    This location has dining hours posted opening at 5:00 a.m. he had if you're there at 5:39 they are saying they don't open till 6:00. I drive a large truck that doesn't fit to the drive-thru they told me to walk through the drive-thru the drive-throughs full of four cars evidently to management here feels it's safe for pedestrians to walk between cars and try and walk up the window to order food it's unsafe for the customers. This McDonald's is not accommodate commercial vehicles for with people that want to get McDonald's breakfast do not use this location. The girl pictured in the drive-thru had a pretty nice little mouth on her when I told her that they were posted that they're open at 5:00 a.m. she was very snied and kind of typical what you expect from McDonald's employees nowadays.

    Food ok. Service ok. Restrooms. Absolutely atrocious. I went in just to wash my hands, I skipped doing so. I feel like I would have left the restroom dirtier than when I went in....watched 2 employees go into thos restroom and come out as if everything was ok.

    Just the worst McDonalds I have ever been. They claim to be 24 hours and there have been like 5 times I have been there and no one shows up to take your order in the drive thru, and now this…… a bite in my meat. How disgusting.

    Consistently fast, accurate and great. I eat here at least once a week and I've never had a single issue. I'm making this review because I'm literally blown away at the fact that the service was super fast and my nuggets were ORGANIZED; best McDonald's.

    The night shift is trash! Every time I come here, I have to wait, and then they serve me with cold nuggets, fries, apple pies, or burger. Never fails. I literally would call ahead to have them drop fresh pies before going. Otherwise, I am subject to expired pies. The nuggets taste and feel like they are re-dipped and the fries... are well past their allotted sit time. I wonder how often the grease is changed... it's giving OLD!!! I request the curb side and still have to go in to pick up my order because the manager is not on her job. Busy running her mouth. Ugh! Lord, fix it, please! The day shift is a little better, but come on... I'm sure when the crew takes their break, their sandwich be fresh off the grill, fries straight from the grease. Fix my food like it's for your mama. Hell, if it wasn't for the customer, you wouldn't even have a job! OK... rant over!

    Employees were rude sat at 2nd window for 5 mins before being acknowledged while the window was open and they were chatting away. When i was acknowledged i was handed my drink with no straw and the window shut said nothing a few minutes later they handed my food out the window and that was it. Quality of food was horrible chewy buns which tells me they have been made ahead of time and were older sandwiches were cold fries cold we were running behind and i had no patience to even complain at that point i was so irate . Sat set 9th around the 4pm hour

    Slow service. Everyone hidea in kitchen. Act of congress to get drink refill. What they pass off as food I will not feed to my dog or a starving homeless person. Was there 17 minutes for iced tea

    Accidentally ordered to the wrong store. Tried calling the store - AFTER BEING DIRECTED TO BY THE APP- And A GOOGLE SEARCH - telling me to contact the store to cancel the order, the manager on duty laughed over the phone. She told me she couldn't cancel or give me my money back. Absolutely zero effort to resolve my issue. Let's go with a hypothetical here... If I could have showed up at that restaurant and provide the code, they can't cancel that order? Even if I decided I wanted a different meal? The idea that she couldn't help me was absolutely wrong. Terrible manager, service, and experience.

    We off the hwy to take a break and have breakfast. The service was excellent (the manager or maybe he was the owner), was very helpful, he came out, and helped us with the electronic order station. When the order was ready, he brought it to the table. This location was clean, and the atmosphere was pleasant.

    The service was good and the wait in the drive-through line was not exorbitant however when you order a cinnamon roll to eat in your car you would expect to get at least one napkin if not 2. I got no napkins And had the cinnamon roll sprinkled through my car seat. Just remember ask for everything at McDonald's I didn't realize that.

    Ordering curbside or picking up at the counter should not even exist here. We waited 15 minutes curbside, then went inside and waited another 15 minutes, then didn't receive my coffee. They push out the drive through orders and pretty much ignore all other orders. Definitely a staffing issue. This happens all the time. Management needs to step up. Orders here are frequently wrong and missing items.

    It was the drive through, so the atmosphere is what you make it. That was the best part of the experience. The fries were obviously refried And oversalted. Chicken nuggets were cold and gummy. The person that took our order was decent enough. But the window attendant had an uncalled for attitude. 1 ⭐ would not recommend.

    This is my first review ever because this location is absolutely horrible and they stole money from me. Every time I’ve been here the staff is incredibly rude and incompetent. Today was the kicker. Person taking my order didn’t have a care in the world (drivethru) she runs my card, everything is fine. I pull up to the second window, I was told it was declined and I couldn’t get what I ordered. I pull away, frustrated after arguing with the lady at the window. And what do you know? The money is taken out of my bank account. This location is terrible. The Wendy’s across the street is much more friendly and competent. How do you mess this up?

    Tragedy, 3x overcharging during state emergency. 2 plain cheeseburger 1 med fry, 10 pc nugget, $18.00??? That was limited menus and that's it.... Normally same order, $8.79.... Such a shame when other places for food are free. Terrible. Will never go there again. Lesson learned

    We waited for almost an hour in the drive-thru. I wish we could have left, but we were boxed in and couldn't leave. For as long as it took us, you would have expected the food to be fresh. Not even a little. The fries were lukewarm, at best.

    The sign clearly says that the lobby closes at midnight. However I just got kicked out. I was only there for a few minutes. The time now is 10:10

    Why offer curbside if you won’t ever bring it out? After another car and I were waiting curbside for 15min+, we eventually had to go and sit in the drive through to get our order. No notification telling me to go to drive through. They just make your food and let it sit until you just figure out they aren’t coming out to give you your food.

    Take my nieces and nephews to Skyzone alot and we started coming to this location because it's literally in the same parking lot. I gave this place my money twice And both times what a horrible experience. I don't do the whole restaurant thing because I can absolutely purchase a pack of ground beef and bust down on my own burgers at home for more then half the cost and wish I would have made that decision before pulling in here. Customer Service SUCKS. Sat down to eat after getting our food and had to repeatedly go back to the counter for missing items. Napkins, happy meal milk, missing fry, etc..... Employees just look at u like you're the one in the wrong...... come on man. Get it together. I work in customer service myself and know the challenges. This place needs some TLC. Folks that really care.

    Just went through drive thru and sat at the menu speaker for about 2 minutes with no one at the other lane and four cars already through and waiting for their orders. I ordered a basic meal and got to the window and was asked if I ordered a caramel frappe. I told the young lady no and what my order was and then waited. I finally received food. McChicken was stale and the coke was completely flat. Fries were hot and fresh which is why I gave them a 2.

    My friends and I made a stop here after working on a project at Home Depot. We did not anticipate the amount of time it would take for us to check out, but by the time we arrived at McDonalds to pick up our mobile order, it cleared out of the app. We were not worried, though, because we assumed we could get assistance at the property but we were wrong. The manager, Carl, was very unhelpful, giggled, and continued to try and make it seem like we were lying even after showing multiple forms of proof including bank statements, emails with time stamps, and showing our order history to him. Finally, after the line backed up, he looking in their mobile order holding area and found our order sitting on the side. He didn’t apologize or even hand us our food. A nice young lady at the window gave it to us named Miracle and apologized for the situation. Definitely would not recommend this McDonalds.

    So I sat on Lane 2 for the lady to respond never happened after that I moved forward to the window to get my order placed and she told me I have to drive back around and wait on line that she could not place my order. The manager Ashley said it is not possible to order without speaking through the drive-thru speaker. What is one to do when the speaker is not working and they do not have a cone in front of the drive-thru. This is a sorry excuse especially when they could place the order inside I know this for a fact my daughter is manager. I normally go here everyday after work not anymore and I left without getting any food either. McDonald's get your stuff together please

    I did like to kinda forced to use self check out I actually would not have minded .However the screens are full of fingerprints an needed to be cleaned or sanitized or have sanitize next to self check out screens gems covid an all kinds of bacteria are all over those things ..I paid cash at front just not to have touched those self check out ..my fries took so long I was finishing my fish sandwich an ready to leave before the fries were done they were giving all the fries to drive threw .when I ordered there was no one in drive threw an I saw them fill three bags before they handed me my fries

    Waited 10 minutes in drive through with no acknowledgement. FINALLY got to order and receive my food. Get to work and open my breakfast sandwich, but cannot eat it as it is not what I ordered and I am allergic to the sauce on the sandwich. Immediately try to call to advise and of course no answer. Worst McDonalds in the area.

    Don't remember the manager lady's name but she was extremely friendly and really motivating her employees. I was completely shocked and actually had a really good lunch experience.

    They almost always forget something. Ordered through app. Tried to ver6no tarter sauce on filet of fish. Got an attitude from lady working window. It's on the ticket!. Got home missing french fries. Had to go back no appology! Someone needs to explain customer service to these people! I know it's tough. Worked in restaurant business for 35 years. Sr. Management needs to get involved. 🙄

    Dont know about the food as we waited 10 minutes for our order to be taken. Then they were out of things or machines broken. So we left. I understand things happen but atleast communicate to your customers.

    I was not pleased with my breakfast order from this location, and I usually come here almost every day for the $3 sandwich and fries bundle. Whether it be breakfast, lunch or, dinner this location usually makes my orders fresh. But this morning, I was utterly disappointed in the quality of my sausage biscuit. It was for one dry, brittle, and I couldn't even take a bite into it without the whole biscuit crumbling all over my work clothes. And the drive-through window people were so rude to me about pulling forward. A location such as this one should not be a hit or miss, especially because it's so close to the highway, 301, and neighborhoods that surround this establishment. And I should not have to pull forward for something as small as fries or a hashbrown. My experience this morning was not great at all. I don't know if I will return anytime soon, but hopefully, your food is made fresh when you come to this location anytime.

    All in all the burgers there are better than McDonald's only problem that I have with the McDonald's burgers is that their burgers never fit their buns. They are now smaller than they've ever been. A Big Mac is not a Big Mac. A Big Mac is half a Mac. And when you get a double Mac be careful.. cuz you always get one smaller than the other. And they don't fit the buns right. Next time I'll be sure to take pictures. So you know I'm not lying. But better than Burger because Burger King makes it their way.

    Ordered a Big Mac and Filet o Fish as they come. Big Mac didn't have sauce and neither did the Filet o Fish. The person at drive through was nice. That's the only reason I gave two stars, because I would've left just one star.

    Kim What a wonderful manager every branch should have a manager like her - So McDonald’s will have better Customer service she should be the training every employee & every manager to know how to deal with every customer situation- I had such a bad experience in another- McDonald’s -Definitely they were going to lose me and my family as a customer I got in the mail from McDonald’s corporate an invitation for a free meal I walked McDonald’s feeling skeptical and what a wonderful experience kim gave me she apologized for whatever situation I went through in the other McDonald’s location and all she wants to see was a smile on my face wow that’s the only McDonald’s I’m going to go to from now on because she really really gave me such a wonderful experience I got my vanilla sundae and after I had it my mouse had as the happy dance that I love thank you again - KIM & McDonald’s for making up my situation and valuing my hard earned money I really appreciate it because not everybody can’t afford to spend easily and when I decide to have a treat I want to enjoy - KIM For making it rite

    This place is so crowded and busy. People cut in line. The team inside is just hitting it hard but to busy to smile…it’s McDonald’s bruh…. No ice in the drinks. I spent 10 minutes in line and two ice teas cost $3.70. Go to Wendy’s across the street. Less busy. Better burgers. Same service.

    My husband went to order some food after a long day of work, @10:40 P.M and let me tell you the HORRIBLE experience he got. If you want a restaurant to success the least you could do is hire the right employees to provide a good customer service. Surely comes from a person who worked in fast food for 5 years. Talking politely to a customer is not that hard. He visits Florida a lot, but sure will not be going back to that Mcdonalds.
