Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable when I came through the doors for the first time looking for a photo pendant for my wife and other gold jewelry which they have displayed in their cases. I really was impressed with the rings that he showed me which were very good quality and showed me the appraisals for them. Well I ended getting a ruby diamond ring for myself which they would resize for free, a brass/ copper heart locket which had my wife's birthstone an amethyst rather than a gold photo pendant, and got a gold/blue Invicta which resembles the Rolex Submariner. I saw a nice Citizen too which they had but I realized I had too much on my plate. Overall, outstanding service and will do business again. Thank you very much.

Joe the owner of capital pawn is a liar and a thief . I paid to park my vehicle on the property. I asked if there were cameras I was informed there was so started parking my vehicle there . Then i had I had property stolen . right after I made my last payment . When I went to see if he could pull it up on camera I was told they hadn't worked in a while . I asked for only half my money back . He said ok .then renigged on 50 dollars . This is a man of low moral fiber . I just received capital pawns response. It shows you just who he is . A liar and a thief. He knows he lied . He promised a refund and then refused . I wonder if the rest of the businesses renting space know there is no security to protect their property or safety .

Friendly and clean environment. Great prices and low loan rates. The customer service here is PHENOMENAL! They really work with you. Anthony was extremely knowledgeable and helpful with all the questions I had. He also offered me the best price and quote on some things I didn't have at the moment but was just curious about. He seemed very interested in meeting all of my customer service needs and did so patiently and was very informative on every single question I had. He also educated me in how loans/pawns work and about the selling/buying process. This helped me make a trusting decision easily and I now feel as though this is a highly trustworthy establishment and would recommend 100% I will be returning!

Ordered multiple guns and the process was so smooth I thought I was getting pranked. All my questions answered and even educated on a few things. With all the stress in the world normally you would think this would be a headache but it was the EXACT OPPOSITE easy and fast combined with friendly service has made a returning customer out of me.

BEWARE! I went here to sell my Veragio engagement ring and they tried to tell me it was fake and offered me $30 !! I left & went to International Diamond Center where they verified it was indeed real & they bought it from me for $3,100 . If you’re selling diamond rings please beware of this scam place !!!

They have always been very honest and fair when I needed to sell jewelry even today I just sold a bunch of scrap silver jewelry that was broken and they gave me the going rate per gram of what silver is going for I highly recommend them

Best pawn shop in the area by far! they were extremely helpful and understanding and gave me more service than needed to help me out! Great stuff in there too for a good price come check them out. I believe the Hispanic male there is Anthony(correct me if I’m wrong) helped me a lot and even stayed a few minutes later than they were supposed to, just to assist me.

Nice pawn shop with some really cool pieces. They have a decent collection better then other pawn shops in Tampa area. Will definitely be giving them my business again! 10/10 recommend if you are looking for jewelry or some fun pieces to decorate your place. Joe was nice and very helpful :)
