Andrew my husband found this gem of a place by accident. This he says, is the tastiest Indian food he has ever had in Florida. It’s easy to be a vegetarian with food prepared by this Chef. Outstanding, delicious and good portions . All the dishes are authentic and bursting with flavor. Using authentic Indian spices he creates his unique Indian mouth watering dishes. By far the best in India and the U.S. My husband and I enjoy so much eating when we order from here through Uber.

If you're a fan of Indian cuisine and find yourself in the Tampa area, do yourself a favor and come to this place! The owner is an absolute gem, very kind and humble. But it's the food that really steals the show. We got aloo gobi, which was cooked to perfection but it was the daal makhani that really blew us away. The owner listened to our request for "Indian spicy" and absolutely delivered! The dishes had a kick to it and were perfectly balanced and the fact that it came with rice on the side made it an even more satisfying! The chapatis were a great too and a special shoutout to the generous portions, we were more than satisfied by the end of our meal, and even had some leftovers for future meals. The owner is a professional chef, with a true passion for his craft. And based on our experience, I can confidently say that this place serves up some of the best Indian food in Tampa!

Most delicious Indian Veggie delicacies in the town, and at the same time got the authentic home cooked aroma. Not over the top spiced up or ornamented, which essentially makes me a repeat customer.

Chef makes incredible Indian food here. I have tried almost all the appetizers and they are all very good. The main entree includes amazing curry dishes that one can ask for spice level accordingly. Tough to choose favorites but I would go for Chilly Idli, Langarwali Daal, Fried Rice, Jeera Rice and Biryani. Bullet pizza is also an all time favorite! You can also ask for seasonal items that may be available on a particular day!

It’s not cafe, it’s Divine Prasadam!! I am kind of person who is choosy and picky, I was kind of unsure of should I go or not, and thought to give it a try, I’m vegan and have several specifications as we don’t consume onion and garlic and especially without diary to make food it’s almost impossible, but when we visited and have spoken to prabhu ji and mentioned our specifications he never said anything, he prepared everything to meet our specifications with utmost deliciousness, flavors into our food. Food itself is very lively and can feel the freshness. I would highly recommend anyone to try Prabhu ji’s food. Overall highly satisfying Vegan/Vegetarian meals and highly pranic Food!

Earlier In Tampa it was hard to find best Indian Vegetarian food so our next option was visiting Orlando BUT since I visited Jagnnath Restaurant; I feel homely food. They are very kind people. They run this restaurant not as money making business but they want to see happiness from their customers. In fact they deserve more than 5*. I learnt one thing from here is "Better restaurant meaning served food with great warm feeling" Really appreciable for best food.

I had to go to this place to see why the rating is 5/5. Wow Amazed. Everything we ate was homemade and super fresh. The aroma was something you only get when your parents make it back at home. Thank you for treating us like family!

This is one of my best experience of a good cafe, if you prefer veg this is one of the best ...The pizza and Momo was super yum..and super fresh.The owner is so kind and Takeout also available here .. It sounded delicious and actually was..At the end we got the bill and found it almost fairly and not so expensive . I want to go to eat again and again with my wife...

Scrumptious food! The rice had many spices that made it very yummy. Malai Kofta was very simple. Kofta was cooked nicely, and the gravy was amazing. Chapati was simply awesome! I would say, I can’t find words to say how yummy the food was! It filled my stomach up all the way. Hare Krishna devotees coming to Tampa, you need to have food from here, don’t miss it!!!

Authentic Swaminarayan / Jain Sattvic food in Tampa . The food is delicious, freshly made with love and in great portion size . We will definitely order again.

The food was great. They are completely vegetarian and so have jain options too i.e. no onion, garlic and potato. We ordered chilli momos and lungar wali daal. The momos were tasty but very spicy, and dal was cooked to perfection. Also, the place is a cloud kitchen so can inly do pickup or delivery. Dine-in is not an option

This place has very good food. The taste is amazing and the owners are very homely and nice. We tried a lot of things on their menu in the two days we were there and everything tasted good. Highly recommend. I suggest to order takeout rather than dining and make sure to visit the temple inside.

One of the best Indian food experience with real taste, real ingredients- very authentic. The owner was renowned executive chef on a mission to offer delicious Indian vegetarian food to local community. Highly recommended if you are in the area.

This is the best curry in the Tampa Bay area. Do not be put off because it is vegetarian, you will not notice or care, his potatoes taste as good as any steak. Call the nice chef and tell him exactly what you want from the menu - and - your spice preference. They will make it all from scratch for you. The chef is highly accomplished and I cannot recommend this hidden gem enough. Try his Gulab Jamun for dessert!

I was very hesitant to order the food for one of the gathering (150+ people) because I did not get chance to taste Jagannath cafe food but I can say it was my best decision to choose them. Food was authentic North Indian which you hardly find in Tampa Bay Area. Every thing was so perfect, mouthwatering and taste was amazing. I ordered chilies Momos, malai kofta, aloo gobhi, dal fry, mung dal halwa. I highly recommend Jagannath Indian cafe ✔️✔️

Best place to eat authentic and tasty food. Cook/owners were homely and friendly. They are very busy so order in advance. They prefer takeout over dine in. There is temple in their house so you can visit if interested.

The best place for TASTY vegan, vegetarian, jain - authentic Indian food. We really love the great experienced chef/prabhuji who gave us a warm welcome to his home and let us have darshan of Lord while the food is being made FRESH! It's been the place for our breakfast, lunch and dinner during our entire stay.

We visited this place yesterday after attending rather yatra festival in Clearwater. This was best experience that I ever had in years. Even without onion and garlic, each dish was delicious. We were traveling back to valdosta so didn't have a place to sit and eat so owner graciously opened his house to let us sit and sit. Wonderful experience. Highly recommended Indian food.

Amazing amazing food .. Loved every bite and it was super fresh . Totally recommend them . We did not know it was just a take out place but the food is undoubtedly tasty and amazing <3 ..The pizza was super yum .. Baigan bharta was yummm and spicy <3 and moong dal kachori was good .. Will surely be back more often ..
