I can't even begin to say what an amazing experience I had with this staff. Amazing customer service. Always friendly and providing excellent care. Best place to get your jewelry repair and knowing it will be repaired correctly. Definitely became a customer for life.

Me and one of my friends went to the jewelry store at Brandon mall, where we were first treated with a lot of respect (even though I dressed bummy) upon entering I was immediately enticed with a beautiful necklace and a lady went to me fully sprinting as if it was single-handedly the most important purchase in the entirety of the store. She later on assisted me in finding a necklace that matched the husk of my body as I am a bigger man, with almost impeccable service. When we saw the price I was in a state of shock, the pulchritudinous necklace was fairly cheap (115) and even though I was more than willing to pay this full price, she assisted me into finding a deal where I only paid 100$ and it truly left me speechless. Then we asked to take pictures as it was my birthday and needed to flex the amazing chain I got, where they happily obliged and we took what I think were beautiful photos. 10/10 would recommend

We visited Reeds recently and had THE BEST experience! Brandon was so knowledgeable, tentative, and helpful. I was indecisive but he took the time to find something that I truly love and I am so happy with our purchase. He was so kind and patient throughout the whole process. Reeds is THE place for luxury watches and jewelry. I’ve gone by two different times to look at watches. One was 2 days ago and was helped by Han Le, who was amazing and knew a lot about the watch I was interested in but I wanted to shop around. Reeds has, by far, the best collection of watches. Today I was helped by Stella, who was a pleasure to talk to and very knowledgeable. I look forward to my next purchase here.

Wow. Best experience and best prices. Went to over 6 jewelry stores and Reeds Manager Edin and staff were genuine, helpful, and concerned with our wishes and satisfaction. Ordered in the several diamonds for us to choose from. Not pushy, nor demanding. Other places were more concerned about making a sale than us. Don't waste your time at any other place. I love getting love ones gifts from here. Especially, Pandora items. The Pandora shop in the same mall takes forever to receive help and always has a line. However, Reeds has the same selection without the lines and all the time wasted. Stella M. has helped us out several times and is always a pleasure to deal with. I don't understand why people wait in long lines and feel rushed to make a selection at Pandora when you can walk in to Reeds and get really good personal service every time.

I went in after I had a bad experience elsewhere.. I looked at watches and spoke to a female associate, I described the watch and she found it and she ordered the watch I was looking for .. got it in the next day.. everyone was professional and kind . I got exactly what I needed and I was treated well!

Reeds Jewelers has a great selection of men's watches and has a great salesperson Stella. If you go to this location only buy from her she will make sure you are treated great. Also this the best place to get watch batteries. They have a lifetime replacement for $20 dollars.

The Manager there (Brandon) is great and very accommodating. He adjusted my bracelet 2x for the perfect fit. I’ve stopped in many times before and talked Omega watches with him in depth. He’s there everytime I stop in. Please give this man a day off! Great asset to Reeds for sure.

ELAINE was very sweet and pleasant to work with! As a young person, it is sometimes frustrating to walk into places and not receive any service as some people may assume I'm just browsing. Elaine greeted us immediately at the door and asked what our intentions were. She was very knowledgable on watches and told us she was a Breitling captain as well. After I had decided on the Breitling watch that I wanted, we chatted genuinely about her time in the UK and just different things as my watch was getting sized. I am definitely going to give her a call if I have another piece in mind for myself or my fiancé. Only gripe is the manager was a little rough with the link screws and there are some scratches on the back of the watch. Not sure if that was before or after the sizing, because we had removed the back sticker beforehand.

Brandon provided the best customer service I have experienced! He was patient and thoughtful in helping me choose a gift for my mothers birthday. Will definitely be contacting him for any future gifts that require a little sparkle!

Jerry offers first class service. They have an excellent jeweler, Jeremy that does an excellent job of customizing your purchase if needed. I wouldn’t consider shopping for my jewelry needs anywhere else.

Oh where do I begin!? Reeds is the best jewelry store hands down! My fiancé and I were looking for wedding rings for our upcoming wedding in just a few months. I had brought in a picture of this pretty cool looking ring I had found on a random website. Black diamonds with a skull on each side of the ring. Crazy right!? Jerry ( the manager) helped us from the very start. Everything from finding a way to have my dream customized to reasonable pricing he exceeded our expectations. Located close to the restaurants and if you park by the Cheesecake factory its a very short walk. I arrived it was like visiting family warm and friendly. I walked into Reeds just browsing, and remembered that I had my tennis bracelet on me that needed to be repaired. Camila was a delight, and helped me with my repair and serviced my wedding bands and my other tennis bracelet as well. The sales floor is large with a nice selection of pretty much everything you could ever want. Thank you very much Reeds for great customer service and a fast turn around for my repairs!!!

Excellent store with nice, professional, and helpful staff. Walked in without an appointment and was greeted by Han. She worked hard to find what I needed and even helped by checking online. She helped me find what I needed but I could not get by Christmas. (My poor planning, not the store's fault) The team tried hard, and I very much wished I could have purchased from them.
