I
don't
know
about
you
guys,
but
I
love
watches
and
I
still
find
them
to
be
functional
as
well
as
beautiful.
But
finding
a
place
that
will
take
care
of
my
watches
has
been
tricky.
If
I
go
to
a
kiosk,
they
might
replace
a
battery
cheaply
but
do
a
basic
-
or
worse,
terrible
job
-
in
the
process.
But
if
I
go
to
the
manufacturer
I
would
pay
much
more
to
get
'quality'
service,
and
not
see
my
products
for
weeks
on
end.
Having
dealt
with
both
of
those
experiences,
I
was
resigning
myself
to
letting
my
watches
become
"bracelets"
and
keeping
them
locked
away
for
ever.
So
when
I
saw
an
ad
for
this
place
on
television,
I
thought
this
might
be
the
place
to
relieve
all
of
my
horological
horrors.
I
started
with
a
watch
battery
replacement.
The
employee
there
explained
all
the
services
they
would
perform
while
handling
and
inspecting
my
watch
carefully.
He
asked
if
I
wanted
a
battery
warranty.
"Sure",
I
responded,
expecting
to
empty
my
wallet.
But
for
$30,
I
could
get
all
that,
and
have
my
watch
returned
to
me
in
about
half
an
hour.
I
had
to
restrain
myself
from
performing
a
comical
double
take.
Sure
enough,
I
received
my
watch
back
with
a
warranty
card,
explaining
that
my
battery
was
good
for
five
years
and
that
if
it
wasn't
it
would
be
replaced
for
free
within
the
warranty
period.
I
was
so
satisfied
with
my
service
then
that
I
resolved
to
start
bringing
all
of
my
watches
to
that
location.
And
I
was
true
to
my
word.
Not
only
was
I
able
to
get
batteries
replaced
(first
pic),
but
also
an
amazing
watch
repair
experience.
You
see,
once
upon
a
time,
I
went
to
a
standard
jewelry
store
to
get
the
battery
replaced
on
some
other
watches
(second
pic).
The
worker
there
took
my
watches,
did
some
frenetic
banging,
came
back
and
said
that
my
watches
were
not
working.
After
some
skeptical
questioning
I
realized
that
this
person
didn't
know
what
they
were
doing
and
took
my
watches
away.
It
would
be
years
(yes,
years)
before
I
found
out
what
had
happened
to
my
watches.
It
turns
out
that
the
clueless
worker
had
broken
off
and
discarded
an
essential
watch
part.
At
the
time,
I
was
told
that
it
was
a
specialty
part,
and
I
would
have
to
call
the
manufacturer
to
order
the
part.
The
manufacturer
-
per
policy
-
did
not
send
parts
out
but
I
could
send
each
watch
in
-
for
about
$60
per
watch
so
they
could
determine
(note:
not
fix)
the
problem.
Once
again,
I
resigned
to
turning
those
watches
into
bracelets.
So
I
brought
those
watches
in
to
the
fine
folks
at
Fast-Fix
and
explained
the
previous
paragraph
to
them.
They
said
they
would
take
a
look
at
it,
and
that
they
would
need
a
couple
days.
Sure
enough
in
a
couple
days,
they
said
that
they
were
able
to
replace
the
broken
part
for
a
fraction
of
the
price.
And
so,
after
years
of
dormancy,
Fast
Fix
was
able
to
repair
and
restore
those
watches
in
a
matter
of
days!
Needless
to
say,
this
place
has
my
gratitude
and
my
business
now.
I
highly
recommend
visiting
them
for
any
watch
repair
that
you
need.
The
staff
are
friendly,
knowledgeable
and
produce
great
results
for
very
reasonable
prices.
I
am
sure
you
will
have
an
equally
pleasant
experience
if
you
check
them
out
as
well.
