The receptionist was nice and friendly. The Indian lady who did foot reflexology for me did not have very good attitude. I told her to apply medium pressure and she insisted to press it so hard I got a shock and my body just reacted out of pain. She got defensive and commented that all the customers enjoy hard pressure and said that my friend is strong and is able to endure the pain and made me feel I was in the wrong. In the first place, she did not even ask me if I was feeling ok with the pressure and I did mention to her that it was painful. She only mellowed down her attitude when she observed from my tone that I wasn't very happy. Her colleague, a male masseur seemed more skilled than her from the way he does the foot massage. She was just pushing and rubbing my muscles with all her brute strength most of the time. She is on the heavy side. This is my first and last time visiting this place. I would suggest to switch masseur if you are allocated the Indian lady.

To be honest, I WAS a big fan of this place, that's why I renewed my package. But ever since Lynn the receptionist had left, everything just went downhill appointment wise. My previous encounter with them: I booked a foot massage three weeks before I came. The Indian lady at the counter said she would call and let me know if my preferred masseur (Jun) is not in at the time I wanted as she wasn't sure yet. I said okay and left. Fast forward 2 weeks and 6 days, another receptionist called me the NIGHT BEFORE my appointment to confirm my appointment. When enquired if it was Jun, she said he is available only 2 hours after my scheduled appointment! I got so unhappy that I cancelled that appointment. My current encounter with them: I booked an appointment two days prior and told Linda the receptionist that I specifically wanted Jun or Theresa. She repeated my request and guess what? I reached 10 minutes ago only to nearly have another masseur again. He said Linda did not indicate but luckily Theresa is free. The only reason I gave this place 3 stars is cos Jun and Theresa are really good and would be worth 5 stars. Receptionist is worth -2 stars. Terrible. Not continuing my package once it ends.

Fantastic service! Very friendly team working here and the foot massage was well worth the money. Very relaxing and professional. The place is clean, quiet and has a homely feel.

Paid $60 for 90 mins foot reflexology. Attended by a Chinese male masseur wearing a black spectacle. The masseur seemed uninterested, restless, and kept falling asleep intermittently during the massage. The overall experience was horrendous. Utterly disappointed! Will not come back for sure even if it’s free.

The massage was good however the overall experience turned out to be a nightmare. The receptionist was cheerful and pleasant. However, a couple customer came who seemed regular and friendly with the staff.. then the receptionist and a south Indian masseuse started their massage and ever since it became so noisy and horrific. As much as I enjoy happy conversations, but I was there for a massage and not to have dinner and drinks with friends. I felt as if I am in a food court because it was so so noisy. Even the customer especially the male amongst the couple was talkative and was having a non stop conversations with these two masseuses. They were not respectful towards other people time and space. What a waste of time and money. Very unhappy and unsatisfied with the experience. Will never go there again and will never recommend anyone

He applied pressure to specific reflex points on my feet, relieving tension and promoting relaxation from within. Shem's expertise and level of personalization and attention to detail. He took the time to understand my specific needs and preferences, tailoring the session accordingly. The professionalism and friendliness of the spa staff were remarkable. They provided exceptional customer service, ensuring that I was comfortable and well taken care of at all times. Their warm and genuine demeanor created a welcoming and soothing environment, contributing to the overall positive experience. The place is pleasant. I signed on a package, the therapist I was assigned was a chinese lad who was friendly, but he was very inexperienced, on my subsequent visit i requested for someone else but he took me still. There was not much improvement on the experience then on my third. Ms Vee attended to me. just wanted to commend her. her skill was amazing! and her attitude was the best. would not have decided to continue if not for her.

I walked in for a foot massage. Honestly not comfortable at all and I was dreading it just 10 minutes into my 60 mins session. Was using my phone to look at some videos I filmed with volume on low but my masseuse stopped and told me to lower my volume. Ironically the rest of the staffs were on and off speaking SUPER LOUDLY and I almost shush them as it was really annoying as a few of them were talking at the same time, my masseuse watched on but did nothing to stop. Practice what you preach. If you expect your customers to stay silent then you guys should work on it yourselves. Will never come back again.
