The ability to interact with their customers in a friendly, down to earth manner while sharing their expertise led to an extremely enjoyable experience. My original visit was for a minor watch related repair. Despite this small transaction I was treated as a valued customer. Based on my experience I can say with complete certainty that I'll be returning for my next large jewelry purchase.

Incredible service. I walked in with a general idea of what I was looking for but the staff took the time and had much patience with me so I could choose right gift for my wife. I kept bouncing back between a few pieces I likes and the salesman David suggested he create something unique that blended the parts of each piece I liked. That sealed the deal, we dialed in the features and 2 days later I picked up the most beautiful piece my wife could imagine. Can't wait to spring it on her for Christmas.
