My Yorkie was not acting normally, he was lethargic and his tummy was distended. I called his regular vet, who told me the earliest they could see him was 6 days away.....I didn't know what was wrong with him, so I needed emergency care for him. I called around and spoke to several vet's offices. After speaking with the staff at Enterprise Animal Hospital, I knew I had found our new vet. They took us immediately and the staff stayed in constant contact with me. He was diagnosed in about 15 minutes and a prescription was immediately filled in their office. We went home about 30 minutes later and my fur baby was back to his bright eyed, bushy tailed self in a matter of hours. Both the doctor and staff were kind and knowledgeable and took the time to ask questions about him and his medical history. They also discovered a floating knee joint that his previous vet of 10 years didn't even tell us about, if he even knew about it. We now have a new vet for all 5 of our fur babies and I strongly feel that Enterprise Animal Hospital saved my Yorkies life. Thank you so much 💓

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Pola for several years, with no complaints. However today, I called to make an appt for a sick kitty and was told that their next appointment was in 3 weeks. I was referred to an animal emergency room instead... Ultimately, this isn't an emergency level and doesn't constitute an emergency room bill, I just want to get my cat in to see our regular Vet. When I addressed my frustrations with the receptionist, she proceeded to tell me she doesn't refer to other local vets. I ended the conversation saying I was going to be forced to look for another Vet that could care for my animals in a more timely fashion. Her response is what is prompting this review... She said in a very distain and unconcerned voice, "Ok, take care." Zero regard for what is going on with my cat, never asked why I was wanting to bring her in, but did take the time to tell me that she lives in St Pete and and other non important info. Ultimately, that fact that she was hired with her uncaring attitude and disregard with what is best for the pets and or the business says quite a bit to me.

He is the best doctor ever! He helps me a lot! And always respond every thing that I’m wonder. He is very patient and takes the time to attend the people Also he helps me with the certificate to travel to Colombia and my dog love him and love the people who works there. I took our dog to see Dr Pola for his annual visit and vaccinations. During the exam, Dr Pola found a tumor and cyst that needed to be removed. Our dog, Wally, had his teeth cleaned, a tooth extraction, a tumor removed, and a cyst removed yesterday. Everyone at this office is wonderful, and their prices are reasonable for sure. Wally came through the surgery just fine and is on the road to recovery. Wally has always hated going to the Vets, but I was pleasantly surprised that he didn’t exhibit his normal fearful behavior at Enterprise Road Animal Hospital. Instead of trying to get back out the door, he was very relaxed when I dropped him off. I am so happy I found Dr. Pola. He is the best Vet I’ve ever dealt with.

Dr. Pola is an excellent doctor he’s kind, caring, and takes the time to explain things to you in a way you can understand. He’s not the type of doctor that would recommend or put your pet under for any unnecessary surgeries. He is very methodical, explains all options and recommends the safest most minimally invasive option. He is by far the best veterinarian we have ever been to. We have been taking our four dogs to him, three of which are seniors, for a few years. We first went to doctor Pola for a second opinion after the vet by our house recommended what turned out to be an unnecessary surgery. We have been taking our dogs to him ever since. He has saved two of our dogs lives and we are very happy we found him. We would highly recommend Dr. Pola to anyone who is looking for an honest, caring, affordable veterinarian.

First time there and it was a great experience! Dr Pola was very knowledgeable, friendly, and took his time when answering my questions. All of the staff were very accommodating and attentive. Dr. Pola is wonderful! Very honest, has reasonable prices and really cares for animals. He is by far the best veterinarian I have ever had and I have been to many. We have 4 dogs and 2 of them were diagnosed with cancer. Dr. Pola performed successful surgery on both of them and managed to completely remove the cancerous tumors. Our senior chihuahua’s surgery was a major one with high risks and required the highest level of skill. The prognosis were not good. Dr. Pola reserved the whole day for her surgery and did an excellent job. The cancer was completely removed and she has been doing great ever since. It has now been a year and she is 14 years old. Our second senior dog, 13-year old terrier, had a malignant tumor on her back. Dr. Pola removed it successfully last week and she is recovering well. We are so grateful for this doctor and we highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a highly qualified, honest, caring and affordable doctor. 11/03/2020 update: It has been 3 years now since I posted the initial review and all my 4 dogs (including 2 very old seniors, who had cancer are still alive and doing great). No words can describe how grateful I am to Dr. Pola for saving their lives and making sure they stay healthy for many years.

I love the staff they are always friendly. Both doctors Dr. Polic and Dr. Trese are very knowledgeable I trust my doggy with them.

Dr Pola is a fantastic doctor and his nurse is just lovely. However trying to get an appointment or getting help with an emergency with your pet is impossible. I called today for my injured pet and was told by the front desk “maybe Thursday”. This leaves Q you with no other option for emergent care but to go elsewhere and spend a fortune.

If I could give a 10 star to Dr Pola I would. I have 2 Emden Geese as pets they are 10 years old and my one goose Carmen has developed Bumblefoot (very painful and hard to treat, starts with a small cut and can get infected over time) I told Dr Pola about her and he was determined to help her! He was able to do surgery on her foot to remove the infection, gave me exact instructions on how to clean and wrap her foot every other day and asked me to send photos of her progress. (it is hard to bring a 12lb goose to a Vet for check ups) Almost 2 weeks later and she isn't limping anymore, her foot is healing beautifully and is not red or swollen but light pink and back to normal size! I am so happy with Dr Pola and staff for taking such great care of my Carmen! Thank you for caring so much, I highly recommend Dr Pola, be patient if trying to get in with him, he is busy because he is so good and he has a heart of gold.
