Probably by far the best one hour reflexology session I have ever had and I’ve had a lifetimes worth of got massages all over the world! I came in with sore feet after walking so much in Singapore which made this heavenly session even more special! The front desk Mandy was kind and professional and got me appointment right away even though it was quite busy! I would recommend all locals and travelers to come here for a an amazing rejuvenating session! Thank you FootNote Reflexology!

My go to place as all their masseurs are experienced and can adjust to your pain level tolerance. My suggestion is to wait ten min into the massage sessions before asking them to up the strength as they all are experienced and usually will slowly up the scale of pain level after loosening or prepared your muscles for what to come :) First few sessions with different masseurs I made the mistake to ask to up strength immediately to regret later and mostly surprised they are all so strong! First outlet I don’t need to ask to increased strength as they somehow can feel your muscle tightness to know the right Amount of strength needed to apply that day. U can tell if other customers are new or regulars by hearing the masseurs asking if the strength is okay. If u regular they already know your preference. Most of my time there are dead quiet as all regulars! Refreshing experience . Front receptionists Mandy and Christine are friendly and chatty. Unlike many other outlets are served by cold staffs. Most of the customers including myself are regulars now so we will chat about life and families which are great. Prices are easy to understand and transparent. It’s definitely more worthwhile to sign on their packages if u go regularly and they won’t push u. They will just let u know initial few sessions and after seeing u used their service few times, they may suggest to consider if u looking to use them long time and work out the savings for u. After visiting them coming to a year now, they would know my preference timings and preferred masseurs to make suggestions on my bookings. I am surprised they have a sound proofing sliding door keeping the mall noise out when it’s closed. Of course from time to time u can hear the mall noise whenever the door is opened to let out customers, but that is understandable. Weekend will be busy and noisier due to regular door opening and shorter sessions but that is understandable. It’s very surprising to find such an outlet that one can enjoy massage with nice background music most of the time I spent there.

Have been here a couple of times and their masseuse are all equally skilled. They get the right spots and help to relieve the tension in my back and shoulders. Customer servise is great too as I had an expired package and renewed it so can complete my credits. Do book early though as their appointment slots are quickly filled! So far only great experiences at this place!

The best massage place to go for self care! Here is clean, comfortable, service is friendly. The best of the best is the therapist. I like Mas the most! She is skilful, attentive to customers “pain point”. I know I can sleep well after the series of massage from her. Thank you!

The massage it self was amazing. Thank you to the hardworking therapist. Counter staff - rude and noisy. Upon arriving, the reception from the Chinese lady with long hair was rude. Throughout the massage you could also hear her laughing and talking non stop which made it very unpleasant. Hygiene - you have to do a health deal ration before entering but i believe the same staff was too busy fooling around with her friends to notice a customer was sick. The customer coughed throughout the hour of getting the massage which really grossed us out. Needless to say, we won’t be returning.

First time at Footnote & decided to go for a 60mins acupressure body massage. Was attended by Yati & it was a great 1 hour session! I fell asleep somewhere in the session & felt really refreshed after it ended. I used to have some tension at my right hand(since I’m right handed) & the tension was relief after the session. Slept really well for the night & feeling refresh the next day. Would be back to try their other services soon! And have to say that the reception counter staff were really friendly too!:)

Went for a combo 60mins back & 60 mins foot massage which was amazingly & meticulously done by Vivian! She massaged at all the right points and applied the perfect amount of pressure to loosen up the knots. The best massage ever, ngl! Vivian was very thorough and ensured that the massage was done well. Amazing! The place was clean & serene, masseurs were professional and front desk Christine was very warm and not pushy at all when promoting their packages! Def coming back! ✨

Started using the massage services here since August, and feel that the standard is generally good compared to the other places we tried before. Took 1 or 2 tries to find the right masseuse for us.
