owner. Anyway, my dog was in need of a bath and brush and so i made the appointment m. A few months ago that i made an appointment they used a dog face mask in order to take care of him since he gets afraid. Now when i took him they didn’t use no dog face mask, didn’t have patience to try to get him to relax and be familiar with his pet groomer, and gave up on him in less then 3 minutes. For someone who knows how to “take care of dogs” clearly they don’t know how to handle every kind and they’re just unprofessional :/ they could’ve done better. never again coming for a pet grooming.

    The female manager of this store needs to be in some classes for how to work with the general public. If she was rude and condescending to us about something that could have been handled a lot different, then I can’t imagine how she treats her employees. Maybe take some additional training so you don’t embarrass yourself the way you did this evening. There’s a certain way to hold yourself when trying to uphold a policy or questions about something. I guess really anyone nowadays can be a manager… regardless of how bad they are at their job.

    Employees here are super nice but the grooming department needs work. I brought my dog in to get his nails clipped walked out and it looks like his nails were never clipped. Told me I should probably go somewhere else to get his nails done next time mind you my dog does not move.

    I went in for prescription food for my cat. I've never done so before and I needed help from . the tech Jessica who waited on me. She made my label and pointed me out to dog food instead of cat food. I told her I needed food for my CAT. She topped her poor customer service off with pointing out the WRONG food then shuffles me off to another associate whose answer to me was "we don't have any". On top of being extremely stressed out with my beloved cats illness, these 2 individuals made it even worse with their lack of service and stupidity of pointing out the WRONG food.

    Nice enough staff but half-a$$ grooming department. The grooming appointments for my greyhound are not cheap. I normally take him to another location where the groomers are stellar but decided to come to this location for convenience that day. I usually do the deluxe package on top of nails/teeth cleaning and he always comes out smelling nice and fresh with much better breath. This was not the case after the appointment here. My husband was the one who picked him up this time so I didn’t see the dog til later in the day. He smelled ok but still had a bit of that musty dog smell and his breath smelled the same as it did before he went in. I spend a lot of money to get him fully cleaned and I can’t help but think they skipped a few things that were supposed to be included. They obviously did not brush his teeth even though I paid them to do so and it makes me wonder what else they skipped. They only took an hour and now I know why. Usually his appointments take longer. I think I will stick to the westchase location where my dog actually gets the full treatment..

    Young pandemic puppy dog mom with two standard aussiedoodles. We have been to several different salons and groomers throughout the area without falling in love with anyone. Today changed that! Taylor gave Finn and Luna their Thanksgiving cuts and did such a phenomenal job. Taylor was recommended from a Tampa Doodle Facebook group. We called and got an appointment quickly and Taylor was great to work with. Beyond our expectations and we’ve tried several privately owned dog spas. They were done ahead of schedule and were acclimated to the whole staff. We will be booking out Christmas baths tomorrow. Ask for Taylor!

    I have had the BEST experience with the Citrus Park PetSmart grooming. Maria is hands down the best groomer. My pup can be a bit cranky when he gets groomed and Maria handles him so well. She explains what is best for him and he comes out looking amazing every time!! I cannot thank her enough!! Charlie loves her too!!!

    I love going to the store with my dog ​​because we always feel special. Everything went well, the service, I found what I needed, the staff was very friendly and they were very nice to my dog. The store was clean and had a good stock of the inventory of food for my dog ​​and there was no line to pay.

    I was my 2 boys... a 6yr old who wanted to look at the fish and cats and a 1 year old with a little cold who I had to take out of the stroller because he was fussy and it was time to go. NEVER greeted but gawked at by the cashier and as we left cause my 1 yr old was too fussy... same cashier who NEVER acknowledged us nearly fell over the counter to watch my stroller go by. NEWSFLASH my brown skin does NOT indicate theft.... get it together!

    This is at least my third visit to have my dog groomed. I had an unusually bad experience and I'm very disappointed and will be seeking another groomer as a result. The dog looks fine but the lack of concern for her and actually for me was disturbing.

    5 minute cat clip. Saves me from major medical .... kitty won't let me clip his nails. He seems so much happier since the clipping. They did a great job, fast, professional and most importantly ... friendly.

    I really hate to make reviews like this because I love caring for my animals & when there are pet designated places like this, I feel so comfortable walking into them because the people are there to help. I purchased 2 betta fish here not too long ago with my younger brother & the woman at the register that time only asked me for my ID not his. I was still sold the fish. Today I walked in & tried to purchase a glofish betta with my older brother while my younger brother was outside. As we were buying it my younger brother walks in and then the woman at the register refused to sell me the fish since he was younger than 18, he had just walked in, & I tried to explain to her that last time I came here they sold me 2 Betta fish with my younger brother and just my ID. She just kept saying no and told me to come another day. I won’t be returning EVER! The young woman wasn’t wearing the normal blue Petsmart work uniform. She was wearing a burgundy red hoodie and had glasses with long curly hair. I couldn’t even find her name tag. UNPROFESSIONAL, considering everyone else there had a name tag. I went to purchase my glofish betta at Pet Supplies Plus, they were very helpful, & gave me no problems WAY more helpful than these people.

    I have a 9-year-old Chihuahua who is afraid of his own shadow I took him to PetSmart at citrus Park for a bath and nail trimming we met Anna who was a sweetheart she treated him with kindness love and as if he was her own she said it would take 2 hours I went for an oil change and an hour later my phone rang she said he was such a gentleman and he was ready I went to pick him up and he was shaking like a leaf so cute he smelled so good he cried whimpered so happy to see us well today is Monday and he is not shed anything I highly recommend the hemp conditioning for your animal it works she should suggested it and it works so happy I will be returning to Anna she's amazing and awesome thank you Anna at PetSmart we love you.

    Awful service! Dropped my dog off at 1:30 called at 3:35 to see if i should be close by to get him since I don’t live close and they said one hour. Came in and was told “i dont know who told u that, i was on my break, it will be another 45 minutes” i said ok and was trying to be understanding. At this poi t its past 6pm and not ready yet. Spoke to a manager and expressed disappointed and frustration but needless to say i will never leave my pet there again! Got him back and his hair is still damp and he looks uneven and awful!

    This isn't our normal PerSmart that we go to, it was convenient the day we visited. It was messy and dirty. Only one register open with huge line. We walked around for bit trying to find something specific. Any employee that walked by wasn't very interested in helping us locate the item. The choices in most products seemed to be limited. We eventually found one item we were looking for, however put it back after seeing the long line at the register. I have been in this location before and it wasn't this bad. Definitely not a location we would go to again unless it was an emergency.

    There needs to be more people at this location they have keys to be able to unlock the building because there are multiple people here with their animals and all of the Banfield pet hospital staff just standing outside for over a half hour now

    Although Sophie absolutely hates going there, Taylor and others always calm her and love her so I know she gets pampered although short (express service is the only way with her) and she comes out looking good 😊

    Unless everyone's having supply issues, no problems picking up crickets here. My usual go to for dog and cat food. With the pet perks rewards, I can usually come in a little under competitors for the same amount of food.

    Maria in grooming is the best! We’ve been using Petsmart Grooming for about 4 years now and she always goes above and beyond when any concerns arise. Special shoutout to John and Kat, too!

    I really like this store, but they have been having a lot of trouble getting many of the items that I need. I know this is a bad time right now but at these prices we should be able to find what we need for our furry friends.

    I always find the fish food I need in this specific PetSmart. The others seem not to have it. I usually get the Frozen Blood Worm (Lunch Box) which comes with 6 packets of bloodworms. Usually other places only sell individuals.

    The cashier was absolutely wonderful! She greeted every soul that entered the place. She was also extremely pleasant during checkout!! Someone give her a Christmas bonus and a promotion/raise!! Wonderful and delightful person! Thank you for making my shopping experience delightful!!

    They require current rabies vaccines even on strictly indoor cats. It also has to be done at least 48 hours prior to their appointment or they will refuse service. That's fine but it would have been GREAT if they had told me this before I took off from work and drove 45 minutes to get here, only to be refused service because my cats vaccines expired two weeks ago. It's unclear to me why they would not collect the rabies information up front when they book an appointment if it's their policy.
