    Great Place. Everyone treats Bugsy Like he's a celebrity and fight to get a chance to groom him or even pet him. Every single employee stops what their doing to come over and say hi. Thank you all for loving Bugsy the way you do.

    Love all the employees. We come here weekly for training and our stubborn Teddy Roosevelt Rat Terrier actually listened to the trainer. The trainer was like a magic man. She helped us through everything. Also just shopping is great, very clean for a pet store. Everything has it's place! Plus the animals are super cute!

    LOVE the groomers here. As an owner of a large, long-haired senior dog, I have had more than a few groomer horror stories, but these guys are absolutely wonderful. All of the grooming staff is super nice and accommodating. Gabbie is our go to and always treats my dog like her own, but all of the staff are great! As far as the Petco itself, it's pretty standard. I haven't had any issues. I buy food and treats from there all the time.

    Trained dogs there for 6 months specialized in canine nutrition and aquatics and also the only staff member who spoke french and spanish. Loved by most customers and pet parents. The staff was friendly , store management was good and work environment was above avg. I was $4000+ over sales target. Classes were seeing great results. Sadly I was sick ( Stomach Tumor ). Because of tardies and absences due to my sickness and the fact that i lived 35 miles away I was fired over the phone with no warning. Leaving me without income when facing enormous medical charges. Absolute Garbage corporation and upper management. Could care less about their employees.

    I did not go in this time but I've been here several times and it's the same Petco you have in your town. Great selection and good service. Vaccines are not by appointment only in the store. And only one day a week. If you go thru vet Co get ready to pull out your credit card because it's scary expensive.

    This might be the last business on the planet that doesn't take returns if you don't have a receipt! I will drive the extra block to buy from Pet Smart or wait 48 hours to get something delivered. There are too many choices to continue to do business with a company who refuses to get with the times!

    Bought our dogs bones here figured they would be safe coming from petco. I was very wrong. Just a few minutes into dogs chewing on it and they look more like daggers then bones. Edges are very sharp these could have done some serious damage

    Was able to find the antibiotic cream for my dog's sore paw pad. Also get his pain and aches meds here as well as hemp med for anxiety during storms and fireworks. Great selection of dog treats and offer a wide variety of foods including fresh refrigerated meals. We frequent this store often for all of our dog needs.

    Stores website is the biggest pain to use. To get best price you have to order online for curbside pick up. Half the time website crashes and it will not compete the order. Great staff they understand and apply online order discounts in store.

    Grooming is a disappointment. They can’t even handle a small Pomeranian puppy that’s only a few months old. They made us pick him up after 20-30 minutes because he was biting . He is a puppy and is teething and thinks it’s play time all the time. Plus his teeth are so tiny it tickles when he bites. Cancelling membership because one of the main reasons we pay the $20 per month is for grooming. Wont be going back there for anything and won’t recommend!

    I would have given 5 stars, but I looked online for a dog crate for a puppy. It said they had it for pickup this day but didn't have the same size after I got there the same day. Ended up getting what my firbaby needed elsewhere, so I could sleep in bed.

    My Molly had cotton mouth and I was panicking trying to heal her before everyone else got infected. One of the employees, whose name I can’t remember, suggested an in-store item which helps fight fungus and bacteria. She was so sweet and answered all my questions! Not even 24 hours later my Molly can close her mouth and is eating. This employee is a miracle worker.

    Just visited the west Melbourne location to get a refund on a fish that died due to illness it had when I purchased the fish. The woman who helped me named Sarah was extremely rude to not only me but the customer in front of me. She was very condescending when asking me questions about the fish. I was told at the original location I bought the fish to just bring in a water sample to be tested NOT THE DEAD FISH. Sarah was very rude and told me they required a dead fish. I explained I was not told that at the other location so no need to be rude. She continued to be rude the entire interaction. If she is the person in charge of the fish as she said she is I will never buy a fish from petco again.

    The vet center is a joke and clearly did not care about my dogs health. I was 7 minutes late because of a storm and the “Vet” refused to see him because of my tardiness. I asked to please see him because his skin is irritated and he’s scratching a lot! And they still didn’t care. I’ve been a customer for years with Petco and I’ll be sure to switch. Response back to owner: Not good enough. I was treated poorly for no good reason. I walked in with a smile on my face and apologized profusely for my tardiness. Explained the highway was slow during the thunderstorm and you turned us away. It was not only embarrassing, but upsetting because my puppy was in pain. I asked you to reconsider because of his pain and you still said no. I canceled my account with Petco.

    Went here to pickup prescription food. Veterinary area was closed for lunch. Had to wait an hour to just get approved for food. They should take turns for lunch if they want to make more sales. Seen others leave because they didn't want to wait. I won't wait again. This is the last time I will get a new prescription filled here.

    I had trouble with my app. One of the groomers helped me figure out and told me to call customer service. I called and a person answered and helped me get my app back in order. My dogs (2) Grooming was spot on!!! And the ease of your phone customer service was the Best!

    Kassandra is amazing! She is fast, efficient, gentle, and my pup loves her! If anyone is looking for people who care and will love on your fur baby, this Petco location is the best 👌🏾. Plus, the Vital Care plan really helps out a lot!

    Stopped in to get a couple if fish for my grand daughters new tank. They have everything from fish to ferrets! I always check their clearance bins for good deals (best bins are near restroom lol)

    Petco has a good selection of cat, dog, small animal, and fish items. Our local store offers grooming and vet services which makes it easy to get a check up and shop for pet essentials in one place. They can be a little pricey but the pet rewards card is a good deal offering lower prices for items and cash off rewards.

    I brought in my very nervous miniature Doxie in for a nail trim and the service technicians were very polite, fun and nice to talk to. I felt comfortable with putting my dog in there hands and I liked the fact that I can see them working with her. Some places like to take your dog to the back. I will definitely be going back!

    Nice, friendly environment. Helpful staff that guided me all over the store as the things we needed were not in one place. 😅 Prices were good. Rewards program definitely helps with additional discounts. Right around the corner from my son's home, so convenient location is great. All in all we were satisfied with our visit.

    Refused help by 2 employees when we tried to bring back our feeder mice. Our snakes were attacked and we decided to switch to frozen thawed. We didn’t want the money back literally just couldn’t keep them in a 1 bedroom apartment until finding other arrangements. They were zero help and said they’d be “too stressed” to take them back. They’ve never left the box, we haven’t even had them 24 hours. They just didn’t want to “quarantine” them. Which is ridiculous given that they weren’t around anything else. Pet co employees are completely unhelpful in finding alternatives and too lazy to take their animals back when necessary. I will never shop here again.

    Young man-bun punk should be fired for sending my business elsewhere. Would not sell me a guinea pig on my grandson's birthday because I refused to buy their $159 setup. Bought one down the street for $99. My grandson left in tears. This was my first and last visit to this establishment. You don't make a little boy cry on his birthday. Period.

    Walked inside to look for the dog/puppy section. Things were scattered throughout the store. I couldn’t find the puppy food. I did love the end cap of puppy treats and toys. I’d like a bigger selection since my puppy is a extra chewer. Will visit again but will buy what i need or what I want from petco and other stores. Especially since the selection is small. Unfortunately can’t be a one stop shop.

    Wish I can save all these bettas, the fish department should be more knowledgeable on the water their changing the bettas with, the bettas are literally in nitrite poison water 💔🥺 really sad (Dark purple means very high nitrite the coloring should be a light blue not dark purple tested the betta water when I got home happy I Atleast saved one betta)

    I bought 4 ghost shrimp I was charged $5 each for them. They are usually 59 cents. I had my receipt but it says "fancy shrimp". So I knew I couldn't fight them for a correction after I got home. The shrimp were in a pre made floating bag. All shrimp died within 3 days. This is not the first time I was cheated. Signs on the shelves indicating a sale are old. I purchased poop bags last month and the sign says buy 2 get one free. They charged me for 3. So check your receipt before you pay! 2 trips and both skinned me. I will never return. Their employees lack the skills required to update sales markers and they won't ask questions if they don't know what an item is, they just guess and choose the more expensive option. Good by Petco. Good riddance.
