Centrally located this facility is relatively new to the area. It is very clean and beautifully laid out. My first visit was unquestionably lacking. The person taking me to the exam room was loud, obnoxious and unduly abrasive, when I told her that screaming in my ears was unnecessary because I could hear clearly, she doubled down. I made my concerns known to another personal (PA), explaining how resistant the individual was. Well not sure if my words actually influenced my next visit, but it was like night to day. The receptionist was extremely respectful and very professional, and my technician who did my echocardiogram was extremely personable, very professional and very engaging. The anxiety simply vanished and I was totally set at ease as I went through the procedure. This delightfully give me a renewed hope to see that beneath the challenge and consternation of getting treated as a patient and making money as an institution does not have to be an adversarial and antagonistic relationship, as some try to impose their power. I have also held that the last place you want to feel like you are being herded, shouted at and balked direction is a medical treatment facility. People are generally are at their lowest in mental state as sickness, ailments and the fear of the unknown preoccupy their minds and every bit of kindness and compassion helps. I am very happy to say I am most impressed with their efforts to improve their personnel protocols to match the physically attractive facilities. I would gladly give four and a half stars if it were possible, keeping half a star for myself.

I was very taken back by the consultation with Dr Chauhaun. He came highly recommended and I had high hopes for this visit. The appointment was for my Mother, just to get established as a new pt in a new state. When asked about a specific test he said it wasn't needed. I explained that her previous Cardiology office, which she had been seeing for 12 years did them regularly so I was confused as to why now she did not need them. He said they were probably just doing it for money, but if you want me to do the test I can. I was just so taken back by his response. He is a doctor and just taking an extra few minutes to say we will reach out to the office, or lets get the records and look into it would've gone a longggg way after sitting for 1 hour and he only spent 5 minutes which got us no where clearly. This was a very abrupt and rude way of handling a New pt. Clearly I won't be back there.

I've been a Patient at PHV for Approximately 6 yrs and I feel very Comfortable Going there for my Heart and Vascular needs the Doctors and AANP and the MA and Front Desk Associates are very kind and Professional and I recommend this Practice to One and All....

To start, I have been coming here for about 3-4 years. During that time I have run across doctors and nurses that have kept me in the loop and in general be nice to me. I have also had 1 doctor who didn't give a hoot what my feelings were or anything, but wanted to know how she looked while pregnant. It doesn't matter what I say, it's what you think that is important.

The wait time was long to see the doctor just for the doctor to stay there for 3 minutes, the doctor came in and told my mom that they were going to do some tests but she was gonna have to get another appointment and he was in such a hurry he didn’t even let me mom speak he immediately opened the door until my mom asked him a question and he said that if she didn’t feel good to go to the hospital and after that he grabbed his things and left. It was just a waist of money and time they didn’t really answer her questions and the doctor was really rude. I don’t recommend going there.

I always have a great experience at Premier heart and vascular center. Today I had a stress test and Tori was wonderful. Very considerate and caring to my needs although I really didn’t have any definitely a pleasure. All in all the staff and doctors at Premier heart and vascular center are always amazing.

If I could fixed this place zero stars I 100% would. I worked there for approximately three months and it was a nightmare. The rudest, nastiest, most disrespectful group of women I have ever met. The operations manager literally told me one day how much I get on her nerves. In my brief time there I did miss several days, due to my Child who has ongoing medical issues. I brought a doctors note every single time I was absent. Only to have the operations manager, Loretta, throw in my face when I resigned that I had missed so many days. The rudest staff I have ever met. They are rude to patients. They schedule surgeries for the wrong patients. They do not call patients when their appointment is not authorized by insurance, causing s patient to show up for an appointment they can’t even have. The doctors themselves are wonderful in my opinion, but it is very unfortunate that Loretta is the operations manager. Very unprofessional. Went through my drawer at work when I wasn’t present, then reprimanded me for having a dead vape in my drawer when multiple employees smoke cigarettes. She proceeded to tell me she will go through any drawer she wants, and as operations manager she “has that right”. she Announced to the entire office that I had s vape in my drawer. I could do on and on. The nastiest group of women I’ve ever worked with. They show their favoritism And when one doesn’t like You, none of them like you. It honestly was one of the worst experiences of my Life. As I mentioned, wonderful doctors but if you are considering working there don’t. The ultrasound tech Jen is the most down right disrespectful and nasty human being I’ve ever met. But truthfully, majority of them are.

Friendly and professional staff, make you feel welcomed. Did not wait long to be seen. They take time to listen to you and voice your concerns. Very caring.

I am so far very satisfied with this provider. Everyone has been very courteous and helpful especially when I asked questions. I do give it 5 stars for now. We shall see once I see the doctor on Oct 13th if I feel the same. So far I would definitely refer a family member or friend to this provider.

My experience with Premier Heart and Vascular Center in Lakeland has been a pleasant one. The staff are all so wonderful and helpful. They answer any questions you might have. They just do an overall excellent job for all the patients.

We got there early and they took me back within 5 minutes. Everyone was courteous and professional. The only problem I had was the uncomfortable chairs in the waiting room. After my stress test I sat for a very long period. My back hurts from these chairs. How about some lounge type. 😆

The staff was polite courteous a professional and efficient in every way from start to finish I was very pleased, relaxed and comfortable through the hole time I was there. I look forward to going back this coming Monday because I have another appointment and I'm glad to have this team cuz my cardiology Care group well I was not able to come back the following Monday so I came back today a week of the original Monday and the technician I wish I could remember her name but I don't think she told me but she was very efficient and then when I saw the cardiologist, she told me her name was Gabby, and she gave me the results which was wonderful news and she suggested I do a CT scan just to do the final check of the 30% that could possibly be underlying issues so I'm looking forward to that and she was very thorough she explained everything and I am so pleased with everyone at your facility I will tell all my friends I won't tell my relatives because they live out of state but I will tell everyone else that your staff and the facility is top-notch. Thank you so very much for working with me I can honestly say I'm looking forward to seeing you again.

Dr. Chauhan is very knowledgeable and professional and my visit to his clinic was an excellent experience. I feel like he listens carefully and assured me regarding my condition. Much appreciated! I would highly recommend him.

Needed a cardiologist clearances and told him about issues I've been discussing with my primary for almost a year and he was right on top of scheduling test to finally get an answer. Very professional and caring.

The entire experience from when I walked into the door was excellent. I felt that I was under great care. Everything was expedient and on time. I had read some of the reviews talking about long wait times, but I did not have that. Getting an appointment wasn’t any fun, however. Sometimes they answer their phone, sometimes they don’t. But the office itself was an excellent experience, and the testing was very thorough.

My appt time came and went and I inquired about it. They were waiting on the southside to send results of several tests done. Southside had 2 weeks to send it but dropped the ball again. Northside staff are great and I liked my new dr.. Dr. Loll used to be my cardiologist on southside yrs ago,really liked him too

The office atmosphere is safe, comfortable and beautiful. "All" of the staff, was very cordial and presented a very friendly, kind and professional manner. I, would certainly recommend this 'Premier Heart and Vascular Center' a Great choice !. Thank You All!.

Very pleasant to find that in this place everything has improved greatly, the service at the reception is excellent, the wait to be attended to is moderate and in most cases very fast, the medical staff very attentive and efficient, the only thing that What I could recommend is that instead of being treated by a specialized nurse, I would like to be treated by the doctor.
