    What a Horrible experience I had today . Went to get my engagement ring inspected and cleaned and also browsing for a new piece for my newborn baby and LIZ the sales associate gave me the poorest customer service. After walking in. No greeting, nothing, Seemed annoyed that I wasn’t buying anything and only getting a basic service . Stated that, since I was only cleaning my ring other associate could help me, because she was too busy for me. I didn’t even have the chance to tell her I was also looking for jewelry for my baby. I left not wanting to ever come back , Not sure if I want to give them my business . Very disappointed. Save your money friends . Go somewhere else where you’re treated professionally.

    DO NOT RECOMEND. At one point my order was forgotten, communication, and customer service were poor and worst of all the final product is SLOPPY. After multiple pick up attempts; its a gift so it was brought home to me but im VERY DISSATISFIED with the experience, timing (2 months), multiple pickups attempts due to SCRATCHES, lopsided stones, SLANTED engravings, they made executive decisions on my CUSTOM piece twice, & a few of them are RUDE. I could write more but it gets really long, just AVOID, it was an stressful horrible experience for my birthday.

    Not a good experience. Purchased a wedding band in June 2021. Band started having a worn appearance, which we weren't told about. Brought it to Jared and got a replacement. We were told that it wasn't supposed to wear. A couple of months after getting a replacement, the same thing started to happen. Returned to Jared and there seemed to be confusion about whether the worn appearance was supposed to happen. Turns out the ring wasn't tungsten, but we were told that it was, initially. The staff seemed to not care about the problem we encountered. The representative that worked with us was polite, but the experience wasn't very good, overall. Ended up returning the ring and going to another jewelry seller. My one recommendation is that staff informs customers of item-specific features.

    My husband bought me a necklace for Christmas, which the chain immediately broke. He called customer service and whoever he spoke with said to go to a store any time and they will return or exchange it. Well, we didnt get time to go until beginning of February because of our work schedules and the fact that the only Jareds is in a different city. Well, when we got there, they would only offer me 10 days to exchange what I had. Because of our schedules and that its far away, I knew I'd have to pick something that day because we wouldnt make it back again before 10 days. But I couldn't find anything I loved. I tried getting a manager and corporate involved, but nothing was budged from that 10 days. I was crying because I felt that jewelry shouldn't be a forced decision. I felt like I was being forced to just buy something because I didnt want to lose my money. Needless to say, I will NEVER buy from Jareds again.

    Jennifer was amazing! The BEST customer service. She was able to assist with a James Allen piece for our wedding day & resizing down. We even ended up purchasing some really affordable beautiful earrings for my fiancé. As if walking us through the process of resizing our ring & getting some new earrings wasn’t enough, she even offered to clean all of jewelry. Awesome customer service!

    Belinda Belinda Belinda ! We came in to try on some wedding bands and Ms. Belinda greeted us and was so willing to help us. Her presence was so warm and genuine. She really felt us out and helped us pick out the perfect rings. She made this such a memorable experience for us. She even walked us out to our car in the rain with an umbrella!!! She was absolutely amazing!!!

    My husband and I purchased our wedding rings from Jared so we do our routine cleaning and diamond inspection at either Jared or Kay Jewelers but we just love coming here specifically. Whenever I enter, I am immediately greeted with welcome to Jared and a friendly smile. This recent visit Shay and Adam took care of us with exceptional customer service and care. I felt a bit sad that Tyler and Joyce has moved on but extremely happy that they have elevated in their respective careers. I was also happy to meet Brad - Tyler’s brother who also has the most incredible energy. Thank you guys for treating us so amazing and we will see you again soon.

    What has happened to this place? Took my rings in for a 6 mo inspection and cleaning and I couldn’t have been in the store more than a total of 2 mins? Yep, everything looks great, here ya go. How does that happen? Are the employees truly diamond experts? Because I’m not feeling the expertise there anymore…….

    Went in looking for a wedding ring to match my engagement ring. I said I wanted to come back with my fiancee and there was just a lot of push for us to come back during a time the sales lady would be in to collect a commission even though she helped me for all of 5 mins. At the end she had me wait for her to work out with another sales lady to come ask for this alternate person to see bc I was saying I might come in on a weekend. Honestly I'm really sorry the company is making their employees feel they need to do this to survive. But Im not going to remember someones name who I need to see a week from now or time my next visit to give someone a commission who used 5 mins of their time and wasted 10 of mine in this nonsense. I just decided it rubbed me the wrong way and I'll shop somewhere else for the rings.

    Before visiting and doing business with Gold & Diamond Source I would have rated Jared better off of pure ignorance. At Gold & Diamond they had a greeter and security right at the entrance to let you in. At Jared when I took a gold chain in the be fixed I had to push the doorbell (that rang multiple times each time) three times before anyone let me in (as there was a group of employees congregating in the back). I purchased another chain while I was there (only 2 chains in white gold for men to choose from). I took my engagement ring to Gold & Diamond (where my fiance purchased it) to be rhodium plated and cleaned before the wedding. After I dropped off the ring I browsed at their much larger selection of jewelry. They helped me find the exact same chain in white gold for the same price, only they sold 14k gold vs the 10k gold Jared sold. Also with Gold&Diamond I didn't have to purchase an additional warranty. A purchase from Gold & Diamond automatically comes with their quality guarantee and routine cleaning & jewelry maintenance qt no additional cost. A warranty through Jared was going to cost me an additional $330. So I purchased the chain from Gold & Diamond and returned the chain from Jared. I'll be doing business at Gold & Diamond in the future

    Ms. Jackie and Ms. Marguerite are AWESOME! They took their time with my fiancé and I as we indecisively pondered over our wedding rings. The knowledge they displayed regarding color, cut, clarity, and style was everything we needed to make a final selection. We didn’t feel rushed, “sold”, or like were wasting their time. My fiancé and I are definitely inviting them both to our wedding in March. Thank you Ms. Jackie and Ms. Marguerite for EVERYTHING!

    Absolutely love this Jared’s. Such an amazing staff lead by Jackie. Have to thank Nicole for being such an amazing saleswoman and recommending the most beautiful necklaces for my twin daughters. They truly love them and this made the perfect gift for young ladies. Thank you Nicole. See you again soon for more purchases in the future. I definitely will only be shopping here for jewelry.     Five stars ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ Customer service would be an understatement - Nicole goes above and beyond for everyone she comes in contact with . I have personally bought jewelry from her and I have recommend Jared’s and friends do the same .     Brad was extremely helpful with helping us clean and inspect our rings. We immediately were taken care of as soon as we came in. He was patient with us when we came in and needed to find our order confirmation emails. Ive never felt so taken care of at a store!

    Though I ended up purchasing my engagement ring elsewhere, I could not have asked for a better experience. Jen helped walk me through a process that involved me trying on over 25 different ring variations without once pressuring me to go more expensive or commit to anything that day. 10/10 the way jewelry sales should be.

    I stop by Jared in Brandon because I was having some issues with a New mens Tissot watch band...when I tell you Mrs Jordan's Team Gave me outstanding customer service it only took less than 5 minutes to correct the issue.     My fiancé and I came in to resize my engagement ring and Belinda was beyond helpful. Because my knuckles are so much bigger than my finger, it was sadly not recommended that I do a resizing of my ring. However, Belinda had a quick solution recommending the silicon guards and was able to fit me for one right one the spot. Not only that, she took the time to show me on Amazon which ones they purchase so I am able to purchase for myself. Thank you Belinda for a lovely first experience with my engagement ring jeweler. We can’t wait to come back and work with her when it’s time to purchase our wedding bands.

    I went to Jared’s in Brandon and had the pleasure of meeting Belinda. I explained to her that I wanted a personalized pendant made as I am in the fire service and wanted it specific to my department. With her hard work and dedication I was able to get this beautiful piece made! I highly recommend using Belinda for any of your jewelry needs as she will go above and beyond to get you exactly what you want!

    We asked Belinda to help us to design 2 custom rings with our company logo, L13. It was not a small task. She collaborated Mitchell to design them, and their foundry group to construct them. The rings are white gold, the L is constructed with bright, clean, red rubies, and the 13 is constructed with deep black diamonds. Belinda, you pulled it off; they are gorgeous, and just in time for Christmas. Thank you.
