Dr. Sanchez and his staff are consistently incredible. He always takes his time to get to know the patient on an individual level. He takes the time to listen to concerns and makes sure to address them and follow up. His PA is also helpful, but I prefer the detailed compassion of Dr. Sanchez. Natalie has been a huge asset in getting me scheduled for my procedures. Without her, it would have taken me forever to get them scheduled. She kept calling at the right times to check in and make sure I was staying on top of things. Very appreciative of her additional help. Great team overall. Highly recommended.

Dr Sanchez- I rarely have to wait more than 15 minutes before his nurse calls me back to seen by Dr Sanchez. He takes his time & listen to you. He explains your options & then we both decide what would work best for my situation. I also like the fact he sometimes will have a Resident Doctor in with him. Not only is he educating me, he's educating & teaching good habits to follow with the residentcy Drs. As a patient to be put in my life in the hands of these cardiologists the team of doctors I wish whenever I am there that I could have a more one on one relationship with my cardiologists it’s almost like a lottery because you never know who you are going to see if they make time to see you at all I just recently had open heart surgery and I’ve only seen the surgeon once since then. Don’t get me wrong they are great surgeons but post-op visits is something that I think they should take more seriously

The entire staff were quick and incredibly friendly. I was nervous seeing a cardiologist but Dr. Sanchez had me completely at ease. He didn't rush through the process like most doctors do, instead he took the time to explain everything I needed and even went beyond that to connect on a more personal level. Highly recommended.

Dr. Sanchez is great! He is very knowledgeable and shares so much information that I sometimes wish I had recorded him because I forget some of what he tells me. He is very easy to speak with and I have never felt rushed. He is more than willing to answer every question. I did refer a friend to him and she told me that she never had a physician listen and understand her issues. She thanked me profusely. I moved a bit further away so it takes me 40 minutes to get to the office but it is worth the travel.

Made my poor mother with a bad heart wait two months for a appointment then he cancels last minute and has the nerve to ask for a reschedule. No thank you we'll take our business elsewhere.

Dr. Sanchez is one of the most caring, professional cardiologists I have ever experienced. He always makes me feel as if I am a person to him and not "just" another patient. The staff at the Heart Institute is all very special, but in particular Dr. Sanchez's nurse, Jeannie, and the front desk person Natalie are so caring, friendly and professional they make you feel so comfortable that a visit there is not a chore, but a friendly visit.

Saw him for the first time and he took the time to listen and educate me on the heart and potential heart problems that I could run into with my syndrome I have. I was super comfortable . Not many doctors actually make me feel comfortable. But he was definitely the doctor I have been needing and looking for. If you are wondering if you should set an appointment up with him. When I entered the Drs office, I was greeted by the office staff. Then the nursing tech ( Precious) who took my weight etc. was cheerful and comforting when I told her I was nervous today as I was getting results from my Stress test. Close to my appt time, Heather (nurse practitioner) arrived and was friendly, professional and spent time going over the results of the test. Again, I feel very greatful (100%) receiving the medical care from the heart Institute. L

Dr Sanchez and I have been in a Doctor/patient relationship for about 18 years. The medications I take don't bother me and sure keep my heart rhythm nice and steady. Dr. Sanchez is amazing but the customer service is horrible. I have called repeatedly for an appointment and been put on hold for over an hour, at which time I gave up. I left 8 messages on various days and was promised a return phone call, which I never received. I have tried for over a month with no contact.

I recently had a procedure at Northside hospital with a follow up with Dr. Sanchez. He took the time to explain my results and was very attentive to hear my questions, and answer them. He also shared things I could do to improve my condition and gave me some guidelines about what my number goals should be. He is a very nice doctor, pleasant and professional.
