Pretty authentic Vietnamese flavors / dishes but they also offer sushi and other Asian options.

We spent the day at Tampa Premier Outlet and was looking for some good Vietnamese food. Found this on Google ad decided to give it a chance since it had good reviews. I was skeptical of how authentic this place was because it had Pho, Poke, and Boba in the name. But once stepped in and I’d spoke with the waiters. I knew it was authentic. Saw the parents in the back and the kids ran up front. I had the Ha Long Bay pho special. The bowl came out and I’d thought it was small but I was wrong. The bowl was deep and everything was under it. Really good pho. My wife had the Ha Long Bay rice combo special. She said it was good but instead of the shrimp, it should have been a prawn. Our daughter had the Ha Long Bay Bun Thich nuong special. She said it was so good and finished the entire bowl. She never finish anything. Lol. I got the Vietnamese ice coffee and it was good but they brought out the coffee already mix. Wife had an avocado shake which was not on the menu. I have a couple of suggestions to the owner if they read this. To keep the authenticity of the Vietnamese culture. I suggest bringing the drip coffee out and let the guess experience it. This is what make it a Vietnamese coffee. Second is to use Vietnamese chili peppers or Thai peppers instead of jalapeños. Oh, we also ordered the banh mi with bbq pork and Vietnamese ham to go. We will eat it the next day haha.

Went twice now, the Vietnamese food is fantastic! The Bun and the Ban Mi were fresh and delicious! Great spot for a quick bite. Also tried the Milk Tea with Boba. The Boba was nice and soft and the tea was the perfect sweetness. Happy to have this restaurant in Wesley Chapel! I know it'll be one of our favorites!

Thank you for bringing Vietnamese food to New Tampa/Wesley Chapel areas!!! I went to HLB this evening and absolutely love it there. Food was really good and staffs were really nice and helpful. Finally I don’t have to drive to St Pete or Tampa for my Viet food anymore. Will continually support this restaurant.

We have been there several times and have never been disappointed with the quality of the food. Their Vietnamese food is delicious. The Bao buns, the Pho, and the Pad Thai are amazing. The service is good. I’m so happy to have this restaurant in my area.

Loved the tea and the crunchy noodle dish had enough left over for dinner too! Can not wait to try more!

After a long time found some best Asian food... the soup, the fresh roll, Boba ..... better so far than many in the area!!!!! Coming back to try all other dishes!!

This place has been pack every night we go! We have visited 3x in the past 2 weeks alone! The milk tea and fruit green tea's are delicious. For appetizers we have had their steamed bao (the best in the area), fried egg rolls (really good) and their fried chicken wings (not my fave they lack flavor). As our meal's we ordered both pho and bun bo hue, the bun bo hue was definitely preferred over the regular pho, it has a really great flavor and it is not spicy at all. PLEASE try their chicken fried rice also!!! Service is good and food comes out fairly fast even with a busy dining room. It is close to home so we will definitely be regulars.

I really like this place. The food is consistently good and the service is good. Menu is great and I want to try a few other dishes.

Small space but updated interior. The service appeared a little burned out by the time we arrived, we were greeted with a young server, no personality and failed to make friendly eye contact when taking the orders. I ordered a simple stir fried rice with shrimp and chicken. My shrimp still had the shell and tails on it! I don't know about you but when I sit down to have stir fried rice, I want to shovel it in and not have to sort or pick apart my food. We are putting this place on the bottom of the list.

Food & service was really good! Glad.to see a place there. The music selection needs help, maybe traditional sound of Viet Nam would be better. Did not have any skin color issues.

I've eaten here / food from here several times. Food is kind'a hit and miss. The Pho is excellent, Spring rolls are good. Grilled pork plate was disappointing and the banh mi seems to use hogie rolls not baguettes. They play music featuring very hit pitched voices way too loud. Imagine Adele / Justin Bieber drowning out your conversation. Great if you're in a bar, not so good if you're having lunch. Definitely has potential but needs some fixes.

A brand new pho spot on Bruce B Down. It offers not only Vietnamese food but also sushi and boba. We tried all Ha Long Bay special dishes, they were all good. Their boba tea was great as well.

Food was high priced but just ok. glass they gave me for water had lipstick full lip print on it looked used. Food was 15. For half bowl of soup, no flavor but was still palatable. Best thing there was Boba matcha coffee I got. service was mediocre didn't live up to the hype.

I have been coming to Ha Long bay for years, its my favorite restaurant. Thank you for being very first Vietnamese restaurant in this neighborhood, so i dont have to drive so far to have a Pho ☺️☺️☺️...wish you guys in the future will serve dimsum like in St Pete, I believe its gonna be a BOOM here.

So they no longer do sushi which was ok since we weren't there for sushi. Very simple and clean place. We had the steamed goyza, the chicken pad Thai and bun Rieu. The bun Rieu wasnt completely like home cooking but still yummy. Had meatballs, shrimp,tofu, krab and viet pate of sorts. They have a variety of soups, sandwiches and Thai dishes. The mangonada was so different and delicious complete with tajin.

We decided to try HA Long Bay over the weekend and check out their poke but they were out of sushi. They had an very appetizing poster of Salmon Poke on their storefront! Still we went in and ordered some Thai dishes. We had the pad thai and chicken stir fry with veggies. Both were flavorful and yummy. Also tried the fresh rolls with shrimp and were tasty. Cool vibes and cute decor. Will probably come back but hopefully to have poke next time!

Delicious. My husband had the Pho & said it was really good. I had the pork & rice and enjoyed every bite. Our server was wonderful. Looking forward to going again.

Was recommended to me by my barber. When someone is Vietnamese and they recommend a Vietnamese restaurant, must be good. The food did not disappoint. The pho was delicious, fresh shrimp rolls tasted fresh and the iced coffee hit the spot. Servers were attentive and restaurant was clean. Definitely be back and likely sooner than later.

Tranquil atmosphere located in a bustling part of town. Service is prompt and thoughtful. Pricing is fair and reasonable for the portions and quality. Delightful Vietnamese bites to comfort your soul.

Store front says they're no longer serving sushi stuff but I came here to get their noodle soups. Got their bun bo hue. It was pretty good. Satisfied my noodle cravings. I was a bit thristy after the meal but there weren't much of it's ingredients that were listed that came along with the food item. The pork dumpling was pretty good. Overall a 7/10 for me on this place. Service was friendly and efficient. It was a bit dirty where I chose to sit but still a nice place to grab a bite.

I cannot rave enough about this spot! Incredibly fresh and so delicious!! We are true fans and come almost weekly! Definitely need to get some spring rolls and pad Thai while you’re here! You will not be truly disappointed with anything you order!!! Such a gem!

PHO was delicious, the herbs were fresh and tasty. Banh Mi pork sandwich was great. Service was good , the food came out quick!

I am so excited that i found this place!! Finally Bao buns near me! The place is simple and cute, they have a big menu and all the food looks delicious! Their boba is so yummy too! Definitely is my new favorite! The service was great!

Finally a good Vietnamese Restaurant. We had the vegetarian Pho and it was delicious. I love that they have a good selection of vegetarian plates and the boba drink was incredible. Clean and fresh ambiance. We will be back.

Excellent food! We came here visiting from Portland, where we have great Vietnamese food, and this was some of the best I’ve had. Staff was pleasant, food was fresh and flavorful. On our list to return next time we are in town

Nice and clean with friendly staff. The Ha Long Bay pho special is pretty good! Highly recomended! Not too crazy about the VN sandwiches mainly because of the bread..its too dense, doesn't seem to go well with all the VN meat & veggies. I'm used to the airy and crunchy French baguette.

Excellent Vietnamese restaurant. Food is great, and the interior is very nice and clean!

There are only a couple options for Vietnamese food in the New Tampa area and this one is by far the best. The grilled pork is good. Wish fish sauce came with the eggrolls tho, sweet chili sauce is not the best pairing.

We've been waiting for a Pho place to come to the area, this spot was beyond my expectations !! The food was spot on delicious, the servers were very nice and welcoming, we'll definitely be regulars.
