I'd shopped around and met with a few people / companies before being recommended to LC Rings. I called Paul, and we met at the office a few days later. From that point the entire experience was seamless. Paul showed me a few different options based on the criteria and I told him I'd need to consider the options, and I'd be in touch in a few days. What I really appreciated was that there was no "hard sell". Paul told me no worries, and to shoot him a text when I had decided. I ended up texting him later that evening and booked a second appointment to purchase the ring. And that was it. Easy as can be. As soon as I paid and signed for the ring, I received the insurance information in my email. All in all it was a very comfortable and efficient process and I couldn't recommend LC Rings more highly.
