I would give them a 0 star if it was available. Do not waste your time or money, trust me.. There are other places that will and can repair your jewelry at a better cost, and more time efficient. I had two watches there for over a month to have repaired. They said it would take 2 weeks, no problem. After me waiting a month and calling back, they still werenā€™t fixed. I was rudely told, I could pick them up because they had other watches there, for months that still hadnā€™t been repaired. Why not tell me that to begin with, so I could have someone else fix them. Also my wife had a ring sized (down sized) and it cost $125. I had my watches repaired else where and they were done in 1 week and the jeweler said he would have downsized her ring for $75. Horrible experience, and I would never recommend anyone to go there. Itā€™s one of those mall locations that are over priced and do not value customer service!

Took my ring here to be resized. They completely ruined my ring. They didnā€™t reset the stones correctly or they replaced them with something else. They also left a strange gold mark in the back of where it was sized. Itā€™s a white gold ring with diamonds on the side. Itā€™s also way too small. DO NOT take your jewelry here to be resized.

I brought in a watch to fix a clasp. Incredibly, it has taken over four months to get this done and I did not even get a call back when it actually was done. I sent my assistant in with my credit card (which matches the name on the ticket) and a specific employee named Jessica was incredibly rude to my assistant, and when I called in to address the situation she was incredibly rude to me and mocked me for not being able to pick up the watch in person. Even when I tried to justify with her why we should figure out a way to pay for this and allow my assistant to pick up, she continued to ridicule me and basically scold me like a kinder gardener. This is a shame because the watch technician himself that Took my call about two weeks ago was extremely helpful and friendly. Not happy that I STILL have to revisit this place to pick up the watch when Iā€™m out of the country for another few weeks.

Amazing customer service. I wanted my wedding band sized down. It was under $40, and only took an hour. Everyone was super kind and they did beautiful work. And was kind enough to clean my engagement ring after noticing how dirty it was. :) I donā€™t remember the name of the man who sized down my ring, but he was middle aged. If I remember his name I will update it. Edit: Since I got my ring sized a stone has fallen out. I took it back to them and they replaced it, but when I got my ring back some of the stones looked milky as if they had been cracked or glued in. After replacing the stones, coming home another stone fell out. Iā€™m keeping 2 stars for the customer service and because they changed a bracelet into a necklace for me, the necklace was silver, had no stones and it came out just as expected and I am happy with that.

I don't know about you guys, but I love watches and I still find them to be functional as well as beautiful. But finding a place that will take care of my watches has been tricky. If I go to a kiosk, they might replace a battery cheaply but do a basic - or worse, terrible job - in the process. But if I go to the manufacturer I would pay much more to get 'quality' service, and not see my products for weeks on end. Having dealt with both of those experiences, I was resigning myself to letting my watches become "bracelets" and keeping them locked away for ever. So when I saw an ad for this place on television, I thought this might be the place to relieve all of my horological horrors. I started with a watch battery replacement. The employee there explained all the services they would perform while handling and inspecting my watch carefully. He asked if I wanted a battery warranty. "Sure", I responded, expecting to empty my wallet. But for $30, I could get all that, and have my watch returned to me in about half an hour. I had to restrain myself from performing a comical double take. Sure enough, I received my watch back with a warranty card, explaining that my battery was good for five years and that if it wasn't it would be replaced for free within the warranty period. I was so satisfied with my service then that I resolved to start bringing all of my watches to that location. And I was true to my word. Not only was I able to get batteries replaced (first pic), but also an amazing watch repair experience. You see, once upon a time, I went to a standard jewelry store to get the battery replaced on some other watches (second pic). The worker there took my watches, did some frenetic banging, came back and said that my watches were not working. After some skeptical questioning I realized that this person didn't know what they were doing and took my watches away. It would be years (yes, years) before I found out what had happened to my watches. It turns out that the clueless worker had broken off and discarded an essential watch part. At the time, I was told that it was a specialty part, and I would have to call the manufacturer to order the part. The manufacturer - per policy - did not send parts out but I could send each watch in - for about $60 per watch so they could determine (note: not fix) the problem. Once again, I resigned to turning those watches into bracelets. So I brought those watches in to the fine folks at Fast-Fix and explained the previous paragraph to them. They said they would take a look at it, and that they would need a couple days. Sure enough in a couple days, they said that they were able to replace the broken part for a fraction of the price. And so, after years of dormancy, Fast Fix was able to repair and restore those watches in a matter of days! Needless to say, this place has my gratitude and my business now. I highly recommend visiting them for any watch repair that you need. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and produce great results for very reasonable prices. I am sure you will have an equally pleasant experience if you check them out as well.

SCAMMERS!!!!!!!! Paid 180$ for these scam artists to fix my 220$ seiko SKX007 movement which had a very simple problem of needing the rotor wheel screwed down. I honestly don't even know if they opened the caseback. AVOID at all costs if you dont want to be taken advantage of

Top notch across the board. You can feel comfortable trusting them with your high end watches. And honest. Even though another location quoted me nearly double and I was ready to pay that amount. The intl mall crew quoted me themselves and didnā€™t just make the rip. Integrity in a small business is repaid with loyalty. I wonā€™t go anywhere else from now on even though they are an hour away from where I live.

I wish I could give them zero! Donā€™t go there they will rip you off and charge you $100 for a simple ring resize and then disrespect you for their horrible services ! Save your time and money and go to a professional jeweler! This place is a joke

The very best! I had brought my 4 year old Bulova watch to a kiosk in one of the malls to change the battery. A few days later the inside of the glass fogged up. I brought it to Fast Fix and they dried and sealed it. They must have polished the metal band because I don't remember it so shiney. Don't waste your time and money on those kiosks. Go to Fast Fix and save time and money.

Iā€™ve been here twice and have had great experiences both times. They have been friendly and helpful. Both times Iā€™ve gone, theyā€™ve finished the repairs quickly. The rates were WAYYY cheaper than I ever expected and Iā€™ve left extremely happy. Thankful for the workers here and will continue to go back even though I live 30 minutes away. They have now fixed my gold bracelet and my gold necklace.

DO NOT GO HERE. WORKERS ARE RUDE. I dropped my watch off yesterday and the one worker told me to be back by 8 PM. came back at 7:50 and they told me my watch has been locked in the safe and they couldnā€™t get it out for me. I live far away so was obviously upset that I had to come back especially after the worker told me the wrong info. So the manger said they would do it no charge. came back the next day to pick up the worker was RUDE instantly once he saw it was no charge. He was annoyed that I asked for another link to be taken out. He angrily took the watch rushed thru. Then angrily handed the watch back at me didnā€™t check if it fit properly. The worker had long hair and a beard. Learn to treat your customers properly. My boyfriend was going to buy a watch there but decided not to because of how rude they were. Take your business somewhere else if I was you!!

Went in to add a link to my husbands watch band. Walked out with the Stunning Statement ring Iā€™ve been looking for for years, Black sapphire and diamond, absolutely gorgeousā€¦ Same day sizing, also had my motherā€™s wedding band fixed, all done in less than 2 hours. Very friendly, professional employees. Definitely recommend you check them out for any jewelry issues you have. You too may just ā€œhappen uponā€ that one of a kind statement piece youā€™ve been looking for. I Love šŸ’— Mine!

BEWARE. DISHONEST BUSINESS AND INVASION OF PRIVACY. Upon picking up my watch, the cashier, Nick or Michsel, was rude and called me a name. Minutes after arguing with him about which battery was put into my watch, I received an insulting text message and several spam calls and messages. I feel very unsafe that the representative of this business has my personal information and is using it against me. This person should be fired and I will be filing a police report. Owners beware of this employee.

Really cool young guy working here. I brought in an Invicta watch to get a battery on Sunday and he helped me out toget it replaced right away since I was not going to be able to come in on Monday. First time here and I'm impressed of how nice they are. I believe I found a great place to get my watch batteries replaced. A++

Trust me, just get your jewelry repaired at a real jewelry store! First, I took a chain there to get it fixed and they closed the register before closing time so I had to drive back to pick it up days later. After driving all the way back, I picked it up for about $40. The chain broke again a few days later. After taking my chain to a REAL jeweler turns out there was no evidence the chain had been soldered together. Looks like they charged me $40 to bend a link back into place. The jeweler I went to showed me how he fixed it and what to look for, and only charged me $20 for the same service. Donā€™t go to these guys, the customer service is terrible and they donā€™t even do a good job on the jewelry.

Super friendly and professional! They have fixed a lot of my jewelry. Today I brought in my Chanel sunglasses to repair my ear band. I was told it would be around $20. When I went back to pick them up I was told there would be no charge because he had the screw to fix it in stock! Needless to say I was thrilled. I will definitely keep going back šŸ˜Š
